Classeur pour feuilles volantes. La présente invention a pour objet un classeur pour feuilles de papier vblantes, ear,teÇ, etc., du type employé pour la compta bilité, la statistique bu autres.
Le classeur suivant l'invention comprend une partie intérieure, destinée à recevoir les feuilles et présentant deux couvertures mon tées à charnières, et un étui conformé de Lagon à pouvoir servir de support pour la partie intérieure.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet. de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue de face, partielle- nient en coupe, du classeur objet de l'in vention.

En se reportant aux fig. 1 à 3 du dessin représentant le classeur fermé, on voit que la partie intérieure comprend un dos rectan gulaire 3 formé d'une feuille de métal ou d'une autre matière appropriée. Deux couver tures 4 sont reliées au dos 3 par l'intermé diaire de charnières. Ces couvertures peuvent également être métalliques ou de toute autre matière appropriée. Entre les couvertures 4, on peut disposer un ensemble de feuilles vo lantes reposant librement sur le dos 3. Des découpures sont prévues dans lesdites couver tures pour permettre d'ordonner convenable ment les feuilles volantes disposées entre ces couvertures. Aux extrémités du dos 3 sont montés à charnières deux fermoirs 5 à res sorts.
Lorsque ceux-ci sont relevés, ils saisis sent les couvertures 4 et empêchent ces der nières de s'ouvrir accidentellement. Lorsque ces fermoirs i sont rabattus dans la position montrée à la fig. 5, ils prolongent le dos 3 et peuvent servir à supporter les feuilles vo lantes contenues entre les couvertures 4 même si ces feuilles sont décalées les unes par rap port aux autres, en vue d'un triage par exemple.
L'étui a la forme d'une boîte et est fait en un matériau rigide approprié. Il comprend deux faces 6 disposées parallèlement l'une à l'autre à une distance légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur de la partie intérieure; ces faces 6 sont réunies par un fond 7 et deux côtés 8. lie fond et les côtés de l'étui peuvent être abriqués d'une même bande de métal.
Les faces 6 présentent chacune une profonde encoche 9, en forme de<B>V,</B> qui s'étend de l'ouverture de l'étui jusqu'au fond 7 de ce dernier. lia largeur de la partie de l'encoche 9, voisine du fond 7, est égale ou légèrement supérieure à l'épaisseur de la partie inté rieure, et la largeur de l'encoche à l'autre extrémité est telle qu'elle permet aux couver- tunes 4 de la partie intérieure d'être écartées l'une de l'autre dans la mesure désirée comme décrit plus loin. Des encoches 10 sont égale ment prévues dans les côtés 8 de l'étui, afin de donner accès vers l'extérieur à des boutons 11 prévus sur les fermoirs 5.
Pour se servir du classeur, l'étui est retourné comme montré aux fig. 4 et 5. son fond 7 reposant sur une table. La partie inté rieure est alors disposée perpendiculairement, par rapport à l'étui, à l'intérieur des en coches 9 de ses faces 6, le dos 3 reposant sur le fond 7. Les couvertures 4 de la partie intérieure peuvent alors être écartées l'une de l'autre (une fois que les fermoirs 5 ont, été rabattus dans la position horizontale) jus qu'à ce qu'elles appuient contre les bords des encoches 9. Les feuilles volantes 12 sont ainsi librement accessibles en vue de leur enlèvement ou de leur remplacement.
Pour refermer le classeur, on rapproche les couvertures 4 l'une de l'autre et on relève les fermoirs 5 de manière qu'ils saisissent convenablement les couvertures 4. La. partie intérieure peut alors être glissée dans l'étui à l'intérieur duquel elle est retenue par des griffes 13 prévues sur les côtés 8 de l'étui et retenues par des loquets commandés par des boutons 17. montés sur les fermoirs 5 et su.q- ceptibles d'être fermés à clé (fig. 6). Si on le désire, le fond 7 de l'étui peut être renforcé par une pièce gaufrée 14 fixée audit fond.
Des tampons de caoutehoue 15 sont pré vus sur le dos 3 et des petits pieds 16 sont fixés au fond 7 clé l'étui pour supporter ce dernier sur une table quand le classeur est dans la position ouverte montrée aux fi-. 4 et 5.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3 of the drawing showing the closed file cabinet, it can be seen that the inner part comprises a rectangular spine 3 formed of a sheet of metal or of another suitable material. Two covers 4 are connected to the back 3 by the intermediary of hinges. These covers can also be metallic or any other suitable material. Between the covers 4, a set of loose sheets resting freely on the back 3 can be placed. Cutouts are provided in said covers to allow the loose sheets placed between these covers to be properly ordered. At the ends of the back 3 are hinged two clasps 5 with spells.
When these are raised, they feel the covers 4 and prevent them from accidentally opening. When these clasps i are folded back into the position shown in FIG. 5, they extend the back 3 and can be used to support the loose sheets contained between the covers 4 even if these sheets are offset with respect to each other, with a view to sorting for example.
The case has the shape of a box and is made of a suitable rigid material. It comprises two faces 6 arranged parallel to one another at a distance slightly greater than the thickness of the interior part; these faces 6 are joined by a bottom 7 and two sides 8. the bottom and the sides of the case can be shielded from the same metal strip.
The faces 6 each have a deep notch 9, in the shape of a <B> V, </B> which extends from the opening of the case to the bottom 7 of the latter. The width of the part of the notch 9, close to the bottom 7, is equal to or slightly greater than the thickness of the interior part, and the width of the notch at the other end is such as to allow covers 4 of the inner part to be pushed apart from each other to the desired extent as described later. Notches 10 are also provided in the sides 8 of the case, in order to give outward access to buttons 11 provided on the clasps 5.
To use the binder, the case is turned upside down as shown in Figs. 4 and 5. its bottom 7 resting on a table. The interior part is then arranged perpendicularly, relative to the case, inside the notches 9 of its faces 6, the back 3 resting on the bottom 7. The covers 4 of the interior part can then be moved apart. 'from each other (once the clasps 5 have been folded into the horizontal position) until they press against the edges of the notches 9. The loose sheets 12 are thus freely accessible for their removal or replacement.
To close the binder, the covers 4 are brought together and the clasps 5 are raised so that they properly grip the covers 4. The inner part can then be slipped into the case inside. of which it is retained by claws 13 provided on the sides 8 of the case and retained by latches controlled by buttons 17. mounted on the clasps 5 and su.q- able to be locked (fig. 6) . If desired, the bottom 7 of the case can be reinforced by an embossed piece 14 fixed to said bottom.
Rubber stamps 15 are provided on the back 3 and small feet 16 are fixed to the bottom 7 key to the case to support the latter on a table when the file is in the open position shown to the fi rms. 4 and 5.
