Man hat beispielsweise die Maste auf dem l#opfe stehend in einem Kessel eingesetzt -, der miten init kaltem und oben mit heissemöl gefüllt -wurde, so dass das heisseöl infolge seiner wesentlich herabgesetzten Viskosität die Mastenfüsse viel. wirksamer imprägnierte als das darunter befindlielie kalteöl. Man hat ferner vor-esehlagen, in Imprä--nierke,;
#- t' seln, in denen die Maste ebenfalls stehend eingesetzt werden, eine Seheidewand fest ein- Yubauen, an der bei den Durchtrittsöffnun- 0,ei), (ler Holzmaste Dichtungsmittel ange bracht sind,

Process and devices for the different impregnation of wooden poles on both sides of a cross-section by means of different pressure fluids. There are already different methods for different impregnation of Irolzmasten, z. B.
Line masts, to both ropes of a cross line by means of various pressure fluids, proposed were 2n Zn which, the known fact Reeliiiiiii--is carried that these wood]) loads at the point where they come from your. Egress into the soil, are especially exposed to rot and insect damage and therefore require a particularly strong irn.prägilruin.
For example, the masts were placed on their heads in a kettle - which was filled with cold oil and hot oil on top - so that the hot oil resulted the mast feet much because of its significantly reduced viscosity. more effectively impregnated than the cold oil underneath. One also has pre-food layers in impregnation;
# - T 'seln, in which the masts are also used in an upright position, firmly build in a siding wall, to which sealants are attached to the openings in the wooden masts,
which, together with a three-air chimney located on the other side of the siding, prevent the impregnation liquids from escaping and thus prevent the masts from being impregnated differently, with several operations being required.
All of these processes use upright boilers, which are naturally expensive because of the tall structures and lifting equipment required for introducing the rods and time-consuming and laborious to operate. In no case was it possible to impregnate a mast at the foot with tar oil and the rest of the area with an impregnation solution in a single operation.
The invention eliminates these sewing parts of the previously known methods. According to the invention, in a single operation, the masts are impregnated in an at least approximately horizontal position surrounded by liquid in a tank in which a partition is provided for the two impregnating liquids. The siding wall can be designed to be retractable and extendable. Both the same - but see e.g. B. impregnating liquids of organic or inorganic origin that differ in terms of temperature, viscosity or concentration, as well as completely different impregnating liquids, can be used in a single operation.
At the points where the congestion passes through the septum, seals are used for the same and also for different, but related liquids, and for very different types of foreign liquids, special devices are also advantageously used to mix the impregnating liquids to avoid cracks in the masts.
The drawing shows exemplary embodiments of devices for performing the method. On the basis of these, the method according to the invention is also explained below, for example.
Fi-. 1 illustrates a device in elevation, of which FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-B of FIGS. 1-. FIG. 3 shows a further device, for which FIG. 4 shows a section along the line CD in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 > the sealing between the mast and (1 siding wall is shown on a large scale.
Fi ---. 6 shows a third device in an elevation, for FIG. 7, a section along the line E-P in FIGS. 6 and 6. 8, 9 and 10 show a detail on a larger scale.
According to F! ". 1 to 2, the stationary impregnation boiler part 1 is closed with the extendable boiler part 11 . The recess in the flanges 6 of the impregnation vessel part 1 inserted by means of two guide pins 19 , retractable and extendable by means of a not shown wall 2 is partially with masts < B> 3 is shown covered. The partition wall is provided with openings 7 for this purpose.
Furthermore, the boiler part 11 is equipped with a heating element 5 . The connecting pieces 20 and 21 are intended for the liquid inflow lines, the connecting pieces 22 and 23 for the liquid outflow lines. The masts ä are sealed in the septum openings 7 , for example. B. border on the floor by means of canvas 4 or other flexible bandage strips.
In Fig. 1, 2 the siding wall is shown only partially covered with bars in order to better show the structural design of this Einriehtung. However, in order to use the same drawing to show the emptying and viewing of the impregnation vessel, it must be assumed that the siding wall is completely covered with masts,
which have been sifted off in the silk wall, and that the ragged mast ends are easily detachable and connected to a - mast carriage (not shown) that can be moved in the fixed boiler. Furthermore, it is assumed that the mast feet in the vessel part a are covered with hot, the upper pole parts in the vessel part b which are to be impregnated more weakly with cold tar oil.
At the end of the impregnation period, the liquid di-iiek is lifted and after the tar oil has been withdrawn from the C'Tefi "s parts a and b via the drainage nozzles in their storage containers, the boiler damage between the stationary and the mobile boiler part is released.
