Fig.2).
Step selector, especially for transformers. The invention relates to a tap selector, in particular for transformers, clocks with Festkon arranged in a circle, which are coated by at least one circulation contact. The current is drawn from the circulation contact via at least one slip ring. Usually sit. the fixed contacts on bars of a cage-like support frame through which a switching shaft carrying the circulating contact passes centrally. In addition to the circulation contact is on the same. Shaft attached a slip ring, from which a fixed, arranged on one of the rods of the support frame brush removes the current.
The distance between this brush and the fixed contact that is seated on the same rod, suitably with the center tap; - the control winding must be dimensioned at least according to the voltage stresses that can occur in the control winding. This makes the arrangement very long, especially if, as is customary with star point control, the tap selector for the various phases of the three-phase current are aligned on the same frame.
The invention avoids. this 3langel. According to the invention, the stationary slip ring, which is preferably in the plane of the fixed contact circle, is placed and sits on a carrier, in particular an insulating tube, going through the center of this circle, and the circulating contact is placed on one running through between the fixed contacts and the slip ring , rotatably mounted shaft body, which ideally also consists of a correspondingly wide insulating tube.
Is. If a reversing holder is available, the movable contacts of this latter switch can also be placed on an insulating tube that is in alignment with that of the r-mlauf- contacts.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing which represents an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. The step selector 1, \ ?, 3 for the three phases of a three-phase transformer sit in circles on insulating rods 4 of a cage held together by end connections 5. Step selector 1 has two selector tracks. One voter track contains, for example, the fixed contacts B connected to the even-numbered taps, the other voter track the fixed contacts B connected to the center of the cage. an insulating tube 6, which share 5 is firmly connected to the forehead.
A slip ring 7 sits on this tube. Between slip ring 7 and the circle of fixed contacts 8, a correspondingly wide insulating tube 12 rotatably mounted at 9 engages through which, with the exception of cutouts 13, is completely closed. In these sections sit the Umlaufkon contacts 1.1, each with a fixed contact. Connect 8 to slip ring 7. The connection conductor 15 for the slip ring 7, which lies in the circular plane of the fixed contacts 8, is routed through the insulating tube 6 to the outside. The arrangement for the remaining voters is. the same.
A ring gear 16, which is driven by a shaft 17 provided with a bevel gear, is attached to the tube 12. At the opposite end of the tube 12 ent, an annular projection 20 with cutouts 18, 19 is attached to its underside (see FIG. 2). A second rotatably mounted tube 21 carries. the movable contacts 22 of a reversing switch 23, the fixed contacts '24 of which also sit on the rods 4. Since the circuit and mode of operation of a step selector with a reversing switch is known, they will not be explained in more detail here.
Such a reversing switch only needs to be actuated after a full cycle of a Umlaufkon 14 clock. To that end is. A nose 25 is attached to an extension of the tube 21 (see also FIG. 2), which is located radially next to the annular extension 20 of the tube 12. The movement of this nose and the tube 21 is limited by cally indicated stops 26, 27 of the reversing switch in FIG. The parts 20 and 25 are enclosed by a guide body 28 with a cutout 29. 30, 31 are two rollers or balls acting as drivers and locking parts.
The tube 6 is at 32 on the run. the step selector is also extended through the tube 21.
The arrangement works as follows: By rotating the shaft 17, the dialers are switched through, for example, from the highest voltage level to zero level. The ring 20 may see in the sense of the drawn - rotate arrow. In the area of the zero position: the (drive parts take the position of Fig. 2.
Until this position has been reached, the nose 25 connected to the reversing switch was replaced by the roller 3l seated in the cutout 29. on one side, blocked by the stop 26 on the other side. In the gezeich designated position, the section 19 of the Rin is 20 against the roller 31 reached. If the ring 20 is now turned further, then it pushes. the seated in your cutout 18 role 20 the nose 25 in front of her.
This pushes the roller 31 out of the cutout 29 and, during the time of rotation, into the cutout 19, in which the roller is now held by the guide part 28 during the further rotation.
Sehliesslicli gelati: gt the nose 2: 5 in the position 250, where it is prevented by the stop 27 from further turning. becomes. As a result, the roller 30 is pushed out of your cutout 7.8 in the cutout 29, where it now acts as a locking body and is held in place in the cutout 29 by the ring 20, which has now been rotated further.
From now on, the shaft 12 continues to run again without the tube 1 rotating with it. When the nose 5 moved into position 250, the polarity of the rule winding was reversed, so that the voters now continue to regulate in the negative area. The reversing holder 23 remains. stand by. The invention offers the advantage of a ge urged. and over-all as well as easily producible design.
