Device for hanging up drawing machines. When hanging drawing machines, aligning the machine with the plane of the drawing board requires time-consuming adjustment work. First of all, the machine, which is attached to a support base of the board, usually hangs criss-cross or crosswise to the board. In the case of the known drawing machines, a whole series of screws have to be operated for the correct setting, of which the adjustment of one always requires an adjustment of the other. Adjusting the machine then turns out to be a tedious and usually not easy trial.
That is what the invention wants to change with a device for hanging up drawing machines that can be operated with a few simple steps and ensures that the machine is aligned precisely with the board level as quickly as possible.
The invention relates to a device for hanging up drawing machines with parallelogram guides on drawing boards, in which the drawing machine can be pivoted about a horizontal axis which is adjustably attached to a support base screwed onto the drawing board at a distance from the drawing board.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the inventive device for hanging up drawing machines is illustrated, namely: FIG. 1 shows a view of the overall arrangement. 2 shows the suspension in front view on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows a side view and FIG. 4 shows a plan view, FIGS. 5 and 6 shows a plan view of a support base screwed onto the drawing board.
A support base 1 with a vertical pin 9 is screwed on the vertically positioned drawing board can be secured in the set position by means of a lock nut 7. The adjustment is provided in such a way that the clamping jaw 6 is brought from a mark 5 on the bearing block 4 at a distance A equal to the thickness of the drawing board. The parallelogram guide of the drawing machine is hinged to a carrier 3, which can be pivoted about horizontal pivot pins, which are inserted into the bearing block 4.
The carrier 3 is equipped with a forcing screw 10 which limits its pivoting movement and thus holds that of the drawing machine linked to it in its pivoted position relative to the plane of the drawing board. An adjusting nut 11 secures the set position.

The described device for hanging up drawing machines is operated as follows: First, the support base 1 is screwed onto the drawing board so that it is flush with the rear board surface (Fig. 6). The drawing machine with parallelogram guide, carrier 3 and the bracket 4 receiving the horizontal pivot pins is already assembled on its own.
According to the board thickness A, the clamping jaw 6 has been set on the threaded shaft using the line mark 5 (FIG. 6). The machine is now placed on the support base 1 by inserting the threaded shaft on the bearing block 4 through the cross hole 2 of the vertical bolt 9 as far as the stop of the clamping jaw 6 and securing it there by the counter-clamping jaw 8 and the nut 7. If the drawing machine is now at an angle to the board level, then you pivot the whole thing around the pin 9 into the aligned position,
which results from the placement of the ruler cross on the board surface. The counter-clamping jaw 8 is now clamped tightly against the vertical pin 9 by tightening the nut 7. If it turns out that the drawing machine is resting when the board is swiveled horizontally, it can easily be set correctly by adjusting the impression screw 10 accordingly.
