B. bauliehen Gründen, in wesent- licher Entfernung, z.
Two-wheel tractor with pulled and driven by this
Tillage equipment.
Einachssehlepper with this pulled and driven tillage device that z. B. is designed as a tiller and in a milling tail the driven tillage tools, z. B. resilient hooks are known. In such tillers, the milling tail is rigidly connected to the body of the tractor and accordingly can only be raised and lowered about the axis of the drive wheels of the tractor, but not laterally adjustable or movable with respect to the vertical central longitudinal plane of the tiller. Accordingly, the drive shaft coming from the machine for the tillage tools also consisted of a single, straight shaft.
Such a rigid connection has hitherto been considered necessary because it was only believed to be able to ensure control of the tiller in a straight line, as is necessary for tilling the soil in lines.
As a result of this rigid connection, turning with the rotary tiller is somewhat difficult during work and it was not possible to drive in tight corners.
In a Einachssehlepper with rigid attachment of the tillage device, z. B. rigid milling tail, there is also the following disadvantage: If zenreihen between two rows of plants should be milled or chopped whose plants are not exactly in a straight line, it is difficult to avoid damaging individual plants. If an attempt is made to remove the milling tail a little from the row of plants, the head of the single-axis lobe must first be removed from the edge in question. As a result, the cutter tail swings out in the opposite direction first, thus entering the row of plants and damaging the plants.
In the case of a rigid milling tail, it is also not easy to place a milling line next to the milling line so that the new milling line begins exactly on the edge of the already milled floor and an unmilled gap does not temporarily remain or is milled again in the milled part.
According to the invention, in the case of a single-axle tractor with a soil cultivation device pulled and driven by it, the soil cultivation device is connected to the body of the single-axle tractor with the ability to oscillate in a lateral direction.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the attached drawing, for example and schematically on a rotary tiller.
It shows :
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a known type of tiller,
2 is a plan view of a rotary tiller according to the invention,
3 shows a plan view of this tiller during the processing of the earth located immediately around a tree (tree grate),
Fig. 4 is a vertical section along the line IV-IV of Fig. 3,
5 shows a vertical longitudinal section through a connecting part on a larger scale.
In the drawing, 1 denotes the machine housing of the tiller of a tiller, 2 the axis of the tiller, 3 the drive wheels, 4 the tiller, 5 tilling tools covered by a box 5a, e.g. B. a roller resilient hooks and 6 guide rods (guide bars).
From Fig. 1 it is readily apparent that such a tiller can work straight lines of soil very well, but that the minimum turning circle of the tiller, which depends on the distance of the tilling tools 5 from the axis 2, is relatively large.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the soil cultivation device 5 is connected to the machine housing 1 of the single-axis body with the possibility of oscillation in the horizontal direction. In the exemplary embodiment shown, this is effected in that a connecting piece 7 designed as a joint is switched into the milling tail 4. Depending on the particular requirements, the arrangement can be made so that an angular position a of 0 to 35 degrees or, for special purposes, even up to 70 degrees is possible. The connecting piece can be designed in any suitable manner.
In Fig. 5, a particularly expedient design for the present purposes is illustrated.
In known joints, the shaft parts connected by the ball joint are made of different, z. B. building reasons, at a considerable distance, z. B. from 7 to 8 em, stored from the center of the ball joint in the housing parts surrounding it. This creates the risk of the actual joint parts hitting, as a result of which the transmission of force through the joint connection is disturbed and the bearing parts are quickly worn away.
In the drawing, 8 and 9 denote pins with the actual ball joint pieces 10 and 11 of two drive shaft parts. 12 and 13 are two housing parts that form the connecting piece 7 with the first-mentioned parts. C is the center of the ball joint. The two housing parts 12 and 13 are connected to one another by pivot pins 14, in eyes 15 and 16 in the vertical plane through the pivot center point C, and the one drive shaft part is in its housing 13 in the closest vicinity of the ball joint center point, possibly enclosing the pivot fens 9 of the ball joint, as illustrated by the small distance e of the ball bearing part 17.
In terms of the purpose, the bearing of the other shaft drive part is also as close as possible to the center point of the ball joint, as is indicated by the distance f. This achieves a reduction in the distances e and f from approximately 7 to 8 em in known designs to approximately 2 and 5 cm, respectively.
By designing the bearing encompassing the journal 9 as a main bearing with a greater distance g between its ball bearings, it is possible to move the ball bearings of the other bearing closer together. Due to the special arrangement of the overall bearing, it is possible to make the overall length of the spacer 7 relatively short (saving in length about 40% compared to the usual design), which shortens the distance between the drive wheels and the soil cultivation tool and thus a reduction in the Turning circle radius, as is desired for machining banm discs.
The pins 9 and 10 are connected to the drive shaft parts stored in the housing by means of dowel pins 19 or
20, for which a mounting opening 21 is provided in the one housing part, which at the same time serves as a small opening. 22 and 23 are known seals through which a grease space for the joint parts 10 and 11 is created. 24 and 25 are coupling means for the coming from the prime mover or leading to the tillage tool parts of the drive shaft.
Of course, a design is also possible in which the housing part 13 forms part of the milling tail and accordingly the inner parts are also arranged therein. In a further embodiment, the machine housing is rounded at the rear towards a vertical half-cylinder, is encompassed by a correspondingly rounded front part of the milling tail, and both parts are articulated to one another by two vertical bolts similar to 14, while the interior arrangement is essentially as in FIG. 5 is made.
Of course, any locking device can be arranged on the milling tail to temporarily cancel the pendulum movement.
Instead of switching on only a single joint in the milling tail, as described, the milling tail can also be movably connected to the housing of the single-axis milling body by a double joint.
The laterally movable arrangement of the tiller makes it possible to work with tiller or hoe even in narrower rows of plants without damaging the plants, because the movable tiller follows the change of direction without it swinging out. ben is to be moved in the wrong direction. It is also much easier to create a new milling line immediately after an already milled line, and it is possible to drive around smaller obstacles while maintaining the general direction.
