Mehrfarben-Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschine.
wie man sie bei Offsetbogenmaschinen bzw. Tiefdruck - Rotationsmaschinen ohne Schwierigkeiten, erreicht. Zur Behebung der genannten Mängel wird daher -erfindungsgemäss bei Mehriarben-Off- set-Rotationadruckrnaschinen die Anordnung der Farbwerke so getroffen, da!ss höchstens zwei Farbwerke mit ihren Plattem und Gnmrn;
Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, die frisch auf die Papierbahn ge druckte Farbe nach jedem Druckvorgang sofort zu trocknen, so dass die nächste ge druckte Farbe nicht mehr :auf die nasse erste Farbe bzw. Papierbahn trifft, sondern auf eine @getroeknete;
Multi-color offset rotary printing machine. The invention relates to a multi-color offset rotary printing machine. In contrast to the rotogravure printing presses, in which the freshly printed color is dried after each printing process, it has not been customary to use this method in the offset rotary printing presses up to now. The individual colors, e.g. B. in multi-color printing, rather one after the other without any drying equipment were printed wet on wet.
The paper web printed in this way was then either immediately fed into the folding device, or it was left with a drying unit between the last printing unit and the folder to prevent the fresh, wet print from smearing into the folder parts.
With both methods it was not previously possible to achieve a print quality that even comes close to that of rotogravure printing or that of an offset sheet-fed printing machine, because the colors were printed wet on wet.
With this wet-on-wet printing, it cannot be avoided that the colors mix unintentionally and mixed colors begin to repel one another. As a result, it is also not possible to achieve clear and beautiful colors , as well as no color effect of sufficient depth,
as can be achieved with offset sheet-fed presses or rotogravure rotary presses without difficulty. In order to remedy the above-mentioned deficiencies, according to the invention, the inking units are arranged according to the invention in multi-arbor offset rotary printing machines in such a way that at most two inking units with their plates and gauges;
cylinders work on a common larger printing cylinder and a drying device is arranged on the free circumference of the printing cylinder after each of the two blanket cylinders.
In this way it is possible to dry the freshly printed color on the paper web immediately after each printing process, so that the next printed color no longer: hits the wet first color or paper web, but rather a @getroeknete;
Web that has the same aggregate state as it was before it entered the first printing unit. This practically prevents the colors from running into one another and repelling one another.
Likewise, the offset of the perfect print on the printing cylinder of the counter print or the smearing of the print in the paper guiding elements and folding devices can no longer take place.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of a multicolor offset rotary printing machine according to the invention is shown schematically.
Coming from the roll 1, the work material web 2 is either: a paper web, a fabric web or any. can be another material,
Via a known saving device 3 and the link rollers 4 to the Drttek cylinder 5 out. With this impression cylinder 5 .work 'two rubber cylinders 6 and 7, each of which is assigned a plate cylinder 8 and 9 with corresponding inking and dampening units.
Between see the blanket cylinders 6 and 7 and after the blanket cylinder 7 until the material web 2 runs from the printing cylinder 5, a hood 10 and 11 is arranged over the circumference of the printing cylinder 5, which is designed as a drying unit on part of the printing cylinder circumference over the material web is.
After the web of material has run off from the printing cylinder 5, it is guided via guide rollers 12 to the next printing cylinder 13,
on which, for example, the Wiederdrtlek also works by means of two rubber cylinders 14 and 15 with the plate cylinders 16 and 17 and the associated inking and dampening works. Here, too, after each blanket cylinder 14 and 15: a drying hood 18 and. 19: arranged.
The continuation of the material web can be arbitrary. Depending on your requirements, one or more additional pressure cylinders can be connected, if z. B. the re-printing with more than two colors .be undertaken, or the material web can be led straight to the cutting and folder.
When printing coherent material webs, a known winding device is connected. Of course, the straight printing can also be done with more than two colors at the beginning by adding another printing cylinder and arranging the feeding of the material web to the individual printing cylinders accordingly.
This type of construction described not only has the advantage of a simple, overview borrowed structure of the machine in. So-called. Series construction, but it also enables .ein accurate register and a good and. easy access to the inking units.
While the offset machines of the so-called drum design, in which four inking units were usually arranged around a large printing cylinder, the inking units had to be set up so that they could be moved because of the accessibility, this can be avoided with the design according to the invention.
