Einer Voi¯wäi-mtempe- ratur von 200" C entspricht ein Behälterdruck von etwa 16 ata und einer solchen von 220 C gar ein Behälterdruck von etwa 24 ata. Beträgt beispielsweise die Einheitsleistung 50 000 kW, so ergibt sich ein Behälterinhalt von etwa. 100 m3. Gefässe dieser (lrösse für die erwähnten hohen Drücke sind kaum noch wirtschaftlich tragbar;
Device for the automatic regulation of the water flow in a steam power plant. It has long been in steam power plants. It is common to set up a larger feed water tank in the heat path between the condenser and the steam boiler, because, especially in the old systems, the boiler was fed with interruptions. At a certain machine power is. the volume of the container is conditional. by the length of the interruptions in the boiler feed, which in turn depends on the water content of the boiler.
Old boilers with a large water content in relation to the output. require large food water containers. As a rule of thumb, it was determined, for example, that the water supply must be sufficient for half an hour of full load operation.
In older systems, in which only a modest preheating of the feed water took place, the tank could be connected to the waterway after the last preheater without the pressure in this tank having risen too high. The tank pressure must be at least as high as the boiling point of the water it contains. In modern high-pressure systems, the preheating of the feed water is driven to 200 "C and above in order to save money, which causes relatively very high container pressures.
A vessel pressure of around 16 ata corresponds to a Voīwäi temperature of 200 "C and a vessel pressure of around 24 ata corresponds to that of 220 C. For example, if the unit output is 50,000 kW, the result is a vessel capacity of around 100 m3.Vessels of this size for the high pressures mentioned are hardly economically viable;
but even if the container volume were to be reduced to around 50 m3, the large wall thickness would result in difficult and expensive containers. In addition, there are expensive building structures. for operational reasons, the container is arranged high above the feed pump. Need to become.
Lately. it was customary to arrange the feed water tank in the waterway in front of the last preheaters and to switch on the boiler feed pump there. However, this arrangement has two major disadvantages. On the one hand, this results in preheaters that are under boiler pressure and are therefore expensive, including the necessary bypass lines and fittings.
On the other hand, such high pressure preheaters are not clearly assigned to the current load on the associated turbine as soon as several turbo groups are running in parallel and the high pressure preheaters are common to all groups. It can then happen that relatively large amounts of condensate flow through these preheaters of a lightly loaded group, which are heated by tap steam at low pressure, which are then poorly preheated.
The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by the device according to the invention. The subject of the invention is a device for the automatic regulation of the water flow of a steam power plant with tap steam feed water preheaters, which is characterized by a hot water equalizing tank connected to the waterway after the preheaters,
whose smallest possible volume is given by the level fluctuation in the steam boiler between idling and full load with the weight after the changed water content of the boiler, from which expansion tank, depending on its water level,
the valves regulating the inflow and outflow of condensate of a condensate storage tank connected to the waterway upstream of the preheaters, the volume of which is larger than that of the expansion tank.
The remote control of the inlet and outlet valves of the condensate storage tank is expediently carried out by means of electrical current.
It is also advisable to feed the condensate flowing out of the condensate reservoir into the water circuit via the condenser. For the purpose of good ventilation of this water flowing from the condensate reservoir into the condenser, it is also advisable to keep its temperature slightly higher than the condensate temperature in the Capacitor.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the device according to the invention is shown schematically. The operation of the device according to the invention is explained in more detail with reference to this drawing.
The steam generated in the steam boiler 1 drives the turbine 2 with coupled generator 3 and is reflected in the condenser 4. In normal operation, the condensate is conveyed by the condensate pump 5 through a number of preheaters, here, for example, by four tap steam feedwater preheaters 6, 6 ', 6 "and 6"', which pass through the lines 7, 7 ', 7 ", 7" 'be heated with steam from the turbine 2. In normal operation, the feed pump S conveys the preheated condensate that accumulates back into the steam boiler 1.
The inventive hot water expansion tank 9, from which the inflow and outflow of condensate zti or from a condensate reservoir 17 is controlled, is connected to the waterway through line 10 after the last preheater. This expansion tank could be designed as a flow tank, but it can also, as shown here, for example, be connected to the water by a junction.
