Maximum contact mechanism for periodically working maximum mechanisms of meters.
In the case of periodically operating maximum works of meters or the like, the maximum work is temporarily disconnected at the end of a registration period.
A relay is usually used for this.
For this relay we have introduced two circuits which are shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The relay 10, which maintains the coupling when switched on, is connected to the network N via a series resistor. In the one embodiment (FIG. 1), the relay 4 is temporarily bridged by a bridging switch 5 at the end of the registration period the Ausfüh approximate form of FIG. 2 by a switch 6 temporarily switched off. The time switches used are designed so that they either close or open a switch temporarily at the end of a registration period.
The object of the invention is to create a maximum contact mechanism that can be used universally either or jointly for both types of embodiment. According to the invention, the contact mechanism has two contact pairs, one being closed during a registration period and the other being open, and the first being opened briefly and the second being closed briefly at the end of each registration period.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7. The maximum contact mechanism 7 contains three spring-loaded contacts 1 to 3, of which the contact 3 (FIG. 3) is connected at 8 between the relay and the resistor, while the contact 2 lies on the one line conductor if it is an embodiment according to FIG . 1 acts. The contact 1 is connected in series with the relay 10 if it is an embodiment according to FIG.
As FIG. 4 shows, the contacts 1 to 3 are controlled by two diverging control levers 11, 12 by means of isolated extensions 13, 14; the extension 14 penetrates the lever 11. This lever also carries a second arm 15 which carries the contact 1 with the movement of the lever 11. The ends 110, 120 of these levers are controlled by a cam disk 16 driven by a timer and are slightly offset from one another in the direction of rotation of the disk. The levers are force-locked against the cam disk by the resilient contacts.
The mode of operation of this contact arrangement is shown schematically in FIGS. 5 to 7. As long as the control levers 11, 12 are guided in parallel, the contacts 1, 2 remain closed and the contacts 2, 3 open. This applies for the entire duration of the registration period. At the end of the same, however, because of the offset mentioned, the levers 11, 12 slide on different sides from the edge of the cam running around in the direction of the arrow, so that they spread temporarily, as FIG. 7 shows. This opens contacts 1, 2 and closes contacts 2, 3. This process takes about 5 to 15 seconds, depending on the degree of displacement. As soon as the lever 11 slides from the edge of the cam, the holding state of FIG. 5 is restored.
The invention offers the advantage that the same contact system can be used optionally or simultaneously for the arrangements according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
