Kaffeemaschine.
Fig. 2 ist die zugehörige Draufsielrt.
B. aus Kutrstharzpressstoff, be- stelit.
Coffee machine. The invention relates to a coffee nose in which the hot water is passed through a filter or sieve, which can be easily removed from the hot water dispenser and contains the brewed product, from which the drink flows directly into a vessel.
The invention consists in that an electrical heating device is provided, for example, which heats the water flowing directly from the pressurized water line to the consumption point according to the continuous heater principle.
At the latest at the moment when the heat-producing heating elements are approached, and that a shut-off valve is provided in the hot water supply line to ensure that all water downstream of the heating device is not used.
By designing the coffee machine according to the Durehlaut'erhitzerprinzip, it is possible to achieve a reduction in the dimensions and a cheaper production.
An exemplary embodiment is described below in conjunction with the drawing. Fig.l shows the coffee nose in a somewhat simplified representation in section.
Fig. 2 is the associated plan.
In the hlaselrinen housing 1 is, for. B. with means of viewing, an electrode gel razor \? he strengthens, made of elektriselr non-conductive material such. B. from Kutrstharzpressstoff, bestelit. A first, hollow cylinder-shaped electrode 3 is attached to the housing, into which a bolt 5 carrying a connecting terminal 4 is screwed through the wall of the housing 2.
A solid cylinder 6 is inserted into the hollow cylinder 3 as a second electrode, into which a bolt 7 is screwed, which carries a connection terminal 8. The bolt 7 _-elrt through a cover 9, which, like the housing 2, consists of the material that does not conduct electricity and is on the housing \? is fastened with the interposition of a seal 15 be. By inserted into the grooves of the full cylinder electrode 6, made of insulating. Material existing spacer rings 11 is a contact between the electrodes 3 and 6 is prevented.
The tap water is fed through the pressure line 12, in which a shut-off valve 13 is attached directly to the Ilasehine .. In the electrode housing 2, a valve housing 14 is inserted, for. B. screwed in, which contains a valve seat 15 for a valve disk 16. This is under the action of a spring 1.7, which is supported on a sleeve 18 screwed into the housing 1.4.
A die set 20 pressed together by the threaded plug 19 is fitted in the sleeve, through which an actuating rod 21 is passed, with which the valve disk 7 6 is connected. At the end of the actuating rod 21 is an actuating lever. 22 pivoted bar, which comprises the end of the rod 21 fork-shaped.
A throttle opening 24 is arranged between your connection 3 of the pressurized water line 12 and the interior of the valve housing. In special embodiments. these adjustable, e.g. B. in a special, easily replaceable component attached.
If the valve is opened by pivoting the lever 22, the pressurized water flows into the annular space 25 formed between the electrodes 3 and 6. When the lever 22 is released, the valve automatically closes itself under the action of the spring 17 supported by a special, the lever 22 to return, not shown in the drawing presented spring.
The spacer rings 11 have throughflow openings which are not visible in the drawing and which are offset from one another from ring to ring so that a helical course of the water flow within the annular space 25 is enforced.
From the annular space 25, the water heated to brewing temperature as it passes through it passes through the line 26 into the connection head 29 of the machine, which is equipped with a hand lever 28 and is equipped for connecting a filter or sieve container 27. Under the outlet opening 30 of the filter container, a vessel is placed on a removable and height adjustable table 31 which is attached to the machine and which receives the outflowing drink.
The electrodes 3 and 6 are carbon or graphile, pellets. Embodiments are possible in which the water is passed between several pairs of electrodes in parallel flow branches instead of between a pair of electrodes.
In the example described, which works with electrode heating, no special electrical switching device needs to be present in order to apply voltage to the electrodes and to make them voltage-free again. Since here the arrangement is also made such that the space between the electrodes after the valve 15, 16 is closed with. If the water remains full, the heating current initially continues to flow through this water until it has completely evaporated, which only takes a few seconds.
The steam pushes the water still standing over the brewed material in the sieve container completely through the brewed material, which is secured by the strong closing pressure of the valve 15, 16. Correspondingly, you can preheat the conduit paths and the sieve container by first actuating the lever 22 only briefly so that only the space between the electrodes is filled with water, which initially evaporates. before the brewing water is passed between the electrodes by pressing the lever again.
In other embodiments of the subject invention He is the hand lever 22 with. An electrical safety device is coupled in such a way that the heating device is connected to voltage during the first part of its stroke and the water supply is opened during the next part of its stroke, again with a spring for the return of the lever and the self. e Switch off the water supply first and then the heating. is. Such an arrangement must always be made.
if no electrode heater is used, but a heater with ohmic resistance, so. these do not remain under tension unnecessarily and burn out prematurely. The steam that develops through the still hot parts of the heating device after the heating device is switched off pushes the water still remaining in the sieve container through the brewing material, as in the machine with electrode heating.
