De plus, du matériel est enlevé, en des sous et du côté extérieur de la partie de la forme située en arrière du point B, pour for mer un évidement qui est. délimité, d'une part, par une arête qui, vue en projection sur le plan de référence (fig. 5), comprend un tron çon de droite partant de la projection du point. de tangence du plan transversal postérieur (point D) et allant jusqu'à un point E situé à une distance de la trace trp du plan trans- versai postérieur, mesurée parallèlement à DP, qui est égale à 11/24 de L et à une distance du côté extérieur du contour de la forme, mesu rée parallèlement à la trace trp, qui est égale à 1j3 de la largeur maximum H de la partie arrière de la projection de la forme;
ce tron çon de droite se raccorde à une ligne arquée qui atteint le contour de la projection de la forme à un point situé à une distance de la trace trp égale aux 13/24 de L, c'est-à-dire au point B de la partie concave ACB du contour (fig. 5). D'autre part, l'évidement est délimité par une deuxième arête dont la projection DFB sur le plan de référence se confond avec le côté extérieur du contour de la projection de la forme, et dont la projection D'F'B' (fig. 4) sur un plan perpendiculaire au plan de référence et passant par les pointsD etP, se trouve au-dessus de la projection D'M'E'B' sur ce même plan de projection de la première arête;
Method of manufacturing a shoe, shape for its use and shoe obtained by this method. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a shoe, charac terized in that a shaped shape is used so that its projection, on a reference plane perpendicular to two parallel transverse planes of maximum spacing respectively tangent to the ends of the form, and parallel to a line which is parallel to these transverse planes, is located at a distance from the anterior transverse plane equal to one third of the spacing of these transverse planes and passes through two points of the lower edge of the shape, has a con tour such that the outer side of this outline comprises a concave part, between a point located at a distance from the,
trace of the posterior transverse plane on the reference plane, measured parallel to the line connecting the projections of the points of tangency of the transverse planes, which is equal to 3 / 1o of the distance between said projections, and a point located at a distance trace of the plan.
posterior transverse, measured in the same way, which is equal to 13 / 2-1 of the distance between the two said projections, the depth of this concave part of the contour being such that the distance between the straight line connecting said points of end of this concave part and a line parallel to the latter and tangent to said concave part is at least equal to 1 / s0 of the distance between said projections of the points of tangency of the transverse planes.
The invention also relates to a form for the implementation of this process. This shape is characterized by the fact that its projection, on a reference plane perpendicular to two parallel transverse planes of maximum spacing respectively tangent to the ends of the shape, and parallel to. a straight line which is parallel to these transverse planes, is located at a distance from the anterior transverse plane equal to one third of the spacing of these transverse planes and passes through two points of the lower edge of the form, has a contour such as the outer side of this contour comprises a concave part, included between a point situated at a distance from the trace of the transverse plane posterior to the reference plane, measured by parallel to the connecting line.
the projections of the points of tangency of the transverse planes, which is equal to 3 / 1_o of the distance between said projections, and a point located at a distance from the trace of the posterior transverse plane, measured in the same way, which is equal at i3 / 2.1 of the distance between the two said projections, the depth of this concave part of the contour being such that the distance between the line connecting the said end points of this concave part and a line parallel to the latter and tan- gente to said concave part is at least equal to 1/60 of the distance between said projections of the points of tangency of the transverse planes.
A further subject of the invention is a shoe obtained by means of said method. The drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the form according to the invention.
FIG. 1 is the projection of the outline of a first embodiment of the form (for a right-hand shoe) on a reference plane disposed on the side of the sole of the form. This reference plane is perpendicular to two parallel transverse planes of maximum spacing (equal to the length of the form) respectively tangent to the ends of the form (points D 'and P' in FIG. 4). The reference plane is, moreover, parallel to a straight line which is parallel to the said transverse planes, is situated at a distance from the anterior transverse plane equal to one third of the spacing of these transverse planes and passes through two points of the lower edge of the form.
Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 is a section along the line III-III of FIG. 1, if we also consider the dotted part; the outline composed entirely in continuous lines is a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 5.
Fig. 4 is a partial elevation view of a second embodiment similar to the previous one, but provided with another improvement.
Fig. 5 is the projection on the reference plane defined above of the contour of the shape of FIG. 4. The plan of FIG. 4 is perpendicular to this reference plane and contains the line DP passing through the projections of the points of tangency of the posterior and anterior transverse planes. In fig. 1. and 5, the shape is seen from above.
The contour of the projection on said reference plane of the form according to FIGS. 1 to 3 presents, on the exterior side, a concave part between points A and B (fig. 1). D and P being the projections of the points of tangency of the transverse planes on the reference plane, the segment DP represents the length L of the shape. Unless otherwise indicated, the distances mentioned below are measured parallel to the line passing through points D and P. Point R is located at a distance from the track trp of the posterior transverse plane equal to 3 / 1o of L. Point B is located at a distance from this same trace equal to 13/24 of L.
The maximum depth of the concave part AB is located at point C which is, far from said trace tri) by a quantity equal to 11 / 2.1 of L. This depth , that is to say the distance between line AB and the line parallel to AB and tangent to the concave part at point C, is. equal to. at least 1ce of L. The shape therefore has, in correspondence with the concave part of the contour, a recess or recess, which connects with the adjacent convex parts of the shape.
Thanks to this recess, the anterior part of the foot is better held in the safe shoe made from. using this form than it is. in the shoe obtained using the usual shapes; this has been found to considerably reduce heel wear on the outer side.
By manufacturing the shoe by means of the form shown in Figs. 3 (full line part) 4 and 5, we can get this shoe to hold the foot even better. The shape represented by these figures has the more pronounced recess of which. he has. been question above; in other words, the contour of the projection of the shape on the reference plane also presents the con cave part ACB having the characteristics mentioned.
In addition, material is removed, under and on the outer side of the portion of the form behind point B, to form a recess which is. delimited, on the one hand, by an edge which, seen in projection on the reference plane (fig. 5), includes a section on the right starting from the projection of the point. tangency of the posterior transverse plane (point D) and going up to a point E located at a distance from the trace trp of the posterior transverse plane, measured parallel to DP, which is equal to 11/24 of L and to a distance from the outer side of the contour of the form, measured parallel to the trace trp, which is equal to 1j3 of the maximum width H of the rear part of the projection of the form;
this right section connects to an arcuate line which reaches the contour of the projection of the shape at a point located at a distance from the trace trp equal to 13/24 of L, that is to say at point B of the concave part ACB of the contour (fig. 5). On the other hand, the recess is delimited by a second edge whose DFB projection on the reference plane merges with the outer side of the contour of the projection of the shape, and whose projection D'F'B '(fig . 4) on a plane perpendicular to the reference plane and passing through the points D and P, is above the projection D'M'E'B ' on this same plane of projection of the first edge;
the maximum distance F'M 'between the projections D'F'B' and D'M'E'B 'of these two edges, measured parallel to the trace trp'- in this projection plane of the posterior transverse plane, is , equal to 1/12 of the maximum width II of the rear part of the contour of the projection of the shape on said reference plane. In addition, the projection on said projection plane of the first edge com takes a section of a line d passing through a point G located on the lower part of the contour of the projection of the shape on said projection plane perpendicular to the plane of reference, at a distance measured parallel to the DP trace, from the PP trace of the anterior transverse plane in the projection plane equal to 1/3 of L.
