  Dispositif pour fabriquer un récipient souple en matière plastique synthétique.
   lia    présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour fabriquer un récipient souple en matière plastique synthétique, par   exem-    ple le   polyéthylëne, caractérisé    par le fait qu'il comprend un cylindre d'injection muni cl'un corps de chauffe et dans lequel est mobile un piston destiné à expulser, par une buse de ce cylindre, la matière à injecter, un    moule comprenant plusieurs éléments sépa-    rables et un mécanisme servant à maintenir le moule pressé eontre la buse d'injection du cylindre de façon que l'orifice de sortie de cette dernière soit en communication avec un orifice d'entrée dudit moule,

   le dispositif comprenant en outre un corps de chauffe pour le chauffage du moule lorsqu'il est en place pour l'injection.



   Le dessin annexé montre, à   titre d'exem-    ple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif objet de l'invention.



   La figure unique en est une vue en coupe longitudinale.



   Le dispositif représenté comprend un ey  lindre    d'injection 18 dans lequel est mobile un piston 20 ; ce dernier assure l'expulsion par un conduit 27 ménagé dans une buse 17, de la matière à injecter 21 contenue dans le   cylindre 18.   



   La buse. 17 présente un enfoncement 28 dans lequel s'engage une saillie 13   d'un    chapeau 4 du moule. Ce dernier est maintenu pressé contre la buse 17 par un poussoir 12 faisant partie d'une presse non représentée.



  La saillie 13 est percée   {l'un    orifice   29    qui communique avec le conduit 27.



   Le moule 30 comprend une matrice constituée au moyen d'une douille cylindrique 5 sur laquelle est adapté à frottement doux le chapeau   4.   



   A l'intérieur de la matrice sus men  tionnée    est logé un poinçon 7 présentant une tte 31 pourvue près de sa pointe de saillies 14 épousant la forme de la face intérieure du chapeau   4      ;    ces saillies assurent le centrage du poinçon 7 et le façonnage d'ouvertures dans la tte 1 du récipient moulé 3, ces ouvertures étant utilisées ultérieurement pour la vidange de ce dernier ; le poinçon 7 comporte un socle 9 pourvu   d'une    portée 32 destinée à assurer le centrage de l'extrémité arrière dudit poinçon 7 dans la douille.

   Ce poinçon comporte un forage axial 10 destiné à recevoir un liquide de réfrigération et dans lequel peut venir en engagement une saillie du centrage 11 de 1'extrémité du poussoir 12 traversant un plateau   26    du dispositif.



   Le moule 30 est logé dans un corps de chauffe 22 monté sur un tube   16,    et le   ey-    lindre d'injection 18 est pourvu d'un corps de chauffe 19.



   Le dispositif représenté fonctionne comme suit :
 Le polyéthylène à l'état de granules est introduit dans le cylindre 18 dont la paroi est chauffée et où il est comprimé par le piston   20    ; simultanément le moule 30 placé sur le plateau 26 est déplacé par le poussoir 12 dans te sens de la flèche 25, de   façon à en-    gager la saillie 13 du chapeau   4    du moule dans l'enfoncement 28 de la buse 17 et amener ainsi l'orifice 29 en regard de   l'ori-    fice 28 du conduit   27    de la buse 17. De cette façon, la matière expulsée du cylindre 18 par le piston 20 pénètre dans le moule 30 entre la matrice et le poinçon 7 où elle constitue la   tte    1 et la paroi 3 du tube.

   Lorsque le moule 30 est plein, il est refroidi au moyen d'un liquide introduit dans le forage 10, puis le piston 20 et le poussoir 12 sont actionnés, le premier pour se déplacer dans le sens de la flèche 12 et le second en sens inverse de celle-ci ; le moule 30 vient alors reposer sur le plateau   u 26    et le chapeau 4 est séparé de l'élément 5, et le poinçon 7 retiré ; le tube    moulé est actionné rotativement de façon à    dégager sa partie filetée   2    du chapeau   4.   