The mobile boiler part is removed and afterwards a siding wall wagon is driven up to the flange of the stationary boiler part to take up the covered siding wall. The Seheidewand is then raised a little with the help of a BoekkraneN (not shown), which is also driven up to the boiler, placed on the '"#' elieidewallwagen and connected to it.
The selleidewand can now be moved out of your stationary boiler with deilf-haste until the - "# lastfalirwa (, en in the boiler has reached the end of its roadway. Here the pigtail ends of the masts with your rope of the Boek crane tied on and lifted off the mast trolley.
The heather wall with the mast collar is now on the one hand resting on the trolleys and on the other hand suspended from the gantry crane in the rope slings, which frees up space for the following inspection of the impregnation boiler with an advantageously already completed mast collar.
The end of the braid of the removed mast bundle is placed on a work boek corresponding to the middle of the wall, after which the rope slings are loosened. The dismantling of the rod bundle4 begins with the loosening of the top mast, the partition wall 2. The two ends of the so cleared mast are lifted a little at the same time with a gantry crane and extended with the foot end first out of the partition wall.
In the same way, all masts of the Seheidewand are removed further downwards.
The viewing of the silk wall attached to your car with impregnation-ready masts is carried out from bottom to top. The pole, which is lifted from the ground with two gantry cranes, is inserted braid first into the septum opening and sealed in the septum opening on the pole (front).
The above-mentioned Arbeitsboek is used to form the union. Afterwards the mast bundle is transported to the impregnation tank and its container.
The device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is suitable for processes with only one impregnation agent or with different, but type-related liquids, e.g. B. coal tar oil and coal tar, provided.
When using coal tar oil or aqueous salt solution, or two types of related liquids as impregnation agents, any penetration of the liquid from one vascular zone into the naelibarte (-u'elässzone) is not disadvantageous.
The vessel part a, in which the mast feet (stick) are located, is z. B. 900 C of the coal tar oil with the help of the heater 5 -ellalten. The difference in viscosity of the coal tar oil in the vessel parts a and b caused by the temperature difference results in a different degree of (quantitatively different) impregnation in both vessel parts with the same impregnation pressure.
The wooden parts in the vessel part a are more heavily impregnated as a result of the slightly more liquid coal tar oil, the 1st wooden parts in the vessel part b are less impregnated as a result of the viscous coal tar oil. The difference in viscosity required when using coal tar oil can not only be caused by heat, but also by chemical means by adding z. B. benzene as a solvent, etc. can be achieved.
For example, the mast foot of keel rods in hot coal tar (e.g. 900 C) and the top of the mast in coal tar oil with the respective outside temperature, e.g. B. from 1511 to 3011 C , so two different, but artver related impregnating agents are used at the same time.
The aim here is not to create a viscosity difference by heating the tar, but simply to make the tar, which cannot be used for impregnation purposes at the respective outside temperatures, impregnated by heat. So it is not an impregnating agent heated to bring about viscosity differences.
According to FIGS. 3 to 5 are in the openings 7 provided with a pipe socket paddles 11 with a mast thickness corresponding clearance to the partition wall 2 with screws 18 . A sleeve 9 made of a liquid-tight material (e.g. impregnated canvas fabric) is pulled onto the connecting piece and fixed e.g. B. tied with wire 111 . The remaining free other end 16 of this sleeve is on the mast at the pole border 8 with the interposition of a seal 8 also z. B. tied with wire 17 sealingly. The space 12 left free in the opening of the vagina is not included here.
Sealing material filled in to allow the mast to change position. The weight of the masts does not rest here on the wires 8, but in the nozzles of the paddles 11 and when the impregnation vessel is filled with liquid and during the impregnation period, the buoyancy force is applied the liquid is not pressed against the seals 8 but against the nozzle of the flange 11 . The seals 8 remain completely relieved with the flexible sleeve 9 before and during the impregnation process,
since they can follow every movement of the masts in the clearance 12 without hindrance and every load is absorbed by #D die, sockets of the flanges 11 .
The device according to FIGS. 6 to 10 allows the use of 7, different types of, e.g. B. Coal tar impregnation liquid bi and aqueous salt solution. The silk wall 6 is. formed with a cavity 7 , into which a supply pipe 9 opens and from which an ALis flow pipe 10 leads - provided with flanges on the sides and can accommodate two Ilasts.
