A base that can be placed on a motor with a screw-in cup for portable mixing and cutting machines. The invention relates to the known mixing and cutting machines for the household and similar small businesses, in which a cup containing the mixing or cutting tools can be coupled by placing on a motor housing with a vertical shaft with the sem drive. It is known to screw the cup made of metal or a transparent work material into a base that can be placed on the engine with a seal in between.
The cup is supported on a base loosely laid in the Soekel, in which the mixer or knife shaft is supported in the vertical direction. The bottom of the cup was so far with its edge in the base, which had various disadvantages. For example, a tight bottom seal could only be achieved with difficulty if the lower ring surface of a glass beaker was not exactly perpendicular to the beaker axis. Furthermore, when the cup was screwed into the base, considerable friction between the sealing ring and the parts it touched had to be overcome, which also resulted in premature wear of the sealing ring.
In order to avoid the disadvantages mentioned, in the case of the base according to the invention that can be placed on a motor with a screwable cup which, with the interposition of a seal, is supported on a base loosely inserted in the base and carrying the vertical drive shaft, the base and the base only touch in a circular area concentric to the shaft, the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the base circular disk. This has the advantage that the base rotates with the screwing in of the cup until the cup is properly seated.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is Darge provides.
1 shows the base with the base and screwed-in cup in a vertical central section; .
Fig. 2 shows a plan view or a section along the line AB of FIG. 1. With the base 1, which can be placed on a motor housing with a vertical shaft in a well-known manner, is made of metal, glass or a transparent plastic be standing cup 2 screwed, for which purpose the coarse thread 3 is provided.
The base, which can be loosely inserted into the base 1 and carries the drive shaft 4, consists of the metal circular disk 5, the outer edge of which is encompassed by a sealing ring 6 of U-shaped cross-section: however, an ordinary sealing ring can also be loosely attached to the edge of the circular disk 5 be laid. The circular disk 5 has an upwardly directed central press-out 5 ', into which a me-tallene annular disk 7 is firmly inserted from below in the shape shown in FIG. The water ring 7 is based on its 7 'be recorded circular ring surface on the base.
It is essential that the diameter of the support circle 7 ′ is smaller than the diameter of the circular disk 5 or the sealing ring 6. The outer edge of the circular disk 5 or the seal 6 is free from the base 1; In other words, between these parts, the annular gap designated by 8 in FIG. 1 is IN ANY.
If the cup 2 is screwed into the base 1, then the lower end face of the cup rests on the seal 6. As a result of the friction caused by the seal, the seal and the circular disk 5 or the entire base is mutually rotated as the movement continues only a small amount of friction occurs between parts 1 and 7 in support circle 7 '. As a result, the seal 6 is only subjected to pressure in the axial direction Rich, and a good adaptation and sealing of the entire bottom of the cup 2 is achieved.
For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that the circular disk 5 could of course also form the support ring 7 'itself.
In the example shown is. A cavity 9 enclosed by the parts 5, 5 'and 7, which is used as a lubricant storage container. In the sem space 9 is, for example, an absorbent material soaked with oil or fat, such as cotton wool.
The cylindrically drawn neck parts 5 "and 7" of the floor constituent parts 5, 7 take directly or indirectly via a sleeve 10 the two bearing bodies 11 made of Si_ntermetall for the shaft 4 being driven. Between the two bearing bodies 11 there is a ring 12 made of felt or the like, which surrounds the shaft 4 and which is connected to the lubricant reservoir 9 through holes 13 in the sleeve 10. In this way, long-term, reliable lubrication of the driven shaft 4 is ensured.
The shaft 4 carries in a known manner the coupling piece 14 at the bottom and the cutting substitute 15 at the top. The bottom components 5, 7 and the mutumlaufenden top cap 16 are simple punched and drawn parts, making the manufacture of the entire bottom cheaper , since expensive turned parts used up to now are no longer available.