   Les trois parties 4,5 et 7 du moule sont assemblées a nouveau et introduites dans le corps de chauffe   22    pour tre chauffées en vue de recevoir à nouveau du polyéthylène.



   On pourrait monter plusieurs moules sur un plateau revolver pouvant les entraîner rotativement de façon qu'ils se présentent l'un après l'autre sous la buse d'injection 17.

   The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a flexible container in synthetic plastic material, for example polyethylene, characterized in that it comprises an injection cylinder provided with a heating body and in which is movable a piston intended to expel, through a nozzle of this cylinder, the material to be injected, a mold comprising several separable elements and a mechanism serving to keep the mold pressed against the injection nozzle of the cylinder so that the orifice of outlet of the latter is in communication with an inlet orifice of said mold,

   the device further comprising a heater for heating the mold when it is in place for injection.



   The appended drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the device which is the subject of the invention.



   The single figure is a view in longitudinal section.



   The device shown comprises an injection ey linder 18 in which a piston 20 is movable; the latter ensures the expulsion, through a conduit 27 formed in a nozzle 17, of the material to be injected 21 contained in the cylinder 18.



   The nozzle. 17 has a depression 28 into which engages a projection 13 of a cap 4 of the mold. The latter is kept pressed against the nozzle 17 by a pusher 12 forming part of a press, not shown.



  The projection 13 is pierced in the one orifice 29 which communicates with the duct 27.



   The mold 30 comprises a die formed by means of a cylindrical bush 5 on which the cap 4 is fitted with gentle friction.



   Inside the aforementioned die is housed a punch 7 having a head 31 provided near its tip with projections 14 matching the shape of the inner face of the cap 4; these projections ensure the centering of the punch 7 and the shaping of openings in the head 1 of the molded container 3, these openings being used subsequently for emptying the latter; the punch 7 comprises a base 9 provided with a bearing surface 32 intended to ensure the centering of the rear end of said punch 7 in the socket.

   This punch comprises an axial bore 10 intended to receive a refrigeration liquid and in which a projection of the centering 11 of the end of the pusher 12 passing through a plate 26 of the device can come into engagement.



   The mold 30 is housed in a heating body 22 mounted on a tube 16, and the injection cylinder 18 is provided with a heating body 19.



   The device shown operates as follows:
 The polyethylene in the form of granules is introduced into the cylinder 18, the wall of which is heated and where it is compressed by the piston 20; simultaneously the mold 30 placed on the plate 26 is moved by the pusher 12 in the direction of arrow 25, so as to engage the projection 13 of the cap 4 of the mold in the recess 28 of the nozzle 17 and thus bring the orifice 29 opposite the orifice 28 of the duct 27 of the nozzle 17. In this way, the material expelled from the cylinder 18 by the piston 20 enters the mold 30 between the die and the punch 7 where it constitutes the head 1 and the wall 3 of the tube.

   When the mold 30 is full, it is cooled by means of a liquid introduced into the borehole 10, then the piston 20 and the pusher 12 are actuated, the first to move in the direction of arrow 12 and the second in the direction of inverse of this; the mold 30 then comes to rest on the plate u 26 and the cap 4 is separated from the element 5, and the punch 7 withdrawn; the molded tube is rotated so as to disengage its threaded part 2 from the cap 4.



   The three parts 4, 5 and 7 of the mold are assembled again and introduced into the heating body 22 to be heated with a view to receiving polyethylene again.



   Several molds could be mounted on a revolver plate capable of driving them rotatably so that they are presented one after the other under the injection nozzle 17.

REVENDICATION : Dispositif pour fabriquer un récipient souple en matière plastique synthétique, ca- ractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un cylindre, d'injection muni d'un corps de chauffe et dans lequel est mobile un piston destiné à expulser par une buse de ce cylindre la matière à injecter, un moule comprenant plusieurs éléments séparables et un mécanisme servant à maintenir le moule pressé contre la buse d'injection du cylindre de façon que l'orifice de sortie de cette dernière soit en communication avec un orifice d'entrée dudit moule, le dispositif comprenant en outre un corps de chauffe pour le chauffage du moule lorsqu'il est en place pour l'injection.
