Voltage drive magnet for induction meters.
In a known voltage drive magnet for induction meters with three lamellar legs lying in one plane, the drive flow is passed through a yoke that bridges the outer legs, of which an extension (pole extension) serving to return the drive (pole extension) faces the central pinion via an air gap. Such drive magnets have proven themselves well in practice. Above all, they are characterized by the fact that they are on the same level as the current magnet and as a result can be easily assembled and require little space and building material.
However, here the part of the magnetic circuit used for driving flux deifting has a relatively high magnetic resistance, which makes it more difficult to use the voltage flux for the generation of torque.
In other known drive system forms for induction meters with laminated magnetic back, the voltage flow can be better utilized, but the magnets are either large and expensive, or the voltage and current magnets are on different levels, so they are less favorable in terms of assembly and space requirements.
The invention has the task of using the voltage flow in a voltage drive magnet of the first-mentioned design to generate more torque or to reduce the ampere winds number required to generate the voltage flow, without having to forego the flat design of laminated magnets.
According to the invention, a further extension (yoke extension) connected to the yoke of the magnet in a magnetically conductive manner is provided on the bracket. This design is not to be confused with a known design in which the three-strand voltage magnet is attached to brackets at the beginnings and ends of the outer legs and a similar bracket surrounds the legs of the current magnet and in which the middle of the three brackets is not connected to the flux line , but only profile rails serving as a support frame are connected to one another.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
1 shows a known embodiment of a tension drive magnet with three laminated legs 1 to 3 lying in one plane, of which the middle one, which can be removed for the purpose of detaching the tension coil, carries the tension coil. Here, 4 is the aforementioned back bow, which is attached to the outer thighs at 5 and 6 and whose extension 7 forms the opposite pole to the central leg pole.
In Fig. 2, an embodiment of the invention is shown. Here, the return bracket 4 has a further extension 8 which is magnetically conductively connected to the yoke 9 (Fig. 1) of the voltage magnet.
Various connection and fastening types are shown in FIGS. 3 to 10.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 to 5, the extension 8 is inserted through a slot 10 of the yoke 9. For the purpose of exchangeability of the voltage coil, only the part 20 closest to the return pole can be removed from the middle limb 2. It is attached to the extension 8 by mounting bracket 11 on both sides of the Jo 9.
In FIGS. 6 and 7 the extension 8 is let into a groove 12 of the yoke 9. Otherwise, the design is the same as in FIGS. 3 to 5.
In Fig. 8 and 9, the extension 8 covers about the middle third of the top of the yoke 9. The bracket 4 is so widened here that it extends practically over the entire length of the outer legs and its flanges 50 the outer legs approximately in their entirety Cover length. The middle leg 2 is fastened by means of a screw 21 penetrating the extension 8. The widened bracket also acts as a magnetic shield, so that, for example, the presence of iron parts, such as the housing cap, does not affect the measurement results.
In Fig. 10 the pole extension 7 and the yoke extension 8 are laminated. The slats are connected to the bracket 4 by a clamp 13 and are attached to the yoke with their bent-over ends 14. The center leg 2 or its pole attachment 20 are attached to the extension 8 on the one hand and to a plate 15 on the other. The two plate packs butt against each other here. Instead, however, one lamella pack can also engage in a groove in the other pack.
