Kippjalousie.
Fig. 3 ist ein Grundriss, teilweise, im Schnitt.
Tilting blind. The subject matter of the present invention is a tilting blind, which is characterized in that it has a plurality of slats, which are rotatably mounted on one edge at each end of a metal guide band and on their other edge with at least one are hinged to a winding drum, so that the unwound slats are parallel to each other,
an end rail attached to the guide straps cooperating with attachment means when the blind is at least partially lowered.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the tilting blind according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a cross section through the tilting blind in the unwound state.
Figure 2 is a similar cross-section in the unwound condition.
Fig. 3 is a plan view, partly in section. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a pull-up tape, and Fig. 5 is a plan view of an adjustable display position.
In the drawing, 1 denotes a pull-up drum, which is connected at one of its ends to a drum 2 on which a belt is attached as in known roller shutters.
The tilting blind points. a multiplicity of slats 3 slightly curved in profile, one edge 4 of which is bent downward for stiffening. A pivot 5 is attached to both ends of the other edge, which can rotate in a bearing 6 of a guide band 7 . The two guide strips 7 can slide in rails 8 which are attached to the window frame. On the other edge 4 of the blind 3 there are slots 9 through which one or more pull-up tapes 10 are passed.
There are just as many pull-up straps 10 as there are slots 9 in each lamella 3 . Both the guide straps 7 and the pull-up straps 10 are made of metal. Bearings 6 or 11 are pressed out of each of these bands. After the pull-up tapes have been passed through the slits 9 of the slats 3 , the mounting tapes 10 are inserted into the bearings 11 > Pivot pin 12 inserted, on which the slats 3 are supported.
The pivot pins 5 occupy the same distance in the bearings 6 of the guide bands 7 as the pivot pins 12 in the bearings 11 </ B > of the pull-up straps 10 so that when the tilting blind is unrolled, the slats 3 that are not wound onto the drum 1 are parallel to one another. At the lower ends of the guide bands 7 an end rail 13 is fastened by means of rivets 14, which also serve to fasten an angle piece 15 .
Several members 16 are attached to this, which constantly exert a pull on the lowest lamella 3 , the line of action of which does not pass through the axis of the pivot pin 5 </ B > this lamella 3 goes through it, so that a torque in the clockwise direction (Fig. 1 and 2) acts on the latter. The lower end of the end rail 13 is intended to work together with a stop 17 , which is made either from the lower crossbar of the window frame or from one or more along the rails 8 adjustable stop faces 18 .
The way in which it works is as follows: In the rolled up position, the slats 3 lie flat on top of one another, as shown in FIG. 2, with a stop that is not used, but is known from conventional roller shutters ensures that the tilting blind cannot be rolled up any further than about two or three pairs of pivot pins 5 remain in the rails 8 .
The lamellas and their mountings are dimensioned so that in the unwound state the pivot pins 5 on the one hand and the pivot pins 12 on the other lie on the same spirals. If, as in the example shown, the lamellae are wider in cross-section than the pins 5 or the bolts 12 are spaced apart from one another, there is an incision 19 <at both ends of the edge 4 of the lamellae / B> is to be provided, into which the closest bolt 5 can be inserted.
All slats 3 that have not been wound up only hang on the pull-up straps 10 because the guide straps 7 when the blind is just lowered so far that the end rail 13 on the stop 17 or 18 comes from the top pivot 5 to the drum 1 Do not tighten the leading strand, but let it slack a little. This run only serves to ensure that the guide tapes 7 are wound regularly.
As soon as the rail 13 hits the stop and the pull-up straps 10 continue to unwind, the springs 16 twist the bottom lamella 3 From the state of FIG. 2 to that of FIGS. 1, and all other lamellas 3 perform the same tilting movement thanks to their own weight and that via the pull-up tapes the same tilting movement exerted on them by the closest vertical line.
The more you unwind the pull-up tapes by letting go, the more the slats 3 tilt down. When you put on the lifting straps, the same thing happens in the reverse order.
Various changes could be made, for example the positioning of the slats 3 in the bands 7 and 10. The springs < B> 16 could, for example, be replaced by a rubber band that is the same length as the slats. However, such an elastic connecting means between the end rail 13 and the adjacent lamella 3 could also be completely dispensed with.
It is then advisable to let the end rail 13 butt rather strongly against the stop, so that the resulting vibration is the primary reason for the slats 3 to tilt down The inclination can be adjusted afterwards by tightening the straps as desired.
The lamellas themselves can consist of sheet steel, for example, and the pivot pins 5 can be soldered to them. For lighter tilting blinds, slats made of light metal are preferably used, and the pivot pins 5 can then be formed as hollow tubular pieces that are squeezed together over the length over which they cover the slats and by means of the latter Rivets are attached.
The pivot pins 12 can optionally be solid or roll-shaped. Finally, it should also be mentioned that tilting blinds of this type can be arranged inside or outside the windows or doors, so that they can be closed like known roller shutters by means of a lock, for example with the end rail 13 working together, who can be locked.
One of the legs of the guide rails 8 can be lengthened so that it covers their cutouts 19 even when the slats are folded forward, in order to ensure a sheet-metal seal.
