      Verfahren    zur Herstellung einer     quaternären        Ammoniumverbindung:     eines     Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     quaternären          Ammoniumverbindung    eines     Bis-aminoalkoxy-          alkans.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man auf ein     Mol        1,12-Bis-(ss-          brom-äthoxy)-dodekan    zwei     Mol        Dimethyl-          butylamin    einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das     1,12-          Bis-        [ss-(dimethyl        -butyl    -     ammonium)        -äthoxy    ]     -          dodekan-dibromid,    schmilzt bei 138-142 .  



  Sie soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.         Beispiel:            .1,16    Teile reines     1,12-Bis-(ss-brom-äthoxy)-          dodekan,    20     Volinnteile    trockenes Aceton und  2,5 Teile reines     Dimethyl-butylamin    werden  im     Einsehmelzrohr    14 Stunden auf 90-100   erhitzt, nach Erkalten wird abgesaugt und  das erhaltene     1,12-Bis-        [ss-    (dimethyl-biityl-         ammoniiun)

          -äthoxy]        -dodekan-dibromid    aus       Butanon        +    wenig     abs.    Methanol gereinigt,  indem das Salz in möglichst wenig heissem  Methanol gelöst und darauf so viel heisses       Butanon    zugefügt wird, dass in der Hitze  noch alles in Lösung bleibt.  



  Das     umkristallisierte    Produkt schmilzt bei  138-142 .

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quater- nären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-amino- alkoxy-alkans, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf ein Mol 1,12-Bis-(ss-brom-äthoxy)- dodekan zwei Mol Dimethyl-butylamin ein wirken lässt.
