("in zii verhindern,
Injection machine, especially for granular and powdery substances. The present invention relates to a spraying machine, especially for granular and powdery substances such as gravel, sands and mixtures thereof. The machine according to the invention is characterized in that it has a centrifuge which is intended to discharge the substance to be sprayed and in that a spray nozzle is provided around the. To spray substance from the same under the action of compressed air.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically and partially in section.
Designated in the drawing. 1 the cylinder housing in which a drive motor 2 is housed. is, in such a way that its axis 3 is horizontal. On the axis 13 sits a centrifuge rotor 2.3, which with. the supply channel 5 is in communication. In the latter, via a rotating disk 6, from a receptacle 7, the material to be injected, e.g. B. a sand-cement mixture, supplied dry. The sieve 8 forms.
the upper end of the receptacle; s 7 and prevents excessive material from being accessed. An adjustable metering slide 9 is opposite. the disk 6 on, and a. The collar 7.0 surrounding the opening is adjustable vertically and is used to adjust the dosage. The drive inotor 2 is an air operated caps selmotor, with compressed air being supplied via a nozzle 11.
The exhaust air, which is relaxed to me, is led by means of the guide trough 12 through the funnel-shaped feed channel 5 into the centrifuge 4 and flows together with your spray material through the outlet connection 13 into a hose 14, which is inserted into a nozzle 15 at the front ends. At the front end of the nozzle 1.5 is. a supply line 16 is provided for a wetting agent, which is supplied through a line 17 and can be regulated with regard to its amount by the tap 7.8.
Through the supply line 16, the wetting agent is sprayed at two opposite points against the jet axis of the nozzle 15, where it mixes with the previously dry spray material exiting through the hose. If unlit material is sprayed out. is to be, for example, for sandblasting or for atomizing pesticides, the valve 18 is simply closed completely.
As can be seen from the drawing, the drive of the disc 6 is carried out by a gear train 19, which drives a gear 21 by means of a rod 20, which drive is transmitted to the disc 6 by a gear '.32 aufrach th on the Seheibenaehse.
The air-powered motor 2 can be replaced by an electric motor which rotates the centrifuge rotor 23. In this case, compressed air supplied from the outside is either fed directly into the line 12, or the compressed air necessary for transporting the spray is generated by a fan arranged in line with the drive motor. Coaxially with the motor, a liquid pump for conveying the wetting agent for the line 17 can be provided.
In order to protect the blades of the centrifuge 4, the housing of the same and the nozzle 13 from too rapid wear, these parts are expediently covered with a cladding made of tough, elastic material, e.g. B. \ Veich- gtunmi. The centrifuge 4 consists of a rotor 23 provided with blades and a stationary part 25. The inside of the rotor is lined with a rubber layer. and protrudes into the groove arranged in the fixed part.
This fixed part of the centrifuge with cover 24 consists of an outer casing made of metal in which a rubber ring '36 is arranged. which is square in cross section on the outside and has an inwardly open, retort-shaped channel 27 in cross section, which merges into the outlet connection 13.
The machine described works as follows: The conveyed material contained in the receptacle 7 falls through the collar 10 onto the rotating plate 6, where it spreads out according to its angle of repose and so is pushed very evenly by a slide 9. The coarse adjustment is done by raising and lowering the collar, the fine adjustment by adjusting the slide. The conveyed material now trickles loosely through the funnel 51 into the funnel-shaped feed channel 5.
The stressed exhaust air supplied through the exhaust air line 12 passes through a nozzle 12a. and generates at great speed. a negative pressure in the supply channel .i, so that air is sucked in through its rear opening and the funnel 51.
The air-conveyed goods-Gemiseh enters the interior of the centrifuge with speed and pressure.
Since the centrifuge 4 is hermetically sealed on the drive side by the stationary part 25 and the rubber ring 26, the compressed air introduced through the feed channel can only escape through the fan itself, the number of revolutions of which is such that the output through the Selilaueli 14 is greater Speed er i'olot. ("in zii prevent
So that grains leaving the rotor rebound into the rotor due to the spring action of the Gunnnis, the collecting channel 27 in the cunini ring 26 has a retort-shaped cross section.
The rotor protrudes into the confluence of this collecting channel so that a good seal can be achieved. The machine described can be used, for example, for the following work: () With moistening in the mixing nozzle: zen orientation, mortar spraying.
b) Without wetting in the mixing nozzle: '-' andstralil and atomization of pest control agents.
c) Using an additional feed pump without adding a solid spray material: spraying dissolved substances, pressure Z "and moistening.
