Writing device for recorders. Writing devices for recording devices are known in many designs; however, only writing devices that contain a large supply of ink and can therefore work for a long time without refilling are suitable for long-term processes. The most popular designs are based on the combination of a capillary spring and a hydraulic one. Lifter.
At one end of an inverted U-shaped tube, the pen is arranged, the opening of which is made very narrow, so that the ink is constantly conveyed to the nib tip by capillary action. At the other end of this tube, the reservoir is arranged, and the ink supply of the pen is continuously supplemented by the hydraulic siphon effect. The entire writing device is arranged on the writing arm and moved with it together during the registration process.
This arrangement is not suitable for registering fast-running processes, since the entire mass of the writing device and the entire supply of ink have to be moved back and forth. In order to overcome this disadvantage, writing devices with a fixed reservoir for the ink have already been developed, the actual pen being attached to the end of the registration arm and the latter being rotatably arranged in or near the reservoir. The moving mass can thus be kept very small.
However, this known design has the disadvantage that the pen can only move on an arc and is therefore unusable for straight-line recordings.
The subject-matter of the present invention writing device for recording devices with a stationary storage vessel differs from the known devices in that the connection between the storage vessel and the writing tip is such that the writing tip can be removed from the storage vessel without interruption, the writing fluid keitsförderung can be changed and thus the writing device is also suitable for straight-line recordings.
In the drawing, two execution examples of the subject invention are Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the schematic representation of the first exemplary embodiment, and 'Fig. 2 shows the view, partially in section, of the same embodiment from above: Fig. 3 shows a vertical section of the second embodiment in a schematic representation.
According to Fig. 1 and 2, one leg of an inverted U-shaped tube 1 is rotatably mounted on the registration arm 2 and is formed immediacy bar as a writing tip. However, tr could also have an inserted writing tip. The other leg of the tube 1 protrudes into the storage vessel 3.
At one point the tube 1 is movably guided in a sleeve 5 by means of a ball 4. If the registration arm 2 is now moved in its straight-line guide 6, the tube 1 experiences a combined rotation and displacement, the writing tip moving in a straight line when recording and the other end of the tube 3 moving in the storage vessel, so that an uninterrupted supply of ink Writing tip is guaranteed.
In the example according to FIG. 3, instead of the tube 1, a pen 7 is mounted in the registration arm 8, which in turn moves in a linear guide 9. Another tube 10 is mounted by means of ball bearings 11 in the lid 12 of the storage vessel 13, and the connec tion between the writing tip 7 and the tube 10 is made by a hose 14. This arrangement in turn ensures an uninterrupted supply of ink from the supply vessel to the writing tip.
