Description
Mouthpiece for a device for injecting sealing material. (The subject matter of the present invention is a mouthpiece intended to be inserted into a borehole for a device for injecting liquid sealing material, which is characterized in that it prevents the sealing material from flowing back when the injection pressure decreases Valve, means for connecting the same.
to a supply line of the sealing material to be injected and means for sealing the borehole from the outside.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the mouthpiece according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of the mouthpiece and Figs. 3 and 4 are cross sections taken along lines II-11, III-III and IV-IV of Fig. 4, respectively. 1.
In 1i-. 1 is, with 1 a borehole 1 in a rock? or the like indicated, the cracks or crevices of which are to be sealed by injecting Ze mentmileh or the like. Up to now, a connection nipple for a meter-long high pressure supply line has been walled into such a borehole.
The illustrated embodiment of the nozzle includes the following components: A valve preventing the sealing material from flowing back when the injection pressure drops, means for connecting this valve to a high pressure supply line of the sealing material to be injected and removable means for sealing of the borehole opposite outside.
The valve is a springless backlash valve and is composed of a two-part valve housing 3 "4 and a valve ball 5. The valve housing part 3 has a longitudinal bore 6 which forms the valve chamber in which the valve ball. 5 is movably arranged with so little lateral play that, depending on which side the greater pressure prevails, it is supported on one or the other of two seats 7, 8.
The seat 7 is located between the longitudinal bore 6 and a smaller longitudinal bore 9 into which a tubular part 10 is firmly screwed, which belongs to the means for connecting the valve to a high pressure supply line 11. The seat 7 is formed by a smooth, conical surface and is intended, together with the valve ball 5, to provide a tight seal that prevents the sealing material that has already been injected from flowing back.
The other seat 8 consists of edges 12 of intersecting walls of recesses 13 through which the sealing material can also flow when the ball is supported on this last-named seat under the surface of the inflowing sealing material.
This is. formed at the rear end of the housing part 4 which is screwed into a front end part of the longitudinal bore 6 provided with a thread. This construction and the flats 14, 15 of the valve housing parts 3 and 4 make it easier to dismantle the valve and thus to clean it.
The removable means for sealing off the borehole 1 from the outside are formed by rings 16 made of elastically flexible material, for example rubber, which are placed on the tubular part 101, between the valve housing part 3 and a sleeve that is slidable on the tubular part 1.0 17 movably arranged. are.
This can be done by means of a tube <B> 1, 8 </B> surrounding the tubular part 10 and an actuating element 19 with handle 90 that can be attached to the rear end of the part 10 by compressing and spreading the rings 16 against the rear valve housing part 3 can be moved, and vice versa.
The outside diameter of the rings 1,6 is already at least as large in the uncompressed state as the largest outside diameter of the other components of the mouthpiece to be pushed into the borehole 1.
If the mouthpiece is pushed into the borehole -Lind it is sealed against the outside by means of the rings 16, the sealing material, such as cement milk, can already be supplied and injected under the required high pressure.
Immediately thereafter, the high-pressure line 11 can be dismantled from the mouthpiece and provided with another mouthpiece, while: the one through which the injection has just been carried out, for about 1? Hours is left in place until the injected material has hardened, the non-return valve ensures that the pressure in the material. Not. drops noticeably below the injection pressure.
Afterwards, the pressing of the rings 16 against the borehole wall can be lifted by a multiple loosening of the member 1'9 and the mouthpiece is removed from the drill hole and. be cleaned after dismantling the valve and made ready for use again,
