Transfer device for laundry kettles. Übergussv devices for existing Wäsehekochkessel or especially for this purpose on manufactured Wäsehekochgefäß for generating a strong lye circulation during cooking are known per se. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the detergency of these devices.
For this purpose, according to the invention, the riser pipe head is provided with at least one nozzle for the caustic outlet, which is assigned to a cap-like member acting together with this nozzle in the manner of an ejector, for the purpose of supplying air to the caustic solution when it emerges from the nozzle and thereby loosening it to bring about the lye jet.
In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: Fig. 1 shows an overmolding device of the first embodiment in elevation, with the riser pipe head provided with an annular nozzle in longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 is a partial representation of the riser pipe head of a second embodiment with all around arranged round nozzles.
The pouring device shown in Fig. 1 for laundry boilers has the known bell-shaped plate 1 with a central opening of the same ruled out riser pipe, which consists of the two telescopically telescoping pipe parts 2 and 2a, whereby the length of the riser pipe is the height of the Laundry boiler can be customized.
At the upper end of a column 4 adjustable in guides 3 of the riser pipe part 2a, a baffle cap 5 is fastened above the 1lIündung of the riser pipe, which is set so that it has a nozzle formed by an annular gap 6 at the mouth of the riser pipe part 2a for the exit of the in Leaves the riser pipe bubbling up with lye steam mixture. A hood (cap) 7 is fastened over the impact cap 5 by means of struts 8, so that an annular gap 9 also remains between the impact cap 5 and the hood 7.
The hood 7 has a relatively wide central opening 10 at the top. The lye-steam mixture exiting through the annular gap 6 causes a strong suction in the area of the annular gap 9, as a result of which air flowing in through the opening 10 of the hood is entrained and included in the washing process. The hood 7 thus acts together with the lye outlet nozzle as an ejector.
The rising lye-steam mixture in the riser pipe 2, 2a bounces against the baffle cap 5 and is deflected outward by this, whereby it exits through the annular gap 6 and pours fresh air entrained in a bell-shaped jet over the laundry. The effect of the oxygen, which is contained in the air carried along by the suds, significantly increases the washing power and the bleaching effect in the washing process.
In the second embodiment of FIG. 2, the riser head is closed at the top and ge with. sideways, evenly all around. see distributed round nozzles 5a ver, which are tapered towards the mouth 6a. A cap-shaped member 7a formed as a funnel is arranged on each nozzle coaxially with the same, which is connected to the nozzle 5a by struts 8a to form an annular gap 9a or to form an object.
The lye-steam mixture bubbling up in the riser pipe 2, 2a causes a strong suction in the annular gap 9a when it exits the nozzles 5a, through which air is entrained from the outside and fed to the laundry together with the lye-steam mixture pouring over the laundry.
