Apparatus for dispensing small and equal quantities of ground coffee. The invention relates to an apparatus for dispensing ground coffee in small and equal amounts for the purpose of always preparing one and the same amount of bar coffee.
In the accompanying drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 shows the front view of the apparatus with partial section, Fig. 2 is the top view of the apparatus with the coffee container lid removed, Fig. 3 is a vertical section of part of the Apparates, Fis.
-1 shows a section through a distribution device for learning coffee in the pulled-out state, FIG. 5 shows a section along line CC () of FIG. 4. FIG. 6 shows a section along line DD in FIG. 4. FIG. 7 the top view of a driver plate for the distribution device,
Fig. 8 is a plan view of a guide disc of the driver plate.
The apparatus shown has a Ge Jräuse 1 which is mounted on a base plate 2 and has a square cross section. The upper part of the housing is widened in the shape of a triangle and bevelled at the vertical edges. A cylindrical receptacle 3 for ground coffee, which is closed with a lid 4, is seated on the housing 1, tightly connected to it. The housing 1 has a cylindrical extension 5 on the front side, which accommodates a distribution device for the coffee. In the approach 5 two bodies 6, 7 are rotatably superimposed ge.
The body 6 sits firmly on an axis 8, carries. at one end a plate 11 and has four channel-shaped recesses 9 on the peripheral wall (FIG. 5). The body 7 is formed by four rods 10 which are firmly connected to a base plate 7 'and whose shape is adapted to the shape of the recesses 9 in the body 6. The body 7 is displaceable relative to the body 6 in the longitudinal direction. The end wall 12 of each rod 10 closes a recess 9 at one end, which is closed off by the plate 11 at the other end. In a slave plate with 13 four guide pins 1.1 sit tight.
These protrude through holes in the plate 7 'and in the body 6 and take them with them when the plate 13 rotates. Compression springs 15 press the pins 14 and thus the driver plate 13 against the guide disk 17, the latter being mounted on a pin 16 arranged on the outside of the disk 7 '. The guide disk 17 is firmly connected to the housing extension 5. A cover sleeve 18, which is rotatable on a hub part of the guide disk 17, forms the conclusion. In the cover sleeve 18 two Bol zen 19 sit firmly, which through the arcuate, see 90 extending slots of the guide washer 17 protrude.
The bolts are flattened laterally at the left end. and beveled on the front side and engage in cam-shaped recesses 20 of the driver plate 13. The slots limit the rotation of the cover sleeve 18. A torsion spring 23 is housed in a rotation 22 of the cover sleeve 18. This causes the rearward movement of the cover rifle to the starting position. A handle 24 is firmly seated on the outside of the cover sleeve 18.
The hub bore of the guide disk 17 is equipped with an internal thread and is used. to accommodate a regulating screw 25 with a square head, for the purpose of operating it with a socket wrench. The hub of the guide disk 17 also carries. an external thread for receiving a locking nut 26. On the left end of the axle 8, a conical wheel 27 is arranged, which interacts with a conical wheel 28, the axis of which protrudes through the bottom of the reservoir 3 and carries a blade wheel 29 at the top. The housing 1 has two through openings 30 and 31.
The foot of the housing 1 is on both sides with. each equipped with a console 32, which has a projection 33 or 34 on the lower side, of which the one 33 is cylindrical and that 34 the shape. of a truncated cone.
To operate the apparatus, the lever 24 is pivoted a quarter turn in the clockwise direction. The bolts 1.9 grip the cams 20 of the driver plate 13 and take these and, by means of the guide pins 1-1-, the rotating bodies 6, 7 with them by 90. When the handle is released, the torsion spring 23 returns the cover sleeve 18 to its original position. As a result of the quarter turn that has taken place, the paddle wheel 29 is rotated by 90 in the reverse direction of the clockwise direction.
The coffee powder located in the storage container is moved along by the rotation of the paddle wheel, and it falls from the same through the opening 30 into a recess 9 of the body 6, as this just like to grasp ver. After further rotary movements, the collected quantity falls through the opening 31 into a filter vessel indicated by stripes in the drawing (Fig. 1). A fork-shaped holder 35, which is connected to the base of the housing by means of a hinge and can be opened up as required, is used to hold the said filter vessel.
The working process is carried out in such a way that a filter vessel is filled with coffee powder with every lever movement. By means of the regulating screw 25, the cavity of the recess 9 in the rotating body and thus. the amount of coffee powder that is dispensed can be increased or decreased.
The powder collected in the filter is pressed lightly by hand on the extensions 33, 34 in order to prevent any loss due to it being atomized.
It is clear that any other division of the rotating body would be possible instead of the fourfold.
