Description

Derartige Stufenwähler sind bekannt CH-PS 294 482.The invention relates to a single-stage cylindrical step selector for step transformers according to the preamble of claim 1. Such step selectors are known CH-PS 294 482.

In the case of such step selectors, the preselector contacts are arranged below the fine selector contacts, the fixed preselector contacts on the extended selector cage. The movable preselector contacts are operated on a piece of pipe which is arranged centrally below the switching tube. This piece of pipe and thus the movable selector contacts are driven by a gearbox, which is arranged between the fine selector switching tube on the underside of the same and the selector tube piece, in accordance with the selector switching program. The arrangement of the preselector gear between the fine selector and the preselector as well as the need to bind the metal parts of such a gear to a fixed potential leads to an undesired extension of the entire selector. In addition, there is the actual height of the selection gear, which must also be added to the length of the total selector.

It should also be taken into account that only the switching angle of the fine selector drive tube is available for the actuation of the preselector for the actuation of the preselector for the actuation of the preselector in the single-stage driven voters with only one switching tube and segment contacts, so that there are unfavorable mechanical translations for driving the preselector . In contrast, in the case of two-stage driven voters, the available angle of the fine selector drive tube would be twice as large.

The object of the invention is to provide a tap selector of the type mentioned, in which the gear for driving the preselector is located directly in the dropout gear of the tap selector, so that in the actual selector cage no additional metal parts are necessary for driving the preselector, which the voters useless would extend. This object is achieved by the means specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

The advantage achieved by the invention is, in particular, that it is possible to arrange the entire drive mechanism in the gear part of the step selector, so that metallic drive parts in the contact zones of the step selector or preselector are avoided and so that the coordination of the movement sequences of the step selector and preselector is avoided can be done in advance in the transmission part. There is also the possibility of driving the preselector with an increased step angle compared to the step selector. For this purpose, an auxiliary Geneva dial can be provided, which is only actuated by one step in every second step of the step selector, the drive crank having to make a full revolution. The auxiliary Geneva disk is only half the number of cuts compared to the drive disk of the tap selector.

The further explanation of the invention follows below with reference to the drawings. Show it
  • 1 shows a perspective and schematic representation of a first example with two selector contact levels and one preselector contact level,
  • FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a three-phase step selector corresponding to the embodiment according to FIG. 1,
  • FIG. 3 shows a second example analogous to FIG. 1, but with an auxiliary Geneva disk,
  • 4 shows a longitudinal section through a three-phase step selector corresponding to the embodiment according to FIG. 3.

As can be seen from Figures 1 and 2, in the step selector in a cylindrical design, the fixed step contacts of a phase are arranged in two planes I, II, with contacts 1, 3, 5, ..., 13 lying in plane I while the Level II has contacts 2, 4, ..., K. In the center of the cylindrical arrangement there is a switching tube 21 which leads movable contacts 22, 23 in each plane. These movable contacts 22, 23 establish connections between the fixed step contacts 1, ..., 2, ... and associated contact rings 24, 25, the contact rings 24, 25 being connected to electrical lines 26, 27 which form an associated one , but not shown diverter switch. At the upper end of the switching tube 21 there is a drive pulley 28 for actuating the switching tube 21 step by step. This drive pulley 28 is designed as a Geneva plate and is actuated by means of a two-armed crank 29, a rotation of the crank 29 causing a switching step in each case. The movable contacts 22, 23 are actuated here in one stage, that is to say simultaneously. In the position shown in FIG. 1, when the next switching step (direction of the arrow) is carried out, the contact 23 moves from 1 to 13 and the contact 22 remains in contact with the contact K due to the overlap. Below the individual levels I, II of the step selector are in a further level III, the contacts (+), (-) of a preselector, movable contacts 30 of this preselector either establishing a connection of the respective center contact K with the (+) contact or (-) contact. The movable contacts 30 of the preselector sit at the end of a switching shaft 31 arranged concentrically in the switching tube 21. This switching shaft 31 of the preselector can be actuated as a function of the switching step of the step selector. It is provided with a crank 32, in the recess of which the cam 33 of a two-armed lever 34 can engage. This two-armed lever 34 is actuated by means of a cam 35 firmly seated on the drive disk 28, the movement sequence being set such that the actuation of the preselector contacts 30 takes place as soon as the step selector has completed one revolution. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the movable contact 23 changes from 1 to 13, while the movable contact 22 contacts due to its overlap with the contact K remains. Simultaneously with this sequence of movements in the step selector, the movable preselector contacts 30 change from (-) to (+). As can be seen from the figures, in this embodiment all the gear parts, both the step selector and the preselector, are combined to form a gear block in the upper area of the step selector. The switching steps of step selector and preselector are coordinated with each other in the gearbox alone.

The basic design of the second exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 corresponds to the example described above, which is why the same reference numbers as in the first example are entered here. The only difference is the design of the gearbox. As can be seen, an auxiliary Geneva disk 36 is arranged to the side of the drive disk 28. It is equipped with exactly half of the Maltese cuts 37 as the drive pulley 28. The drive crank 291 actuates both the drive disk 28 and the auxiliary Geneva disk 36. A separate cam 38 is provided on the drive crank 291 for the latter. As can be seen, a rotation of the drive crank 291 by 180 ° leads to an actuation of the drive pulley 28 by one step. If the drive crank 28 is rotated by a further 180 °, the drive disk 28 performs its second switching step and at the same time the auxiliary Geneva disk 36 is also actuated by one step, the cam 38 running into a Maltese cut 37. The auxiliary Geneva disk 36 is equipped with a cam 39 which engages in the crank 32 of the selector shaft 31 of the preselector in a previously determined switching step. It is clear that due to the equipment of the auxiliary Geneva disk 36 with only half the number of cuts 37 there is an increase in the switching angle for the preselection operation.
