Elektrischer Schalter.
Electric switch. The present invention is an electrical switch with a pretensioning and switching serving spring, z. B. for stoves.
As a rule, the arrangement of such a biasing and switching spring requires larger dimensions of the switch than would be required from a purely electrical point of view. In a known manner attached or inserted springs at the front or rear require a relatively large extension or extension of the shift drum.
The invention allows this disadvantage to be largely avoided in that the helically designed spring runs around a switch axis and is guided with its two ends slidably through parts immovably connected to the switch axis and is in operative connection with a movable contact carrier.
The accompanying drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject invention, namely shows: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section along the line II in Fig. 3 through the switch in its rest position, while Figs. 2 to 4 cross sections along the lines II- II, III-III and IV-IV of Fig.1 represent.
The scarf shown in the drawing ter has a handle 1 and a switch axis 2 firmly connected to the same ben. The helically wound spring 3, which in the rest position has no preload, is arranged around the latter. It is passed with its ends through the bow-shaped part of fastened in the axis 2, thus immovably connected to the clasp 4, 4a, in such a way that a part of the spring end winding in question can move through the clasp.
The right-angled ends 5 and 6 of the spring 3 are in the unactuated switch against a mandrel 7 or 8 (Fig. 1, 2, 3) of the relevant spring end be adjacent holder 9 or 10, which with a movable contact carrier 11 are connected non-rotatably ver by in holes of the latter protruding tab 11c relative to this carrier. As a result, the spring 3 is in operative connection with the carrier 11 via the parts 9, 10. The holders 9, 10 sit loosely on the axis 2. They are provided with a slot 12 (FIG. 4).
A lug 13 of a disc 15 loosely seated on a two-part eccentric 14 now engages in the slot 12 of the holder 9 shown on the left in FIG. 1. The eccentric 14 is non-rotatably connected to the shaft 2 relative to the latter. As can be seen from Figure 4, the corners 16, 16a of the disc 15 are at the corners 17 of a bearing plate 18, which is provided with a cross-shaped recess 19.
By turning the handle 1, and thus the axis 2, clockwise (FIGS. 2 to 4), in addition to the clasps 4, 4a, the eccentric 14 is also rotated. As a result of the engagement of the disk 15 in the one lateral part of the recess 19, the carrier 11 and the holders 9, 10 stop. The clasp 4 (Fig. 2) rotates the spring end 5 about the axis 2, while the spring end 6 rests against the stationary mandrel 8, that is, the Fe is tensioned.
With the rotation of the shaft 2, the eccentric 14 moves the disc 15 downwards (FIG. 4). This continues until the corner 16 can jump over the corner 17 of the plate 18 and comes to rest at the next corner 17. This movement of the disk 15 takes place under the action of the spring 3 that has just been tensioned, the contact carrier 11 being carried along.
The practical training is such that the handle 1 has to be rotated by approximately 90 until the contact carrier 11 moves and then also rotates by 90. If the handle is turned counterclockwise, the end of the spring 5 rests on the mandrel 7, while the clasp 4a (FIG. 3) causes the spring to be tensioned. In this case, the corner 16a then snaps over another corner 17 of the plate 18. The Trä ger can therefore easily be rotated to the left or right.
