Die Reinigung des Apparates gestaltet sich demnach äusserst einfach und verlangt vor allein kein Demontieren des Apparates. Um die Siebschale -wieder in die ursprüng= liehe Lage zu bringen, -wird der Hebel 16 wieder angehoben, wobei die Winkelhebel 20 und demzufolge der Druckstift 18 unter der Wirkung der Federn 26 in die Ausgangslage gebracht. und dadurch die Siebschale ange hoben wird, derart, dass ihr Umfangsrand mit dein entsprechenden Rand des Ring bleches 10 in Eingriff kommt;
Apparatus for chopping fruits and vegetables and for making juices. The present invention relates to an apparatus for chopping fruits and C vegetables and for producing juices. Such devices are suitable, for example, for use in household appliances, which is why their operation and cleaning should be particularly easy.
The apparatus according to the invention has a container in which a rotatable shredding device is arranged, which is rotatably connected to a coaxial centrifugal disk, the latter being axially displaceable by means of an actuating device, uni the peripheral edges of the shredding device and the thrust disk in and to disengage them
wherein the container has a closable outlet opening at the level of the aforementioned tfmfaiigsränclei-.
With the help of the accompanying drawing, an object of discovery will be explained in more detail, for example; it shows: FIG. 1 an exemplary embodiment partially in axial section with the Schl. Sieve tray raised, FIG. 1 a detail from FIG ini axial section and Fig. 3 a section e,
Reinäss Fig. 2 with lowered sausage sieve bowl.
The apparatus shown has a cylindrical container 1, its. upper opening is closed by a cover 2. This cover 2 is detachably attached to the container 1 by means of locking brackets 3 (only one of which is shown in FIG. 1). To accommodate the to be treated.
A good thing is an eccentrically arranged in the lid 2 hopper 4 is seen, which is designed as a zy lindrisehes tube, and it stretches into the interior of the container 1, Furthermore, a stationary rotating body 5 is provided, on the one hand in the lid 2 and on the other hand in. Bottom of the container 1 is mounted centrally on ball bearings a and b.
The shaft stub of the rotating body 5 stored in the container bottom is expediently designed as a coupling part, the lower part of the container being intended to be placed on one of the usual household machines so that the drive shaft of this machine can be brought into engagement with said coupling part. In certain cases, it may also be useful to provide a separate drive device for the described apparatus.
On the upper, designed as a hollow cylinder th part. 6 of the rotating body 5, a support sleeve 7 is fastened by means of a thread, which at its lower end part carries a scraper disc 8 on which scraper blades 9 are arranged in the usual manner. The Raffelseheibe 8 is on its outer edge by four ribs 8a. connected to a downward widening ring bleeh 7.0, the lower peripheral edge of which is intended to interact with the corresponding peripheral edge of an upwardly open Sehleudersiebehale 11 ..
The latter sits by means of a central hub 12 axially displaceable on the rotating body 5, with. wel- ehein it is rotatably connected by means of a hlitnehnieraehse 1-1 leading through the rotating body 5 and displaceable in slots 13 of the latter. Between a shoulder of the rotating body 5 and the lower Endflanselr of the support sleeve 7 is. the inwardly protruding flange of a cover cap 15 is clamped, which has a conical and a cylindrical part, which the latter is placed over the outer surface of the hub 12 ..
The actuating device provided for axial displacement of the Sehleudersiebale 11 has an actuating lever 16 which is steered on the outer wall of the filling funnel -1 and which can interact with a coupling pin 17 guided through a hole in the cover 2, which in turn protrudes into the bore of the hollow cylinder part 6 of the rotary 1 = body 5.
The lower end of the coupling pin 17, seen with a point, is intended for engagement in a conical recess, which is a thrust pin 18 which is axially displaceable in the bore of the part 6 and whose lower end is also pointed and in a Slot-shaped zentra len cavity 19 of the rotating body 5 ra # -1, through which the driver pin 14 leads.
On said axis 14, according to FIGS. ″ And 3, two angle levers 20 are rotatably mounted, one end with. your free end each of a handlebar mounted in the rotating body 5 are connected ge articulated, with which they form a knee, joint, and the other end each have an irr direction of the axis 14 on opposite sides protruding pressure nose 2 ''.
