Kocheraggregat an elektrisch betriebenen Absorptionskälteapparaten.
Cooker unit on electrically operated absorption refrigerators. The present invention relates to a cooker unit on electrically operated absorption chillers with auxiliary gas, in which a heating cartridge inserted in a thermally verbun with the cooker and the circulating pump which, thermally conductive sleeve is arranged, the whole being housed in a heat insulation surrounded by a housing is.
The digester assembly according to the invention is characterized by a duct which leads through the heat insulation, serves for the introduction of the heating cartridge, has a larger cross-section than the sleeve, is coaxial to it and in which a removable insulation body is arranged.
The subject of the invention is based on an example in the accompanying drawing. nuiig illustrated embodiment described in more detail. 1 shows, schematically and partially in section, a digester unit with associated connection lines, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1 and Fiel-. 3 shows a cross section along the line I11-III in FIG. 1.
The digester assembly in FIGS. 1 and 2 is enclosed in a housing 12 surrounding a thermal insulation 11. Absorbent, for example water, which has absorbed refrigerant, for example ammonia, in the not shown absorber of the apparatus, is fed as a rich solution to the digester unit through a line 13 forming the inner line in a liquid temperature changer 14, followed by the heat-operated circulating pump 15 of the cooker unit. By means of this pump 7.5, the rich solution is pumped up and fed into the boiler 16 of the apparatus via the liquid level.
Refrigerant vapor is expelled both in the pump 15 and in the cooker 16. The solution in the lower part of the cooker, which is poor in refrigerant after the expulsion, flows through a line 17 arranged as the external line of the liquid temperature changer 11 and a line 18 to the absorber of the apparatus. The expelled refrigerant vapor is passed through an as an extension of the cooker 16 angeord designated steam line 19 to the condenser, not shown, of the apparatus.
The enclosed by the liquid temperature changer 14 designed as a snake contains only insulating material and no part of the apparatus.
An electrical heating cartridge 20 is provided for supplying heat to the pump 15 and the cooker 16. The cartridge 20 is inserted into a heat transfer sleeve 21 which is welded to the cooker 16 and to the pump 15, the pump 15 in the embodiment shown with the sleeve 21 between the points 22 and 23 is thermally connected. The sleeve 21 is closed at the bottom and surrounded by the thermal insulation 11 contained in the housing 12; The sleeve 21 is also isolated from the housing 12 in the upward direction.
The electric heating cartridge 20 is inserted through a channel in the upper part of the housing 12. The whole is arranged in such a way that the opening of the channel is at a greater distance from the center of the thermally conductive connecting path 22, 23 between the pump 15 and the sleeve 21 than the opposite end of the housing 12.
The channel provided for introducing the cartridge 20 into the sleeve 21 is arranged in that part of the insulation 11 through which the steam line 19 leading to the condenser of the apparatus is traversed (FIG. 1, top right).
The channel and the liquid temperature changer 14 are accommodated at different ends of the insulation 11, the channel being longer than the distance between the boundary surface 12 'of the thermal insulation 11 and the lowest point 16' of the cooker 16.
From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the channel is formed by a spacer tube 24 which is coaxial with the sleeve 21 and whose inner diameter is greater than the outer diameter of the latter. This tube is thermally separated from the sleeve 21 by means of an insulation ring 25 made of, for example, asbestos. Furthermore, a removable insulation body 26, for example made of Glasout, is attached in the spacer tube 24, which surrounds the electrical lines 27 through which the energy is supplied to the easily replaceable heating cartridge 20.
This insulating body 26 only partially fills the channel and is tubular. Electrical energy is supplied to the unit through an outer cable 28 which is connected to the lines 27 connected to the cartridge 20 in a coupling socket 29 which is thermally insulated from both the spacer tube 24 and from the heat transfer sleeve 21. The coupling socket 29 and its cover 30 are screwed by screws 31, 32 to a holder 33, which is itself screwed to the cover 36 of the housing 12 by means of a screw 35.
It can also be useful to arrange the electrical lines 27 for the power supply to the heating cartridge 20 in the same section of the thermal insulation 11 where the liquid temperature sensor 14 is located. As a result, it can be achieved, among other things, that the thermal insulation in the spacer tube 24 is improved.
