Tensioning device for slatted armor of slat blinds. The subject of the present invention is a tensioning device for slat brackets of slat blinds. Their purpose is that the slats, even when the armor is lowered quickly, are not inflated by the air pressure, but are held in their closed position, while opening, that is to say making the slats visible, is also possible.
According to the invention, this purpose can be achieved in that a tensioning element under spring tension is guided over the front side of the lamellas at least in the rolled-up state in order to act on the lamellas grasped by it in every position thereof. As a result of the spring tension of the clamping organ, for example. can be a wire or a band, its effective length can be adapted to the respective position of the lamellas.
The subject of the invention is shown in more detail, for example, in the accompanying drawing, namely shows: Pig. 1 a first example of a lamellar store in] Selinitt, FIG. 21 on a larger scale part of the '# 4pannvorriellt, iino, of the staging according to FIG. 1,
FIG. 3 a first variant of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 a. second variant to, Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 a. second example in section.
The lane blind shown in FIG. 1 is seated in a known manner with a winding roller 1 <in which the slat panel formed by the slats 3 by means of supporting straps 2 - is hung up. The slats 3 are guided between lateral bars 4 and can be adjusted to their open position (FIG. 1) when the curtain is lowered.
In order to prevent undesired tilting of the lamellas when the curtain is lowered rapidly and thus hitting and damaging them to the window lintel, a tension wire 5 is in the longitudinal center of the uppermost lamella 3 for example 0.4 nm in diameter, which is guided downwards in the longitudinal direction of the armor over all the slats. Following the bottom lamella 3 , an end strip 6 is attached to the support straps 2, which in the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a spring housing < B> 7 .
A spring roller 9 rotatable on a bolt 8 with a spiral link 10 is arranged in the rotating housing 7 , on which Roll the lower end of the wire rolled up and fastened. One end of the spiral spring 1.0 is attached to the roller 9 and the other end to the bolt 8 . The arrangement is such that when the wire is fully bent, 5 the spring 10 is tensioned.
It is understood that when the lamellae are closed, a shorter effective length of the wire 5 is required, the wire 5 do so tightly against the lamellae 3 </ B > to hold than with slanted slats. When the slats 3 are inclined by known means (not shown), the wire 5 is unwound from the roll 9 and thru the spring 10 </ B> held tense.
The always effective spring tension prevents however an undesired opening of the slats e.g. B. by the effect of the Luftdrueke.-, with rapid lowering of the lamellar armor.
Instead of the housing 7 provided with a roller and spiral member, the tensioning device can also have a bolt 11 fastened to the bar 6 in the longitudinal direction , on which a tensioning lever 12 is pivotably mounted in a vertical plane that is perpendicular to the lamellar armor plane (FIG. 3). This is connected to the end of the twisting element 5 > ' and the lever 12 is attacked by an arm of a torsion spring 13 ,
which is supported on the other end on the bolt 11 . When the lamellar armor is closing and the wire 5 is consequently relaxing, the lever 12 is pivoted downward by the spring 13 in the direction of the arrow, so that the wire 5 remains taut and rests tightly against the closed slats.
When the slats are sawed, the spring 13 must therefore be tensioned, the strength of which is selected so that this cannot take place due to the air pressure acting on the slats when the armor is lowered rapidly.
A further variant of the tensioning device is shown in FIG. 4. In this case, the bar 6 carries a bolt 1.4 protruding at right angles from its plane, on which a two-armed tensioning lever is rotatably arranged.
The lower end of the wire 5 is attached to the arm 15 of the lever, and a torsion spring engages the arm 16 of the mentioned lever > 17 , which is supported on the other end on the bolt 14 from.
Fig. 4 shows the parts of the * tensioning device with slanted slat blinds. When the armor closes, the spring 17 keeps the wire 5 taut by pulling the two-armed tensioning lever 15, 16 in a plane parallel to the plane of the lamellar armor pivoted position shown in Fig. 4. It goes without saying that the lower end of the wire 5 can also be connected to the terminal strip 6 in another way.
FIG. 5 shows a further example of a lamellar blind in which the clamping device shown in FIG. 2 is used.
In this case, the spring housing 7 is braided under a recess in the lintel, and the spa wire 5 leads over a guide roller 18 over the front of the Armor and, as in the example mentioned above, is all hinged to the uppermost lamella of the armor. This arrangement of the tension wire also prevents the lamellae from opening when the tank is rapidly lowered due to the air pressure,
that they strike against the peristerial fall and can thus be damaged. The same applies, of course, to the lamellas that are still rolled up, which are held together by the wire and prevented from hitting the wall of the hollow space 19 .
In all of the examples described, the above-mentioned training ensures that the tension twist in the open and closed position of the lamellas, both with the armor rolled up and with the lowered armor, rests tightly on the lamellas detected and in the sense of the closing of the lamellas acts.