The upper arms of the angle levers 20 are also provided with control surfaces 23, which are intended to interact with the tip of the directing pin 18. The pressure lugs 22 protrude. each through a window 24 which opens out of the cavity 19 into a vertical bore 25 in each of which a compression spring 26 is arranged. This is supported on the one hand on the bottom of the bore 25 and on the other hand on the pressure plate of a bolt 27 which is in engagement with the corresponding pressure lug 22 of the angle lever 20.
At the level of the peripheral edges of the annular plate 10 of the Zerkleinerungseinriehtitng and the Sehleridersiebehale 11 of the loading container 1 is provided with an outlet opening 28 which can be closed by means of a slide 29. Furthermore, an outlet 31 is attached to the bottom part of the container 1 for draining the juice obtained, which can pass through the sieve openings 30 of the Sehleuders sieve bowl 11 into the lower part of the container.
The operation of the described Ap parates is. Incidentally, the following: Assuming that the apparatus is placed in the position according to Fig.l country 2 on a conventional household machine of the type, (let the drive shaft is rotatably connected to the rotary body 5 by the coupling part mentioned.
The through the Einfülltriehter -1 on the Raffelseheibe 8 ge Langende vegetables (or fruits) is crushed when turning this disc 8 and ge reached into the device by the shredding device 8, 10 and the centrifugal sieve shell 11 ge formed 1-lohlraurn, where by Schleuderwir effect the juice contained in the (ut) is separated from the solid parts and pressed through the sieve openings 30 into the lower part of the container.
In order to now remove the fixed parts of the treated (dead body) that remain in the sieve bowl 11, the slide 29 is brought into the open position on the one hand and the actuating lever 16 is pushed down on the other hand (t.
fiupplnn - sstift 7.7 and the 1) ruekstift 18 downwards, whereby the tip of the latter slides over the control surfaces' _'3 of the angle levers 20, which are arid outwards at the same time downwards @, üdrelzt until the axis 14 moved along with it , the lower end of the slots 13 to sehläge
As a result of the tilting and lowering movement # - of the angle lever 20, the pressure springs 26 are compressed by means of the 1) ruel.naseir 22 acting on the plates of the bolts 27.
The @ lit.nehri, ei @ aelrse 11, which engages in the hub 72 with its linden trees protruding from your rotating body 5, causes an a -, # - ial displacement of the sehleu (ler, siebsehale 17, their peripheral edge see accordingly detaches from the corresponding edge of the ring plate 10.
After the stroke has ended, the sieve bowl 11 is in the position shown in FIG. 3 or in the position shown in FIG. 1 with dashed lines. As a result of the rotation of the triple liqueur and accordingly the centrifugal sieve s.hale 11, the solid parts of the treated goods remaining in the sehale,
rain thrown the container wall and can consequently escape through the outlet opening 28.
The cleaning of the device is therefore extremely easy and does not require dismantling of the device. In order to bring the sieve bowl back into the original position, the lever 16 is raised again, the angle lever 20 and consequently the pressure pin 18 being brought into the starting position under the action of the springs 26. and thereby the sieve bowl is raised, such that its peripheral edge with your corresponding edge of the ring plate 10 comes into engagement;
the opening 28 is then closed again by the slide 29.
The apparatus described can also be modified so that no sieve openings are made in the convex centrifugal disk 11, which therefore forms a bowl. The crushed good. When the apparatus is in operation, it then reaches the centrifugal disk, as mentioned, whereby the juice separated from the solid parts by the slinging action is pressed through the gap formed between the ring plate 10 and the centrifugal disk 11 and in this way into the got under the container part.
For this purpose, the edge of the centrifugal disk can be knurled.
It has shown @ .: e. that the remaining solid parts of the shredded material can form a hard ring layer in the area of the peripheral edge of the centrifugal thunder. This is not destroyed under all circumstances during the -called lowering of the udder disk and subsequent rotation of the same, so that the fixed parts are not. can escape from the apparatus.
To ensure this escape, a movable pressure pin can be attached to the rotary housing in the area of the circumferential edge of the centrifugal disk. The arrangement is expedient in such a way that the pin in the between parts 10 and 11 can be pressed so that it penetrates the said rotating ring layer of the solid parts and destroys this layer.
The escape of the solid parts through the outlet opening 28 is. therefore guaranteed at all times. Should not. The juice alone, but the crushed material still containing the juice are obtained, the centrifugal disk 11 is lowered into the position indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 1 and the outlet 28 is opened before the apparatus is put into operation. Since the shredded material does not find a hold on the centrifugal disk, it is thrown through the said outlet without prior pressing, where it can be collected.
