Durch <B>einen Kurvenschnitt in Zehen. und Fersenteil geteilter</B> Zwickleisten. Es sind sogenannte Zwickleisten bekannt, die durch einen Kurvenschnitt in Zehen- und Fersenteil geteilt sind. Die beiden Teile sind dann gelenkig miteinander verbunden.
Als Verbindungsglieder sind nach der Er findung ein starrer, mit einem Langloch einen Drehbolzen umgreifender Riegel und ein fe dernder Bügel vorgesehen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Hand der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel beschrieben.
Der im Schnitt wiedergegebene Leisten be steht aus den beiden durch den Kurvenschnitt 2a geteilten Leistenteilen 1 und 2. Der Teil 1 stellt den Zehenteil, der Teil 2 den Fersenteil dar. Der in vollen Linien ausgezogene Leisten stellt die Gebrauchslage dar,- während die verschwenkte Lage für den Fersenteil 2 ge strichelt wiedergegeben ist.
Die beiden Leistenteile 1 und 2 sind durch einen starren Riegel 3 miteinander ver bunden. Der Riegel 3 ist im Zehenteil 1 am Balzen 6 und im Fersenteil 2 am Bolzen. 5 schwenkbar gelagert. Der Riegel 3 weist ein Lang- oder Schlitzloch 7 auf. Ein federnder Bügel 4 greift um das eine im einen der bei den Leistenteile .angeordnete, kreisförmig aus gebildete Ende 3a des Riegels 3 mit seinem einen entsprechend kreisförmig geformten Ende 4a. Mit seinem andern Ende 4b greift der Bügel um den Bolzen 8, welcher im an dern Teildes Leistens liegt.
Wird nun der Fersenteil 2 in die gestri chelte Lage verschwenkt, so rollen sich infolge der Anordnung des erfindungsgemä- ssen Schlitzloches 7 im Riegel 3 die beiden Leistenteile besonders leicht gegeneinander ab und bewirken eine rasche Verkürzung des Leistens.
Bei der genannten Verschwenkung des Fersenteils 2 wird der federnde Bügel 4 von der Ausgangsspannlage über eine extreme mittlere Strecklage hinweg nach aufwärts wieder in eine der Ausgangslage entspre chende normale Spannlage gestreckt, wie ge strichelt angegeben.
Durch die Art der Bügel- und Riegelfor- mung wird also ein sehr starkes Verschwen- ken der beiden Leistenteile zueinander und damit ein besonders starkes Verkürzen der Gesamtlänge des Leistens erzielt, was für den Ausleistungsvorgang bei der Herstellung von Schuhen von ausschlaggebender Bedeutung ist.
Der vorstehende Vorgang tritt entspre chend umgekehrt beim Zurüekschwenken des Fersenteils in die Ausgangsspannlage ein.
Der starre Riegel 3 kann aus einem ge walzten Stahlblech bestehen. Der federnde Bügel 4 ist zweckmässigerweise aus einem entsprechend starken Federstahl mit Vier kant- oder Rundprofil herzustellen. Beide Teile 3, 4 liegen in einer teils am Zehen-, teils am Fersenteil des Leistens vorgenommenen Aussparung 9.

The last shown in section is made up of the two last parts 1 and 2 divided by the curve section 2a. Part 1 represents the toe part, part 2 the heel part. The solid lines represent the position of use - while the pivoted position for the heel part 2 ge is shown dashed.
The two bar parts 1 and 2 are ver by a rigid bolt 3 connected to each other. The bolt 3 is in the toe part 1 on the pin 6 and in the heel part 2 on the bolt. 5 pivoted. The bolt 3 has an elongated or slotted hole 7. A resilient bracket 4 engages around the one in one of the end 3a of the bolt 3, which is arranged in a circular manner in the case of the strip parts, with its one correspondingly circular end 4a. With its other end 4b, the bracket engages around the bolt 8, which is located in the other part of the last.
If the heel part 2 is now pivoted into the dashed position, the two slat parts roll particularly easily against each other due to the arrangement of the slotted hole 7 according to the invention in the bolt 3 and result in a rapid shortening of the last.
In the above-mentioned pivoting of the heel part 2, the resilient bracket 4 is stretched from the initial tension position over an extreme middle stretched position upwards again into a normal tensioned position corresponding to the initial position, as indicated by dashed lines.
The type of bow and bar shape means that the two last parts are swiveled very strongly to one another and thus the overall length of the last is shortened, which is of crucial importance for the performance process in the manufacture of shoes.
The above process occurs in reverse when pivoting the heel back into the initial tension position.
The rigid bolt 3 may consist of a rolled steel sheet. The resilient bracket 4 is expediently made of a correspondingly strong spring steel with a square or round profile. Both parts 3, 4 lie in a recess 9 made partly on the toe part and partly on the heel part of the last.
