Loom for the production of leno fabrics. The invention relates to a loom for the production of leno fabrics by means of thread guide organs which have passages for warp threads to be brought together and, for the purpose of producing the leno weave, are rotated back and forth by gear wheels, the weft thread being entered in the end pieces of the thread guide organs .
According to the invention, the drive gears of the thread guide organs receive their back and forth rotary movement by a reversing motor which is controlled by the loom drive and automatically braked by a brake, with at the same time at least one stopping device associated with the mentioned gears being in effect when braking occurs.
This allows a precise limitation of the back and forth rotation of the thread guide organs, which on the one hand results in corresponding ge precise lathe work and on the other hand a relatively high drive speed and a correspondingly large work performance of the web chair. It is expediently ensured that the angle of rotation of the thread guide members can be changed for the purpose of changing the lathe work.
As thread guide organs, toothed disks in engagement with toothed rotating rollers are provided which, above all, require relatively little space and can be easily guided laterally. This results in the possibility of assigning several parallel rows of such thread guide pulleys with a separate drive to the loom, whereby the patterning possibilities are increased accordingly.
The drawing serves to explain in more detail two exemplary embodiments of looms designed according to the invention, one with a row, the other with two parallel rows of yarn guide disks. Show it:
Fig.1 the loom with a single row of thread guide disks in side elevation, ge cut along the line I-I in Fig.2. Fig. 2 is a front view or a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 the loom with the double row of thread guide disks in side elevation, geschnit th along the line III-III in Fig. 4, Fig. 4 is a front view or.
a section along the line IV-IV in Fig. 3, Fig. A the stopping device in elevation with partial section and with, compared to Figs. 1 and 3, a different end portion of a rotatable stop arm, Fig. 6 on a larger scale, diagrammatic working parts of a limit switch, Fig. 7 on a larger scale in forehead view or
in cross section an electromagnetic brake provided on the reversing motor; and FIG. 8 a circuit diagram.
In the first example (Fig. 1, 2) an electric motor 2 is arranged on the foot 1 of the loom frame, which is used to drive the crankshaft 4 of the loom via a belt drive 3 and a coupling (not shown). This is stored in the two side plates 5 and 6 of the frame and also supported in two bearing brackets 7 and 8; 2, the right-hand end of the crank shaft 4 carries a control cam for influencing the contact arm 10 for the purpose of generating a current pulse (pulse contact) in a contactor.
From the provided two cranks 11 of the shaft 4 takes place in a known manner via the link 12, the back and forth movement of the sley 13 with the shuttle web 14 and the reed 15. It denotes 16 the Kettbalun, from which the warp threads 17 via a Guide roller 18 and two guide bars 19 and 20 go to reach the reed 15 in the sequence; the fabric goes over a guide bar 21 and a guide roller 22 to the fabric tree 23.
On the route between the guide rod 20 and the reed 15, the warp threads 17 are drawn through rotating or guide disks 24. According to FIG. 1, each driver's disc 24 has two diametrically opposite sides. opposing round transverse holes for the passage of a warp thread 17 each. Each thread guide disk 24 lies with two diametrically opposite zones in the gap between two rods of two combs 25 and 26.
These rods form guide stops on the left and right for the driver discs 24; the two warp threads 17 of the individual guide pulleys 24 each pass through a gap in the area of the combs 25 and 26, which gaps are kept free for this purpose, that is to say do not accommodate any guide pulleys 24.
The guide pulleys 24, which rotate back and forth during the work process, for the purpose of forming the leno binding, are shown in FIG .
When the @ guide pulleys 24, starting from the drawn end position, perform a full turn, their two warp threads 17 are crossed with each other so that they loop around each other and a so-called half-turn is created. After the insertion of the weft thread, the guide disks 24 are turned back, the looping of the chains on their exposed route being canceled again. The process described is then repeated as required.
If the driver disks 24 each perform 1r / 2 revolutions, so-called full-turners etc. are created.
