Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formartikeln mit     Hilfe    von     Sulfitzelluloseablauge.       Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung von Formartikeln mit  Hilfe von durch Proteine ausgefällter     Sulfit-          zelluloseablauge,    das dadurch gekennzeichnet  ist, dass man die     Sulfitablauge    zusammen mit  Proteinstoffen auf Substrate ausfällt und das  so erhaltene Produkt nachher verformt.  



  Als Substrate wurden dort unter anderem  zerkleinerte Schälspäne, Korkmehl, Sägemehl  genannt.  



  Das Zusatzpatent     Nr.250268    strebt eine  weitere Verbesserung dieses Verfahrens an,  indem es die Verwendung von     zellulosehalti-          gem    Fasermaterial, wie Holzschliff, Zellulose,  Altpapier, oder Schälspänen als Substrat vor  schlägt, mit denen sich speziell Isolierplatten  mit verbesserter Struktur und Qualität her  stellen lassen.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man durch  mindestens teilweisen Ersatz der vorgenannten  Füllstoffe durch mindestens zum grössten Teil  aus     Lignin    bestehendes Material, insbesondere  Abfälle der Holzverzuckerung, .die ein zum  grössten Teil .aus     Lignin    bestehendes Faser  material darstellen, gegebenenfalls     inKombina-          tion    mit Torf,     eineFormmasse    erhält,. die plasti  schere Eigenschaften beim Verformen, ins-    besondere beim Pressen aufweist, so dass sich  mit Hilfe dieser     Füllstoffe    profilierte Platten  sowie     Formkörper    aller Art pressen lassen.

    Die     profiliert    gepressten Platten eignen sich  mit Vorteil als Zwischenlage in mehrschich  tigen Konstruktionselementen, insbesondere  für das Baugewerbe.  



  Die     Herstellung    der Formartikel kann im  übrigen auf die gleiche Weise erfolgen, wie es  im Hauptpatent beschrieben wurde.

  The additional patent No. 250268 seeks to further improve this process by proposing the use of cellulosic fiber material, such as wood pulp, cellulose, waste paper, or peeling chips as a substrate, with which insulation panels with improved structure and quality can be produced .



  It has now been found that by at least partial replacement of the aforementioned fillers with material consisting at least for the most part of lignin, in particular waste from the saccharification of wood, which represent a fiber material consisting mainly of lignin, optionally in combination with peat, receives a molding mass. which has plastic shear properties during deformation, in particular during pressing, so that profiled plates and all kinds of molded bodies can be pressed with the aid of these fillers.

    The profiled pressed panels are suitable as an intermediate layer in multilayer construction elements, especially for the construction industry.



  The production of the molded articles can otherwise be carried out in the same way as described in the main patent.

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Form artikeln, insbesondere Profilplatten, nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Substrat minde stens zum grössten Teil aus Lignin bestehendes Material verwendet. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man als zum gröss ten Teil aus Lignin bestehendes Fasermaterial Abfälle der Holzverzuckerung verwendet. 2. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man ausserdem Torf verwendet.
