Sprinkler condenser for refrigeration machines In the condensers of the
Refrigeration machines transfer heat from the refrigerant to be liquefied to the cooling water
transfer; Expediently, the cooling water and refrigerant move in the
Countercurrent; 1a in the case of irrigation liquefaction, the cooling water from top to bottom
must flow, it is therefore desirable that the fluid flows from the bottom to the top.
The sprinklers generally consist of several coils of pipes connected next to one another
a., the atn entry and exit in a suitable manner, z. B. by collectibles b and
c, are connected, as shown in elevation in Fig. i, and in plan view in Fig. 2.
The inventor's experiments have shown that a satisfactory effect with derieselers
of the type known for the direct current process cannot easily be obtained
is, if you simply use them for countercurrent «, -itl,: that the
so far above through the nozzle d taking place entry of the refrigerant from below through
made the nozzle e and relocated the outlet that was previously at the bottom upwards
will. The reason is probably to be found in the fact that the flow resistances of the
individual pipe coils are never exactly the same, that is why that pipe coil,
which, with the least resistance, can easily flow through refrigerant vapors,
without liquefying, and in this way not pure liquid, but
a mixture of liquid with vapors leaves the condenser.
a, .bis a., geschaltet wird.
In
Der Stutzend kommt also in Fortfall.
According to the invention, the problem is solved in that in
each condenser or in each group of pipe coils a pipe coil f
taken out of the interconnection and behind the remaining pipe coils
a, .to a., is switched. The flow of the refrigerant takes place in this coil f
from top to. below instead. As shown in the drawing, the refrigerant enters
at -e a and is converted into several (e.g. four) pipe coils by the collector b, for example
at to a4, which are connected next to one another in the previous manner. In
Liquefaction takes place in these coils. The various sub-streams
collect in the upper collector c and from there enter the pipe coil f
this exits the liquid at the lower end g. So the dozen comes in discontinuation.
The cooling water trickles down from above, as indicated by the arrow.
lt, erfolgen lassen. If not only the same amount of water is always circulated, but if a larger amount of fresh water is fed to the condenser at the top, the temperature of the water below is warmer than above. In this case, if you want to subcool the cold liquid as much as possible, that is, if you want to bring it into contact with the coldest water, you don't need to run the last coil f down to the bottom, but can allow the refrigerant to escape further up, for example the place lt .
Eine wichtige Anwendungsmöglichkeit der vorliegenden Erfindung ist
