  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     heterocyclischen        Carbaminsäurederivates.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     heterocycli-          schen        Carbaminsäurederivates.    Das Verfahren  ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine  Verbindung der Formel

    mit einem     Carbaminsäurederivat    der Formel

    umsetzt, worin X und Y zwei sich im Verlaufe  des Verfahrens abspaltende Reste bedeuten.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 2  1t     hyl    -     4-methyl-pyriniidy    1- (6) -     dimethylcarba-          inat,    siedet unter 11     min    Druck bei 163 bis  166 .  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>16</B> Teile des     Natriumsalzes    de- 2-Ä     thyl-4-          niethyl-6-oxy-pyrimidins,    welches durch Um  setzen von     2-Äthyl-4-methyl-6-oxy-pyrimidin     mit     Nat.riummethylat    erhältlich ist, werden in  Benzol suspendiert und nach Zugabe von 11  Teilen     Dimethylcarbaininsäurechlorid    etwa 12  Stunden unter     Rückfluss    gekocht.. Nachdem  man das gebildete Kochsalz durch Absaugen  abgetrennt hat, destilliert man das Benzol ab.

      Beim Fraktionieren des Rückstandes erhält  man das     2-Äthyl-4-methyl-pyrimidyl-(6)-di-          inethylcarbamat    als farbloses Öl, welches unter  11 mm Druck bei 163 bis 166  übergeht.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hetero eyclischen Carbaminsäurederivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel EMI0001.0025 mit einem Carbaminsäurederivat der Formel EMI0001.0027 umsetzt, worin X und Y zwei sich im Verlaufe des Verfahrens abspaltende Reste bedeuten. Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 2- Äthyl - 4-methyl-pyrimidyl- (6) - dimethylcarba- mat, siedet unter 11 mm Druck bei 163 bis 166 .
