Description

  

  Plaque de cuisson pour     cuisinière.       L'invention a pour objet une plaque de  cuisson pour cuisinière à gaz ou électrique.  



  Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre d'exem  pte, une forme d'exécution de cette plaque,  destinée à une cuisinière à gaz à trois feux.  



  La     fig.1    et la     fig.    2 sont des coupes verti  cales partielles, respectivement suivant     I-I     et     II-II    de la     fig.    3.  



  La     fig.    3 représente, à plus petite échelle,  la plaque entière vue en plan par-dessus.  Elle est constituée par une tôle d'acier  emboutie de façon à obtenir:  trois ouvertures, chacune étant limitée par  une collerette 1, et destinée à laisser passer un  brûleur non représenté;  trois nervures 2 qui sont concentriques  chacune à une collerette 1, de façon qu'il  existe autour de celle-ci une dépression circu  laire 3, la. nervure se raccordant extérieure  ment avec le fond 4 de la plaque;

    un rebord 5 extérieur qui, avec le fond 4,  forme une cuvette de grande surface     moins     profonde que la. dépression 3; ce     rebord.    5 est  surbaissé en 6     à,droite    et à     ,gauche    du pour  tour de la plaque, de façon à     constituer    un  déversoir.  



  Comme le montrent bien les     fig.1    et 2, le  bord     supérieur    7 de la collerette 1 est plus  élevé que le sommet 8 de la nervure 2, qui est  plus élevé que la     partie    inférieure du déver  soir 6; le rebord 5 est notablement plus haut  que le bord 7.    Si du liquide se déverse dans la dépres  sion 3, il ne tend pas à couler à l'intérieur de  la collerette 1.  



  Dans le -cas d'un récipient de diamètre  plus grand que celui .de la nervure 2, le       liquide        qui    éventuellement s'écoule, tombe sur  le fond 4, la,     nervure    2     l'empêchant    de  s'écouler dans la dépression 3 et le déversoir 6  étant d'un niveau plus bas que la     nervure    2.  La dépression 3, plus     rhaude,    est ainsi pro=       tégée    contre les débordements.  



  Dans le .cas d'un petit récipient, le liquide  tombe dans la dépression 3 .et normalement  ne s'écoule pas sur le fond 4, ce qui     diminue     la surface à nettoyer. Néanmoins, si le dé  bordement est très important, la collerette 7,  d'un niveau plus élevé que la     nervure    2, em  pêche le     liquide    de pénétrer à     l'intérieur    de  cette     collerette.     



  Les     différences    des     niveaux    6, 7, 8 ont  donc une très grande importance.  



  En 9 sont indiqués des emplacements des  tinés à recevoir des bras, non représentés,  pour     porter        des    récipients de cuisson.  



  Le nettoyage de la plaque     est    facile.  



  La collerette 1     pourrait        aussi        servir    de  passage ou -de support pour une plaque de  chauffe électrique.  



  On     pourrait    prévoir d'autres formes d'exé  cution présentant un autre nombre d'ouver  tures, par exemple une     seule.

  Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are partial vertical sections, respectively along I-I and II-II of FIG. 3.



  Fig. 3 shows, on a smaller scale, the entire plate seen in plan from above. It is formed by a pressed steel sheet so as to obtain: three openings, each being limited by a collar 1, and intended to allow a burner, not shown, to pass; three ribs 2 which are each concentric with a collar 1, so that there is around the latter a circular depression 3, 1a. rib connecting externally with the bottom 4 of the plate;

    an outer rim 5 which, together with the bottom 4, forms a basin with a large surface area that is shallower than the. depression 3; this ledge. 5 is lowered in 6 to, right and left of the turn of the plate, so as to constitute a weir.



  As shown clearly in fig.1 and 2, the upper edge 7 of the collar 1 is higher than the top 8 of the rib 2, which is higher than the lower part of the downlight 6; the rim 5 is notably higher than the edge 7. If liquid pours into the depression 3, it does not tend to flow inside the collar 1.



  In the case of a container with a larger diameter than that of the rib 2, the liquid which eventually flows, falls on the bottom 4, the rib 2 preventing it from flowing into the depression 3 and the weir 6 being at a lower level than the rib 2. The depression 3, which is warmer, is thus protected against overflows.



  In the case of a small container, the liquid falls into the depression 3. And normally does not flow on the bottom 4, which reduces the surface to be cleaned. However, if the edging is very important, the collar 7, of a higher level than the rib 2, prevents the liquid from entering inside this collar.



  The differences in levels 6, 7, 8 are therefore very important.



  At 9 are indicated the locations of the tines to receive arms, not shown, for carrying cooking vessels.



  Cleaning the plate is easy.



  The collar 1 could also serve as a passage or -de support for an electric heating plate.



  One could provide other forms of execution having another number of openings, for example only one.
