Holztafel.
Wooden panel. Parquet boards are known which are glued to the base and whose parts are glued to paper, jute and the like for the purpose of holding them together. The parquet parts, be it slats or blocks, are only held in place in the laid floor by the adhesive. Experience has shown that under the influence of moisture and heat or as a result of faulty glue quality, individual parts can often detach from the bond, which requires time-consuming and costly repairs, and in severe cases the floor that has already been laid must be replaced.
The materials used to connect the parquet parts, such as jute, paper, etc., are always subject to warping, which can mean that the different rows of the parquet parts no longer match, which looks beautiful on the laid floor.
The present invention relates to a wooden panel formed from individual parts, for example an adhesive parquet panel. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that the panel parts are rigidly connected to one another by metallic connecting bodies.
In the accompanying drawings, the subject matter of the invention is shown in various embodiments, and it shows: Fug. 1 shows a view from below of a first embodiment and FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows a view from below of a second embodiment and FIG. 4 shows a section along the line VI -VI of Fig. 3, on a larger scale, Fig. 5 is a view from below of a third embodiment and Fig. 6 is a section along the line VI-VI of Fig. 5, on a larger scale, Fig. 7 is a horizontal section of a four -, th embodiment, Fig.
8 is a view from above of a fifth embodiment with mutually adjacent slats, FIG. 9 is a view from below of a sixth embodiment, FIG. 10 is a plan view of a seventh embodiment, with an annular mutual connection of the items and FIG. 11 is a horizontal section along the line XI-XI of FIG. 10, on a larger scale.
Designated after the first example (Fug. 1 and 2). 1 spaced blocks that form a square or rectangular parquet board. 2 denotes the spaces on the facing sides of the blocks. The blocks are rigidly connected to each other by staples 3 on their underside.
The staples are located in the middle of the facing side of the blocks. The webs of the staple 3 rest on the undersides of the blocks, while the end legs 4, which are bent at right angles, are slightly set back in the blocks with respect to the contact sides.
According to the second exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 3 and 4), the staples 3 are provided in the corner parts of the blocks 1. The ridges of two staples each cross one another.
According to the third exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 15 and 6, wire rods 5 which are placed on the underside of the blocks 1 and bridging the spaces 2 are provided, which are fixed by staples 3. Four such staples are provided per block. The width of the same is not much greater than the thickness of the wire rods 5. In the middle of each block, the wire rods lying in the area of the same cross each other.
According to the fourth embodiment (FIG. 7), two staples 3 and one staple 3 are provided on the long sides of the elongated lichen, spaced apart angeord designated slats 6.
N after the fifth exemplary embodiment (Fig. 8), the elongated, rectangular lamellae 6 rest against one another. On the long sides, two staples 3 are in turn and one staple 3 is hammered in on the front sides.
According to the sixth embodiment (Fig. 9), each of the elongated, rectangular lamellae 6 abuts with its end face on a longitudinal side of the neighboring lamellae, and the arrangement of the staples 3 corresponds to that of the example in FIG.
According to the seventh embodiment (Fig.l0 and 11), the blocks 1 are connected to each other at the corner parts by means of annular brackets 3 '. These brackets are arranged in the middle of the height of the blocks. The attachment of the clips on the underside according to the above-described exemplary embodiments is, however, easier in terms of manufacturing technology. In order to facilitate the attachment of the brackets according to Fig.10 and 11 to it, could through the. Corner parts of the brackets in the horizontal plane extending holes may be provided in a straight line.
The staples 3 could be attached to certain designs, such as cover plates, on both sides, ie the bottom and top, if a particularly great stability of the board is required ver.
If different of the wooden panels described form a stick-on parquet, the individual parts - be it blocks 1 or lamellas 6, are mutually connected to one another by a mechanical connec tion agent. A parquet applied to its underlay receives an additional mechanical hold in addition to the adhesive mass, be it through the clamps 3 or 3 'or wire rods 5.
This creates a firm connection which normally makes it impossible for a single block or lamella to come loose from the association, even if the bond on the floor leaves something to be desired. The clamps 3, 3 'or wire rods 5 also provide additional anchoring in the adhesive, in which they engage in the installed state. The detachment of the parquet association or individual parts of it is thus largely held back.
The mechanical connection through the brackets 3, 3 'or wire rods 5 ensures exact compliance with the distances between the individual parts of the parquet, regardless of whether it is relatively small blocks or belt-like slats. Metal fasteners do not warp like jute when exposed to moisture and heat. The laying work is facilitated and the quality and stability of a parquet floor formed from such panels is increased.
The wooden panel described can be used not only for floors, but also in cabinet making.
