Rotating electrical machine with a gas-tight housing. The invention relates to a rotating electrical machine with a gas-powered housing.
According to the invention (, this rotating electrical machine is marked with a gas-tight
and that the gas from your one blade ring through channels near both ends of the rotor to the air gap of the masehine, from the air gap of the masehine radially (Itireli the. stator and outside the stator axially.
dureli the housing to your other Seliaufelkranz and from this through a cooler back to the first-mentioned SehaLLfelkranz.
In the figures of the drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown.
The figures show: FIG. 1 a vertical section of a hydrogen-cooled, completely encapsulated "vneliroil condenser, FW. 2 a horizontal section along the line 11-11 in Fig. 1,
FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line III-III in FIG. 1 "11 FIG. 4 shows a perspective partial view of the stator" ehiquses of the masehine from FIG. 1.
The fully encapsulated synchronous capacitor shown consists of a dynamo-electric Masehine and its auxiliary devices, such as the safety rings 5, a directly connected exciter 6, a cooler < B> 7 -and a fan 8 which the cooling gas contained in the gas-tight housing, such as hydrogen,
dowälzt. The main part 9 of the case contains the Synehronm.asehine. In the end part 10 are the auxiliary equipment and the exciter, in Stuttgart 11 the fan 8 and the storage 15 im End part 12 the bearing 14 under. The doors 16, 17 provided by the bearings on the housing allow access to these and form I-bars 18, 19 which are arranged horizontally in the housing above the bearings the means,
to take off the storage caps -Lind to remove the caps in the case of repairs or revisions through the doors.
The rotor 21 of the SYNehron machine has a shaft mounted in the bearings 14, 15. The part 9 of the housing contains the stator 23 , which consists of sheet metal plates in the usual way, with radial ventilation channels 24 and a wall 25. The stator is in one Frame mounted, consisting of a front and a rear end plate 27,
'28 and made of ring-shaped toe plates 29, which, spaced apart, are welded to the housing - Lind stiffened by axial rods M </ B> are.
In the plates 27, 29, however, there are trapezoidal openings 31 in the plate 28, , which together form axial channels 32 Form for the cooling gas that is blown through the radial ventilation ducts 24 of the stator along the housing to the cooler. U, in Zy cylinder 33 , Which is mounted in parts 9, 10 and 11 of the housing, extends from the stator end plate 27 to the end of the housing part 10. The space between the cylinder 33 and your housing part 10 and 11 forms.
a channel 32. The cylinder 33 has throat widths into which coolers 7 are inserted. The gas exiting radially from the stator and flowing through the channel 32 is thus directed into the cooler.
The tubes 35 extend through all the plates 27, 28, 29 . The front end of each tube 35 opens, looking into a funnel-shaped part 36 of the cylinder 33, and the open rear part of each tube 35 is on the plate 98 < / B> attached.
The rotor shaft 212 extends beyond the bearing 15 and also carries the rotor of the exciter - and the slip rings 5. The C < / B> the housing part 10 has a cover 37 for access to the pathogen. The armature of the exciter is removably attached to the shaft 22, so that when the cover 37 is removed it can be removed for repair.
The means for cooling the gas consist of a pair of horizontally arranged coolers 7 (Figs. 1 and 3) above and below the exciter. . The gas from channel 32 flows through the "coolers" around spaces 30 between the coolers and between cylinders 33 and 304.
The fan 8 has two disks 39, 40 which are fastened to a central hub of the shaft 22 and carry a ring 41 which has a first blade ring 42 which is used for the The gas is drawn in from the coolers 7 and is used to circulate it in the housing. A second ring 43, arranged on the periphery of the blading, with little play, flush with a gap in the cylinder 33. A second blade ring 44 is located on the outer ring 43 available.
The two visual clusters act in opposite directions. The fan disks 39, 40 have openings openings 45, 46 which allow cold cooling gas to pass into the exciter.
When the machine is at a standstill, the cylinder 34 can be closed against the main housing by means of the fittings 47, 48 so that the exciter is accessible without the hydrogen having to be removed from the main housing. These diehtungles consist of an inflatable, flexible tube that is inserted into an annular groove. When inflated, each tube can close the gap in which it is inserted.
The disk 39 of the fan has a flange 50 which interacts with the seal 47, and the cylinder 33 has a flange which is connected to DiehtunIg 48 cooperates.
A filter 49 is provided for the gas flowing around the Sehleifringe and the collector of the exciter and through the gap formed when the machine is running at the seal 48 into the space 30 and back to the fan blade 42 .
A sheet metal 51 protruding on the rear side of the cooler interacts with a circular shoulder 39 next to opening 45, so that the radiator 7 > The gas flowing to the fan cluster 42 is separated from the gas flowing through the exciter.
The first viewing cluster 42 sucks in the cooling gas from the cooler 7 during operation and drives it around the bearing 15 against the synchronous machine, where a part. of the gas penetrates axially, into the air gap and from its front side into the intermediate space of the field magnets. Another part of the gas enters the lines 35, flows into the housing part 12, whereupon it enters the air gap axially and from the other side into the spaces between the field poles and the air gap.
The two parts of the gas flow outward through the radial channels 24 of the stator and into the channel 32. The cooling gas penetrating axially into the rotor from both sides is also carried by the rotor blades 55 , 56 accelerated at the ends of the rotor.
The second set of saw blades 44 assists the action of the first set of saw blades 42 and directs the gas through the coolers 7. The fan blades 42 and 44 thus work in series.
