Deckel an Haushaltmaschinen.
Lid on household machines. The present invention relates to one. Lid on household machines with processing tools for crushing, mixing, stirring, foaming, coagulating and aerating food and beverages, which has a central and an edge part.
The middle part of the lid has so far been designed as a closure member that can be slipped onto an edge of the plate or hood-shaped edge part, the well-known Sehüttelbeeher may have served as a model, in which the edge part must be removable to allow z. B. Easily pour components of a drink and bring in Eisstiieke, Frühelite or the like conveniently to be able to NEN, while the middle part closes the spout reinforced with a sieve.
It has. However, it has been shown that this does not form the cover. is free from drawbacks. The processing item located in the vessel naturally strives to adopt the form of movement that the processing tool itself performs, although the wall friction naturally means that the form of movement of the tool is fully transferred to the item. excludes. Bouncing surfaces have already been created to prevent the tool movement from being transmitted to the product.
It cannot be avoided, however, that under the influence of the circulation movement the material becomes leaky on the walls of the receiving vessel and seeks to approximate the well-known parabolic shape, as it ideally occurs during the rotation of liquid. The parabola that leads to infinity. to the fact that when the edge part of the lid is removed, as it is necessary with too small or too tightly connected to the edge part, the middle part is required to allow running material to escape from the vessel and be thrown away.
It kicks. also, apart from the resulting impurities, there is a loss of material to be processed if, in order to convince, for example, of the condition of the material to be processed, one tries to remove an excessively large middle part of the lid while the supply is running. It is also difficult to get new goods while the device is running. to be introduced, since the circulating, previously introduced goods form a kind of solid wall against which the freshly filled goods. bounces so that it wanders up this solid wall and is thrown off without being incorporated into the mass of the circulating goods.
On the other hand, however, nice goods often have to be introduced while the device is running, because the volume of the goods that have already been introduced has been reduced by the shredding, so that a replenishment is necessary to obtain the desired total amount, or because it is the respective one Procedure entails that other substances can or should only be added later. This is for example in manufacturing. This is the case with mavonnaises, for which it is a prerequisite that the egg yolk is first converted into a completely whisked state before oil can be added.
So that fresh goods can be introduced easily and conveniently into the running household machine at any time, without the risk of soiling and without any loss of the sem. According to the invention, the middle part is articulated like a hinge to the annular edge part. and designed to be foldable into the cavity of the vessel.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical cross section through a lid, while Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the same. It denotes 1 an annular cylindrical extension of the edge part of the lid which remains immovable with respect to the vessel. The rim 1, which is close to the cylinder, rests against the edge of the open vessel of the household machine, indicated by dash-dotted lines, so that the lid is held directly on the vessel.
The edge 1, which is close to the ring cylinder, merges after a transition piece 2 into an annular bulge 4, 5 which is open towards the vessel cavity 3 and which forms a feed funnel with a free front edge 6. On this edge part 1, 2, 1, 5 and 6, which remains immobile with respect to the vessel, a central, movable cover part is arranged. This central part has a circular plate 7 which has two hinged attachments 8 which are rotatable about the axis 9.
The axis 9 is held by a not shown, rolled-up nose of the part 5. On the axis 9, the spring 10 is arranged, one end of which is held on the mentioned nose, while the other, longer end 11 is brought to bear on the part 7. is. The plate 7 has a tongue-shaped recess 12, whose. The longitudinal direction is perpendicular to that of the axis 9, the dimension of the recess increasing towards the edge 13 of the plate 7 so that the last drop of a liquid to be admixed reaches the cavity of the vessel. The movable cover part is dimensioned so that it can never come into contact with the processing tools even when it is fully opened.
It can be seen that the middle part 7, 12, 13, 14 can be pivoted into the vessel cavity against the action of the spring 10, 11, so that the introduction funnel 5 is too open towards the vessel cavity. Under the action of the spring 10, 11, the middle part 7, 12, 13, 14 of the lid closes automatically. In this way, larger quantities of hairstyled items can be brought in while Vorrieht.ung without rotating material escaping. Any amounts of liquid introduced into the feeder are automatically released to the vessel cavity via the one, possibly also via several depressions 12, the edge 14 acting as a drip edge.
If larger amounts of liquid, semi-liquid, powdery or otherwise small-sized substances are conveyed into the vessel cavity, the plate 7 is pressed down slightly so that a larger cross-section of the edge is exposed beyond the cross-section 15.
