Accessoire permettant d'immobiliser l'extrémité libre d'une bande bobinée sur un noyau présentant une ouverture à proximité de son pourtour. On est souvent appelé à immobiliser l'extrémité libre d'une bande bobinée, pour en empêcher le déroulement intempestif, et tout en prévoyant que les moyens d'attache utilisés soient facilement déliés.
L'objet de la présente invention est un accessoire permettant d'immobiliser l'extré mité libre d'une bande bobinée sur un noyau. présentant une ouverture à proximité de son pourtour.
Il .se compose d'un fil métallique formant un V d'angle élastiquement déformable et comportant, à l'extrémité -de l'une de ses branches, un crochet sortant du plan du V et destiné à être introduit dans ladite ouver ture du noyau et, à l'extrémité de l'autre branche, une partie sortant dudit plan dû même côté que le crochet, dirigée perpendi culairement à ce plan, sur laquelle est pivoté un petit cylindre, retenu par l'extrémité du fil se rabattant parallèlement au plan du V en direction du crochet, la hauteur du petit cylindre correspondant pratiquement à la largeur de la bande que l'on veut immobi- liser.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'accessoire fai sant l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en perspective et la fig.2 montre l'accessoire placé sur une bande bobinée.
L'accessoire représenté en fig.l se com pose d'un fil fait d'un métal élastiquement déformable, par exemple de l'acier à ressort. Ce fil forme un<B>V</B> -de brandies '1 et 2 que deux spires 3 relient entre elles au sommet du V.
De ce fait, l'angle embrassé par les bran ches 1, 2, tout en tendant à conserver une valeur constante, fixée par construction, peut être élastiquement modifié, en particulier agrandi.
L'extrémité libre de la branche 1 se ter mine par un crochet 4 sortant-du plan, du V (c'est-à-dire passant au-.dessous de ce dernier sur le dessin).
L'extrémité libre de la branche 2 est courbée perpendiculairement à ce plan, étant dirigée du même côté que le crochet, en 5, et servant de pivot à un petit cylindre 6, par exemple en une matière plastique.
Ce cylindre est maintenu en place par le fait que la partie terminale de la branche considérée est encore une fois recourbée en 7, parallèlement au plan du V et en direction du crochet 4.
Comme on le verra plus loin, on s'effor cera de donner au petit cylindre 6 une hau teur correspondant pratiquement à la lar geur de la bande bobinée dont on veut im mobiliser l'extrémité libre.
Voici maintenant comment utiliser l'ac cessoire que l'on vient de décrire: Soit par exemple un noyau métallique embouti 8, d'une bobine destinée à conserver une bande de matière plastique 9 servant de support à -un enregistrement magnétique de son, comme on en utilise couramment pour conserver, transporter et reproduire des enre gistrements radiophoniques. par exemple.
Pour conserver et transporter de telles bandes bobinées, il est nécessaire de pouvoir en immobiliser l'extrémité libre 9', tout en permettant de libérer cette dernière facile ment au moment de l'usage.
Les noyaux de telles bobines possèdent en général une ouverture 10, placée à proximité de leur pourtour, près de la couche intérieure de la bande enroulée 9.
Comme cela ressort de l'examen de la fig. 2, on accrochera le crochet 4 de l'acces- soire dans cette ouverture (on pratiquera une ouverture spéciale si nécessaire) puis, écar tant les branches 1 et 2 du V de la valeur né- cessaire, on viendra appliquer le petit cy lindre 6 contre l'extrémité de la bande 9' à immobiliser.
Le V tendant à se refermer, le cylindre 6 sera élastiquement appliqué contre la bande et en immobilisera non seulement l'extrémité libre 9', mais serrera les spires adjacentes ra- dialement les unes contre les autres. La partie 7 forme enfin une sorte de ta lon, empêchant le petit cylindre 6 de glisser axialement sur les spires extérieures et assu rant par là la position correcte de l'accessoire pendant le transport par exemple.