The guide disks 24 are by a (only indicated) circumferential toothing 27 in engagement with two toothed rotating rollers 28 and 29, which are mounted in two frame parts 30 and 31 parallel to each other and perpendicular to the one; on the frame parts 30 and 31 mentioned, the combs 25 and 26 are also supported on brackets 32 and 33. The rotating rollers 28 and 29 have at both ends a toothed wheel 34 serving to drive them for the engagement of an intermediate wheel 35, whereby the two rollers 28 and 29 have a positive rotating connection.
On the shaft 37 of the lower rotating roller 28, which is extended to the left beyond a bearing block 36 as shown in FIG. 2, a pinion 38 is firmly seated, which with. meshes with a gear 39 which is mounted on the frame by means of its shaft 40. On the same shaft 40 there is an arm 41 which is firmly connected to the gear 39 by a screw.
The arm 41 has at the free end a since union stop 42 for weehselweise to cooperate with two opposing counter stops 43 which are guided vertically ver in a frame-shaped bearing 44; at each counter stop 43 a tension spring 45 is effective, which seeks to keep the Csegenansehlag 43 at rest, in which the same rests with a thickened part on the yoke of his laser 4-1 .. The bearings 44 are releasable on Foot 1 of the frame attached. The parts 39 and 41 to 45 together form a mechanical stop device for the rotating rollers 28 and 29.
At its mentioned left-hand end, the roller shaft 37 is in positive rotary connection with the shaft 47 of a limit switch 48 by means of a chain drive 46. According to FIGS. 6 and 8, two switching arms 49 and 50 are arranged on the drive shaft 47, which each have an adjusting screw 51 with respect to their Angular position on the shaft 47 are adjustable. The switching arms 49 and 50 can act on a contact arm 52 and 53, respectively.
On its right-hand end part according to FIG. 2, said roller shaft 37 is connected by a belt drive 54 in Antriebsver connection with the shaft 55 of an electric motor 56 arranged on the Ge alternate, which is a reversing motor and is equipped with a blower 57 Ge. This is used during operation of the loom through the Ge housing of the reversing motor 56 to drive through cooling air, which is performed as a result of a reversing motor 56 associated with the electromagnetically operated brake 58 (Fig. 7).
According to FIG. 7, this has a brake disk 59 fastened to the motor shaft 5'5, with which two brake levers 60 cooperate, which are mounted on bolts 61 and are each coupled by a link 62 to an adjusting lever 64 mounted on an axle 63, on which a tension spring 65 is effective. To the adjusting lever 64, a rod 66 is connected ge articulated, which passes through a fixed Füh 67 and carries the core 68, which is assigned to a solenoid 69 (not shown).
In the circuit diagram according to FIG. 8, 70 denotes the starting lever, by means of which a starting contact 71 can be actuated in order to engage and disengage the coupling (not shown) provided between the belt drive 3 and the crank shaft 4, thereby engaging and disengaging the loom. put out of service; by closing the start contact 71, the control of the reversing motor 56 is initiated at the same time.
By means of the control cam 9 arranged on the crankshaft 4, the contact arm 10 is actuated periodically, namely with each shaft revolution, so that one of the two contactors 72 or 73 connected to the contact arm 52 or 53 of the limit switch alternately appeals. A holding contact 74 or 75 is then closed, whereupon the relevant contactor is held in its position by the current flowing through the holding resistor 76 after the current pulse caused by the contact arm 10 has been canceled until the holding circuit via the limit switch 48 etc. is separated.
As a result of the change-wise actuation of the two shooters, the reversing motor 56, which the shooters. are to be sorted, switched periodically. As a result of the corresponding periodic excitation of the solenoid 69 connected to the electrical line system (not shown), the core 68 is activated or deactivated at the corresponding moment.
pulled up, while the control lever 64 (against the A flow of its tension spring 65) pivoted, where the two brake levers 60 are put inoperative through the link 62, so that the shaft 55 of the reversing motor 56 is released for rotation. The brake levers 60 are normally only released when the reversing motor is switched on.
If the N-rollers 28 and 29 are to be rotated by hand when the loom is out of operation, the brake levers 60 are released by hand and automatically locked in this position by means not shown, with a safety contact 79 being opened and thereby a control the shooters 72 and 73 is prevented.
