Description
Vorrichtung zum Mischen einer Flüssigkeit oder zum Emulgieren.
Im Patentansprueh des Hauptpatentes ist eine Vorrichtung zum Mischen einer Flüssigkeit oder zum Emulgieren umschrieben, bei welcher ein in das zur Aufnahme des zu bearbeitenden Mediums bestimmte Gefäss hineinragendes, in Vibrationsbewegungen versetzbares Rührorgan mindestens eine Durchlass öffnung aufweist, deren Wände nicht parallel zur Vibrationsbewegungsriehtung verlaufen.
Es hat sieh nun gezeigt, dass bei Vorgängen, bei welchen ein Gas in das Behandlungsgefäss eingeführt werden muss, das Vibration Rührorgan sich ausserordentlieh gut eignet, um die zugeführten Gase in der Flüssigkeit in feinste Bläschen aufzuteilen.
Die Vorrichtung gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausbildung der Vorrichtung nach dem Patentansprueh des Hauptpatentes und kennzeichnet sieh dadurch, dass eine in das zur Aufnahme des zu bearbeitenden Mediums bestimmte Gefäss führende Gaszuleitung derart angeordnet ist, dass der Austritt des Gases unmittelbar bei einer in Vibrationsbewegungen versetzbaren, durch lichten Platte erfolgt.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellt.
Nach Fig. 1 ist an der Stange 1, die aus dem nicht gezeichneten Gefäss nach aussen führt, die Platte 2 angeordnet, die konische Durchlassöffnungen 3 aufweist. Mit 4 ist die Gaszuführleitung bezeichnet, die unmittelbar unter der Platte 2 endet. Das zugeführte Gas wird durch die durch nicht gezeichnete Mitte] in Pfeilrichtnng in Vibrationsbewegung versetzte Platte 2 in feinste Bläschen zerschlagen.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 ist die Stange 1, an der die Platte 2 angeordnet ist, hohl und bildet selbst das Ende der Gas- zuleitung, so dass der C, < Gasaustritt unmittelbar unter der Platte 2 erfolgt. Die Stange 1 ist an eine nicht gezeichnete Gaszuführleitung angeschlossen.
Versuche mit der beschriebenen Vorrichtung haben gezeigt, dass an Stelle von grossen aufsteigenden Blasen, die bei der Zuführung von Gas in eine Flüssigkeit normalerweise auftreten, ein feiner Gassehaum entsteht, der sieh gleichmässig in der Flüssigkeit verteilt und demzufolge eine sehr grosse Oberfläche besitzt.
Die Gase werden daher viel schneller und besser absorbiert.
PATENTANSPRUCH:
Vorrichtung zum Mischen einer Flüssigkeit oder zum Emulgieren gemäss Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine in das zur Aufnahme des zu bearbeitenden Mediums bestimmte Gefäss führende Gaszuleitung derart angeordnet ist, dass der Austritt des Gases unmittelbar bei einer in Vibrationsbewegungen versetzbaren, durchlochten Platte erfolgt.

In the patent claim of the main patent, a device for mixing a liquid or for emulsifying is described, in which an agitating element which protrudes into the vessel intended for receiving the medium to be processed and can be set in vibratory movements has at least one passage opening, the walls of which do not run parallel to the vibratory movement.
It has now shown that in processes in which a gas has to be introduced into the treatment vessel, the vibration agitator element is extremely well suited for dividing the supplied gases in the liquid into very fine bubbles.
The device according to the present invention relates to a further embodiment of the device according to the patent claim of the main patent and is characterized in that a gas feed line leading into the vessel intended for receiving the medium to be processed is arranged in such a way that the gas emerges immediately when vibrating displaceable, made by clear plate.
In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments are shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
According to FIG. 1, the plate 2, which has conical passage openings 3, is arranged on the rod 1, which leads outwards from the vessel (not shown). The gas supply line, which ends directly below the plate 2, is designated by 4. The supplied gas is broken into very fine bubbles by the plate 2, which is set in a vibratory motion in the direction of the arrow by the center, not shown.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the rod 1 on which the plate 2 is arranged is hollow and itself forms the end of the gas supply line, so that the gas outlet occurs directly under the plate 2. The rod 1 is connected to a gas supply line, not shown.
Tests with the device described have shown that instead of the large rising bubbles which normally occur when gas is fed into a liquid, a fine gas space is created which is evenly distributed in the liquid and consequently has a very large surface.
The gases are therefore absorbed much faster and better.
PATENT CLAIM:
Device for mixing a liquid or for emulsifying according to claim of the main patent, characterized in that a gas supply line leading into the vessel intended for receiving the medium to be processed is arranged in such a way that the exit of the gas takes place directly at a perforated plate that can be set in vibration.
