Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     heterocyclischen        Carbaminsäurederivates.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     heterocycli-          schen        Carbaminsäurederivates.    Das Verfahren  ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,     da.ss    man eine Ver  bindung der     Formel

    mit einem     Carbaminsäurederivat    der Formel

    umsetzt, worin X und Y zwei sich im Verlaufe  des Verfahrens abspaltende Reste bedeuten.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das     2,6-Di-          methyl-pyridyl-    (4)     -diäthylcarbamat,    siedet  unter 0,05 mm Druck bei 125 bis 127 . Sie soll  als Wirkstoff für Schädlingsbekämpfungsmit  tel Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  12,3 Teile     4-Oxy-2,6-dimethyl-pyridin    wer  den in das     Kaliumsalz    übergeführt, indem  man die     benzolische    Suspension unter Zusatz  von 14 Teilen Pottasche einige Stunden der       azeotropen    Destillation mittels eines     Separa-          tors    in der Weise unterwirft, dass das Benzol       zum    Reaktionsgemisch zurückfliesst, während  das abgeschiedene Wasser abgetrennt wird.

    Nach Zufügen von 14 Teilen     Diäthy        lcarbamin-          säurechlorid    erhitzt man weiter etwa 12 Stun-    den unter     Rückfluss    und saugt hierauf vom  anorganischen Salz ab. Man destilliert das  Benzol ab und fraktioniert den Rückstand im       Vakuum.    Das     2,6-Dimethyl-pyridyl-    (4)     -di-          äthylcarbamat    geht bei einem Druck von  0,05 mm bei 125 bis 127  als farbloses Öl über,  das beim Erkalten erstarrt.

  <I> Example: </I> 12.3 parts of 4-oxy-2,6-dimethyl-pyridine are converted to the potassium salt by adding 14 parts of potash to the benzene suspension for a few hours of azeotropic distillation using a Separa - subjects in such a way that the benzene flows back to the reaction mixture, while the separated water is separated off.

    After adding 14 parts of diethylcarbamic acid chloride, the mixture is refluxed for a further 12 hours and the inorganic salt is then suctioned off. The benzene is distilled off and the residue is fractionated in vacuo. The 2,6-dimethyl-pyridyl- (4) -diethylcarbamate passes over at a pressure of 0.05 mm at 125 to 127 as a colorless oil which solidifies on cooling.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hetero- cyclischen Carbaminsäurederivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel EMI0001.0032 mit einem. Carbaminsäurederivat der Formel EMI0001.0034 umsetzt, worin X und Y zwei sich im Verlaufe des Verfahrens abspaltende Reste bedeuten. Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 2,6-Di- methyl-pyridyl- (4) -diäthylcarbamat, siedet unter 0,05 mm Druck bei 125 bis 127 .