The two pushbuttons 77 and 78 attached to the loom at different locations allow the two shooters 72 and 73 to be influenced by generating pulses when the loom is out of operation.
From the switched on R.eversiermotor 56, the lower rotating roller 28 is driven via the belt drive 54 (allowing slippage), whereby it is set in oscillating motion that is inevitably transmitted to the upper rotating roller 29 via the intermediate wheels 35.
The between tween the two rotating rollers 28 and 29 of the subordinate guide discs 24 (in appro netem transmission ratio) are rotated back and forth around their Are for the purpose of generating the Dreherbindimg. From the shaft 37 of the un tern rotating roller 28, the gear 39 is accordingly inevitably rotated back and forth via the pinion 38.
In the final phases of the oscillating movements of the gear 39, the arm 41 oscillating with it strikes alternately with its stop 42 on the spring-loaded counterstops 43, where the oscillating movements of the gear 39 and thus the pair of rollers 28, 29 are elastically absorbed. Accordingly, the braking effect of the pair of levers 60 on the brake disk 59 of the reversing motor 56 is supported, which ensures that the angle of rotation of the driver disks 24 is evenly adhered to.
The mentioned, possible by hand rotation of the shaft 55 of the reversing motor 56 allows the pulling of warp threads into the guide discs 24, whereas by pressing the push buttons 77 and 78 a gradual turning back of the pair of rollers 28, 29 when the weft thread breaks from the reversing motor 56 is possible is for weaving back or opening the leno binding in order to search for the thread break point.
If the angle of rotation of the thread guide disks is to be changed, the toothed wheel 39 which moves the stop arm 41 must be exchanged for one with a different diameter, possibly also the pin 38; for the purpose mentioned, the axis 40 of the gear 39 is releasably arranged in vertical Schlit zen of the two frame parts carrying the axis 40 (Fig.2).
Furthermore, the counter stops 43 and their bearings are to be replaced by adapted counter stops with corresponding bearings; Furthermore, the switching arms 49 and 50 of the limit switch are to be adjusted accordingly with regard to their angular position on their shaft 47.
The stop arm 41 of the Anhaltevorrich device can optionally be arranged on its drive wheel 39 with respect to its angular position on the wheel axle 40 adjustable; under certain circumstances, the stop 42 can, as a part of itself, only be connected to the drive wheel 39 and can be adjusted thereon.
From the described embodiment, that according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs essentially in that a double row of thread guide disks 24, 24a is provided, with a separate pair of rollers 28a, 29a with all accessories as for the roller pair for driving the second row of disks 28, 29 is provided; the accessories are identified with the corresponding numbers followed by the index a ..
For the additional disk row 24a arranged upstream of the disk row 24 according to FIG. 3, the warp threads 17a are supplied from an upper warp beam 16a.
This second row of discs 24a is driven by a reversing motor 56a. from a belt drive 54a; this engine is. an electro-magnetic brake 69a. assigned as well as a limit switch 48a-. The second row of discs 24a and its accessories form a unit of its own, the contactors of the motor 56a are also given the current pulse via the control cam 9 (FIG. 4) provided on the crankshaft 4, this cam having two parts,
the one for the to drive the roller pair 28, 29 belonging contact arm 10, the other for the drive to the roller pair 28a, 29a belonging contact arm 10a. The limitation of the angle of rotation of the discs 24a is used by the gear 39a with the stop arm 41a,
which alternately interacts with the two Cregenansehlägen 43a by means of a lateral stop .12a, which are secured by tension springs 45a. are burdened. It thus receives each row of thread guides disks their back and forth rotation of its own set of gears, which forms a part of a Be part of a unit with reversing motor, automatic brake and stopping device seen for each Seheibenzeile before.
Each -V # roller pair 28, 29 and 28a., 29a. thus works for her, the guide discs 24 and 24 a with respect to each other can have the same angle of rotation or different angles of rotation, depending on the desired leno binding. Furthermore, the roller pairs 28, 29 and 28a, 29a can rotate simultaneously in the same or in the opposite direction. The design can also be such that in each case one pair of rollers stands still while the other pair of rollers is rotated, so that accordingly there is an alternate rotation of the driver's disks in both rows.