The upper part 0 of the additional impregnating loads 3 is lifted through the openings in the siding wall 6 up to the mast foot St, after the thieves do, -shell 11 </ B> on the mast 3 at the 3load upper part and mast foot border (see Fig. 10)

In order to achieve a tight seal between the sleeve 11 and the side wall 6 , the sleeve 11 is tapered on the outside and its support surface is accordingly also 61 in the Seheidewand 6 conical.
When inserting the hast 3 assembled in this way, this sleeve 11 acts so that after the impregnating Zn ZD vessel has been loaded, the vessel parts a and b from one another are tightly sealed and an overflow of the impregnation liquids from one part of the vessel into the other - would be impossible, wine) the masts to be impregnated would have no cracks in the wood.
However, since the inft-dried wood always has cracks, it is provided that the liquids also torn out of those wood ... which lead over from one vessel zone to the adjacent crevessel zone, before reaching the other part of the vessel, to be intercepted and drained off in the viewing wall. This is made possible by the open groove 14 made in the sealing material 13 arranged between the sleeve - 11 and the load surface.
This open groove 14 eiitl) löf. In the case of impregnation, the masts need to be blown in and out directly into the vessel,

For example, during the two-hour impregnation period, the base of the mast is impregnated in the liquid coal tar oil to the limit of the absorption capacity of the wood (200 to 250 kg per m3 of wood), while the upper part of the mast is in the viscous coal tar oil during the same Time absorbs coal tar oil (40 kg per in? - wood).
The full impregnation can be carried out through the impregnation tank lying on the mast foot, while the remaining mast part is less impregnated, namely in a single operation.
When using an impregnating agent of inorganic origin from the group of water-soluble salts, such as, for example, zinc chloride, arsenic or various compounds of fluon etc. in the device according to FIG B> 1 and '22, see I - the endangered mast foot is in a higher concentrated water solution of the salt concerned,
the mast top in a lower concentrated. The wood absorbs an average of around 200 liters per m3 of solution. Normally, a 1 to 3% water solution is used to work with the salts listed. This corresponds to a consumption of '2 to 6 kg salt per m3 of wood. By appropriately measuring the alkali concentration, one can regulate the amount of salt to be consumed. Applied to the method according to the invention, the mast foot can e.g. B. with a 20./Oigen, the mast top with a z. B.
1 % igeii saline solution are impregnated, with an absorption of z. B. 200 liters per in 'your mast foot 6 ko- per m., The mast top 2 kg per m33 of impregnation salt can be incorporated, that means an average Salt intake of around 13 kg per M3.
(-) In. A device according to FIGS. 6 to 10, two organic or inorganic, related or also different impregnating agents in the most diverse variations can be used at the same time. These impregnating agents can have the same or different viscosity, density, concentration, specific weight, penetration capabilities and temperatures.
For example, the severely endangered mast foot is in a low-viscosity coal tar oil, whereas the less endangered mast top is in a 11% impregnation salt solution, e.g. B. Chlorzinc. Both the base of the mast and the top of the mast can be impregnated to the limit of the capacity of the wood. This corresponds to an oil consumption per solid meter of mast of around 50 to 60 and a consumption of chlorine zinc salt of around 1.5 kg.
The method according to the invention offers great economic advantages. It is known that evenly over their entire length with 200 to 300 kg per m3 of rock tar oil fully impregnated wooden poles can reach an average age of 35 and more years. In practice, however, full impregnation over the entire length of the mast is too expensive.
The zone-wise impregnation process mentioned makes it possible to achieve such a long service life even with a smaller, economically viable oil wall by 1. the aforementioned full impregnation with coal tar oil on the most endangered part of the mast (the entry point into the ground ) be limited and the less ge endangered mast top part with a lower coal tarry z.
For example, it is impregnated with 30 to 50 kg per m3, with which the oil consumption of 200 to 250 kg per solid cubic meter of weight is approximately 90 kg is reduced, 2. the full impregnation with coal tar oil is limited to the most endangered fattening hatchet and the mast top is impregnated with a salt solution, which means that the oil consumption of 200 to 250 kg </ B> is reduced to 60 kg per cubic meter of mast,
and 3. in the case of pine poles, the full impregnation of the most endangered part of the mast base with tar and the mast top with 30 to 50 kg per inch, coal tar oil or with a Sa17 solution is impregnated, which reduces the tar oil consumption per cubic meter of mast to 30 kg, or to zero, but also reduces the long service life of the masts thanks to the high antiseptic and water-repellent properties of the tar is secured at the tar oil masts.
In all of these examples, the most endangered part of the mast, the mast foot with coal tar oil or tar is pushed to the limit of its absorption capacity. of the wood fully impregnated, aned.
