Gas heat exchanger on an absorption refrigeration unit working with inert gas. The present invention relates to absorption refrigeration units that work with indifferent gas. The purpose of the invention is to enable a simplified connection between the tlaswärmewechler on the one hand and the absorber and the collecting container on the other.
The invention is characterized in that the Cxas heat exchanger consisting of an outer and an inner tube has partly an approximately vertical part, at the lower end of which its inner pipe is connected to a collecting container for rich solution, partly an approximately horizontal part with a meter and a half of the evaporator, [J-shaped bent piece,
the absorber consisting of a pipe coil is connected at its upper end to the outer pipe of the gas heat exchanger.
The invention will now be described in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiment shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows in perspective the P # ohrverle- gun, ,, in an absorption refrigeration unit. Fig. 2 shows a detail thereof partially in section, and Fig. 3 ', 31>, 3r- and 3d are cross-sections dui-eli the gas heat exchanger with different shapes of its inner tube.
According to FIG. 1, the gas heat exchanger 1 is designed in the form of two tubes 9 and 10 running coaxially one inside the other, with an approximately vertical lower part and an approximately horizontal upper part with a U-shaped bent piece below the evaporator 8, and is with its upper end connected to the evaporator 8, which according to the drawing consists of a snake pipe.
The lower end of the outer tube 9 of the gas heat exchanger is welded to the Man tel of the collecting container 2 for the rich solution, the annular space zv-i- see inner and outer tube zui collecting container is closed, while the inner tube opens directly into the collecting container . With 3 the absorber coil is designated.
The rich gas coming from the lower part of the evaporator 8 flows through the inner tube 10 and is fed to the collecting container 2, while the poor gas coming from the absorber 3 flows to the upper part of the evaporator through the annular space 11 between the tubes 9 and 10 as well as through the connecting pipe 12. The absorber coil is connected directly to the jacket 9 of the gas heat exchanger at 4.
Also from the cooker through line 13, the liquid keitwärmewechler 14 and the pipe 7 kom coming poor solution is at 5 the gas heat exchanger at its lower part between tween the sump 2 and the connection point 4 for the absorber coil. The rich solution line is indicated at 15.
The connection between the various NEN lines is clearer from Fig. 2, from which it can be seen that the ring-shaped space 11 in the downward-facing part of the gas heat exchanger serves as a liquid seal for the poor grass rising up in the pipe 9, and there. ss - the connection point 4 of the absorber coil 3 at the level 6 forms an overflow for the poor solution into the absorber coil 3.
3a, 3 ″, 3 and 3d show different versions of the inner tube 10 of the Cz'aswärmeweclrslers. In this version, the inner tube is not circular, which is especially with larger devices with regard to the necessary heat exchange surface on the one hand and the circulation resistance the gases on the other hand is appropriate.
The gas heat exchanger according to the exemplary embodiment has. Among other things, it has the advantage that it is made from two tubes, each forming a single piece, whereby some of the welding points required in known designs are omitted. The fact that the gas heat exchanger is welded at its lower end to the fixed collecting container 2 gives the device very good stability.
The design of the gas heat exchanger 1 with a U-shaped bent pipe elbow under the evaporator 8 means that the heat exchanger requires only a limited space despite its large, effective length.
The embodiment of the inner tube of the gas heat exchanger shown in Figs. 31, 3b, 3 and 3d has the advantage that you get a large heat transfer surface between the war men and the cold gas, while at the same time you have it better in your hand predetermined heat transfer surface to make the gas circulation resistance in the gas heat exchanger and thus in the entire refrigeration unit favorable.
When using circular tubes lying coaxially one inside the other, a smaller gas friction resistance is often obtained if the tubes are dimensioned for a suitable transmission surface. Conversely, the longitudinal transfer area is too small if the pipes are only dimensioned with regard to the desired circulation resistance.
From a constructive point of view, a pipe deviating from the round cross-section is well suited for the present purpose, especially if the CTaswärnreweeh "ler has bending points, since this results in contact between the outer pipe and the inner pipe which is valuable for the stability of the inner pipe. The inner tube can also be twisted along its longitudinal axis in order to give the gases a swirling flow.
In the example shown in FIG. 3 ″, the diameter of the circle around the pipe 10 is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer pipe 9. On the protruding parts 17 of the inner pipe are in places at a certain distance from each other in the longitudinal direction of the two pipes Spacers 18 are attached, which rest against the outer tube, so that the inner tube is held in the correct position. At least one (17a.) Of the protruding parts can be in direct contact with the tube 9, so that a better thermal contact is created between the two tubes.
In this way, all the channels formed around the inner tube are in constant communication with one another, which is important for achieving a uniform gas flow in the named channels, especially if the gas heat exchanger contains curved tubes.
In one or more of the channels a (Fig. 3d) or in the corresponding channels according to Fig. 3a-3, an ammonia line leading from the condenser 711111 evaporator can be arranged for the purpose of sub-cooling the condensate.
