Fig. 2 zeigt eine Variante.
Soldering device. The present invention relates to a soldering device with a heating element for heating the plunger, a soldering wire roll with a wire feed device accommodated in the holder and a soldering wire feed device through which the soldering wire passes in front of the soldering plunger tip. In such soldering iron benholders, it is useful to be able to use soldering iron of different shapes and to clean the tip of the soldering iron more often. These manipulations are made more difficult by the solder wire feed tube.
The present invention aims to remedy this disadvantage. It consists in that the device for supplying soldering wire has a tube which can be pivoted about an axis arranged on the holder housing and for the pivoting movement of which a handle arranged outside the housing is provided. In the accompanying drawing, for example, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated. They show: FIG. 1 a soldering iron holder in a view with the housing cover lifted off, FIG. 2 a variant embodiment.
In the housing 1 with power connection cable 2, heater 3 and copper tip 4, a roll of soldering wire 5 is rotatably mounted in a known manner, from which the soldering wire 6 is passed over a corrugated guide roller 7 to the feed pipe 8, which is screwed into a sleeve 9, so that the distance from its mouth to the soldering iron tip is adjustable. The sleeve 9 is connected, for example, to an angle 10 which is fastened pivotably be by means of a screw 11 on the housing 1. By a torsion spring 12, Fig. 1, the tube 8 is pivoted from the soldering iron 4 abge and by a corrugated nut 13 which is screwed on the sleeve 9, ent against the pressure of the spring against the Kup ferspitze 4 pressed.
Fig. 2 shows a variant. The sleeve 9a, which carries the solder wire feed tube adjustably screwed, is connected to an angle 10a, which is attached to the housing 1 pivotably with the screw 11a. A stud screw 14, onto which the corrugated nut 13a is screwed, is firmly seated on the leg 10b of the angle 10a.
Between the leg 10b and the Ge housing 1, the pressure spring 15 is mounted on the stud 14, which tends to push the tube 8 into the dot-dash position.
The tube can be moved towards the copper tip 4 by turning the handle 13a. This pivoting solder wire feed makes it possible to use more or less curved copper tips 4, as the accessibility of the soldering point requires, and also to be able to clean the copper tip without removing the solder wire feed tube.