The lending container has a very small volume compared to the condensate storage tank. The lower limit of the permissible size of its volume is given by the level fluctuation in the steam boiler between idle and full load with the weight of the same after unchanged water content. For a modern high pressure boiler, for example, about 100 t / h water evaporation,
which is provided with upper and lower drums., the water content of the leveling tank should be about 6 m. The fluctuation in the water level in the steam boiler should be absorbed by the equalizing tank, in which the water level rises or falls according to the boiler load up to a maximum or minimum level. The limit positions for the water level in the expansion tank are set by float regulators 11 and 12.
The regulator 11 is arranged in such a way that it just does not start when the boiler is fully loaded; likewise, the controller 12 should just not respond at the lowest boiler load. Are in normal operation only. If small fluctuations in the load of the system are to be taken into account, the volume of the expansion tank can be dimensioned correspondingly smaller. The steam line 32 is used to maintain a cushion of steam in the expansion tank 9.
The larger and immediately available supply of condensate required in every steam power plant is stored in the condensate reservoir 17. This memory also enables larger amounts of condensate to be drained from the waterway and stored, for example when the water in a boiler is to be emptied.
The main amount of the stored condensate is stored according to the intended arrangement at a relatively low temperature. The memory 17 could be open, and the condensate could accordingly be under atmospheric pressure. But this arrangement would have the disadvantage. that the condensate. would be saturated with air. It is therefore more advantageous to provide a closed container and to connect this to the vacuum space of the condenser by a line 22 with a diaphragm 23.
The condensate reservoir 17 is closed off to the water through a line 13 with a control valve 14; the junction of line 1 :; is provided in the waterway upstream of the first preheater 6. Although the condensate in the container 17 is continuously vented via line 22, it is advantageous to use a line 15 with it. To supply the control valve 16 via the condenser 4 to your waterway, since this way a last complete ventilation can take place.
The control valves 14 and 16 in the condensate lines to and from the container 17 are remotely controlled by the floating regulators 11 and 12 of the expansion tank 9. The control impulses are advantageously transmitted electronically.
It is of course possible to arrange the storage tank 17 finitely back to the condenser 4 and taking into account the temperature or pressure differences that can occur between the storage contents and the condensate in the condenser so that the condensate flowing out of your storage facility. without: your water flow through the condenser with the help of a pump.
For good ventilation of the condensate flowing from the storage tank, it is advantageous to keep its temperature a little higher than the condensate temperature in the condenser. For this purpose, it is appropriate to direct all condensate arising from drainage into the storage tank 17 , which is indicated by the drainage pipes 21. is. In the event that this warmth would not be enough, is.
It is advantageous to provide an additional heating line 1.8 with control valve 19, the latter being controlled by a pressure regulator 20. Through this line, which branches off appropriately from the lowermost tap line 7, heating steam is fed to the condensate in the memory as required.
The operational safety of the steam boiler requires that in no case. its supply of feed water can fail. With a look at this, float regulators 11 and 12 are to be seen reliably functioning. It is also appropriate to use the water level indicator of the expansion tank 9 in a manner known per se. To provide alarm contacts.
In order to increase the operational reliability even further, a boiler feed pump 28 driven by a steam turbine 27 can finally be provided, which steps in automatically when the water level in the steam boiler threatens to fall below a certain low. This emergency pump sucks directly from the reservoir 17 through the line 30.
Your drive turbine 2: 5 receives boiler steam through the line 25 with control valve 26, which is opened by the float regulator 29 when the lowest permissible water level is reached in the boiler. In order to make it easier for the pump to start, the memory 17 is, if necessary, through the exhaust duct; 31 of the steam turbine 27 is pressurized. The maximum permissible pressure in the memory is limited by the safety valve 24, which blows off into the open.
The operation of the device described is as follows: The water level in the lending container 9 is normally in a position between the float controls 11 and 12 that corresponds to the boiler load. If the water level rises higher, this means that in the waterway of the system there is an instantaneous excess of water. If the water level has reached the set maximum level, the valve 14 in line 13 is actuated by the float regulator 11, whereby water is drained from the system into the storage tank 17.
The valve 14 is only closed again when the _ # cup level in the expansion tank 9 approaches the normal position given by the boiler load.
Conversely, if there is little water in the system for some reason, the water level in the expansion tank 9 falls. If the water level drops to the specified lowest level, the float regulator 12 actuates the valve 16 in the line 15 and water flows out of the condensate - store 17 in. the capacitor 4 and thus also in. the system.
The valve 16 is not closed again until the water level in the expansion tank 9 approaches the normal position given by the boiler load.
