Die Erfindung bezweckt., die Maschine fzonstrul@tiv so auszugestalten, dass das Einfül- Jen von Metall in die Druckkammer noch mehr erleichtert. wird und dass es möglich ist, das Arbeitstempo zu steigern. Sie besteht darin, dass zwei Druckkammern vorgesehen sind, die derart miteinander gekuppelt sind, dass, wenn die eine Kammer in Arbeitsstel- lun;
Die-casting machine operated by piston pressure. The invention relates to a compression molding machine operated by piston pressure, the pressure chamber of which can be swiveled out of the working position into a filling position outside the area of the mold in order to facilitate metal filling.
The aim of the invention is to design the machine fzonstrul @ tiv so that the filling Jen of metal into the pressure chamber is even easier. and that it is possible to increase the pace of work. It consists in that two pressure chambers are provided which are coupled to one another in such a way that when one chamber is in the working position;
The other chamber is automatically in the filling position. This makes it possible to fill in the metal required for a casting process while the previous casting process is being carried out.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown semi-schematically, namely: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the device, while FIG. 2 shows a cross section according to the broken line II-II in FIGS Fi'.3 a cross section. along the line III-III in FIG.
The depicted stress casting machine works. With. vertical pre-connection movement. Two mold carriers 1 and 2 are mounted on a mold carrier frame 3 so that they can be moved vertically in such a way that after the mold has been closed, the two mold carriers can be moved downwards together until the mold with the lower mold half 4 is fixed. connected sleeve 5, which has the same inner diameter as the pressure chamber 6, rests tightly on the latter.
Two pressure chambers 6 are provided, which are fastened to the two ends of a two-armed lever 7, which can be pivoted in a vertical axis 8 by means of a rack 9 and a pinion 10. The movement of the rack 9 is, as FIG. 3 shows, by a hydraulically operated piston 11 acts. The casting pressure is generated by the hydraulically operated cylinder 12 with the piston 13.
The latter acts on the actual casting piston 14, which, like the pressure chamber 6, is present twice and forms the bottom of each of the two pressure chambers 6. In the area of the filling position of the pressure chambers 6, a melting crucible 15 is arranged; Above this crucible there is an immersion body 16 which is displaceable in the vertical direction and which can be moved by means of a rack 17 and a gear 18. The gear wheel 18 is connected to a ratchet wheel 19 which is rotated via a pawl 20 via two levers 2, 1 and 22 by a rocker 23. can be, which is stored in the mold carrier frame.
A height-adjustable ram 24 connected to the mold carrier 1 acts on the rocker.
The mode of operation of the device is as follows. When the two mold carriers 1 and 2 are subsequently placed on the pressure chamber 6 in the working position, the rocker 23 is pivoted by striking the plunger 24. Since the ratchet 19 and the gear 18 are rotated, the rack 17 pushes the plunger 16 downwards, so that a certain amount of metal flows out of the crucible 15 into the pressure chamber 6, which is in the filling position, by displacement.
The casting process is then initiated in a known manner by actuating the piston 13 and the mold is lifted again from the pressure chamber 6 in working position. Then, after the casting has solidified, the mold is opened in a known manner and the casting is removed. During the solidification time or during the opening of the mold, the axis 8 is rotated by 180 ge, so that now the filled pressure chamber, 6 comes into the working position and the emptied pressure chamber into the filling position.
A new work cycle can therefore begin without further interruption.
