B. für den Seheibenkranz eäne austeni- t*Sche Stahllegierung oder eine Nichteisen- legierung verwenden, deren hohe Kriechlestig- keit durch eine Alterungshärtung mit Hitze- behandl-Lmg erreicht wurde;

EMI0002.0059
Chrom <SEP> bis <SEP> zu <SEP> 141/o
<tb> Molybdän <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 1,5 <SEP> 0/0</B>
<tb> Vanadin <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 1,5 <SEP> 0/0</B>
<tb> Wolfram <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 1,51/0</B>

<tb> Kohlenstoff <SEP> <B> <SEP> </B> <SEP> 0,61/o
<tb> Rest <SEP> Eisen Eine typische Legierung besteht z.
Process for the production of turbine rotors and rotor produced according to this process. (The object of the present invention is a process for the production of rotors for turbines, such as those used, for example, in gas turbines., and a rotor produced according to this process.
In such machines, under the conditions prevailing in operation, the outer rim of the turbine disk in the zone where the blades are attached to the disk has a fairly high temperature, which in modern machines is <B> 700 ° C </B> and more. On the other hand, the central part of the> pane is relatively cool and has a temperature in the range of approximately <B> 100 ° C </B>, so that there is a large temperature gradient in the pane in radial rivalries.
As a result of the high stress to which such rotors are exposed during operation, it was previously necessary to hermist the disks from a material with high creep resistance. Since the temperature of the middle part of the pane is lower, but the stress is greater than on the rim, it is also necessary that the middle part has a high tensile strength without necessarily having to have a high creep resistance.
So far it was necessary to achieve a maximum creep resistance in the rim part of the disk, the entire disk from the expensive hoebkrieehfesten material to produce, which in turn can cause an undesirably low tensile strength of the middle disks part.
In order to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages, a material is used in the inventive method for establishing a turbine rotor for the ring part of the rotor disk. is used, which has a higher resistance to creep with respect to the material of the rotor center part, and a material for the rotor center part that has a higher tensile strength with respect to the material of the rim part,
-where one part is poured when the other, already cast part is still partly in a liquid state, -to produce a weld between the two parts.
The rotor center part is understood to mean that part of the rotor disk züi which extends from the rotor center outwards into a zone between a third. And extends four fifths of the disc radius; the remaining part of the rotor disks forms the crown part.
The disk and the blades can be produced using the centrifugal casting process or as Gravit, ations, -1, Iss or a combination of these two processes. You can z. B. the blades. and manufacture the rim part of the disk by centrifugal casting and the central part of the Seheibe by gravity casting. An embodiment of the rotor produced by the method according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, which shows a front view of a turbine disk provided with blades.
The turbine rotor shown in the drawing has a middle part <B> 1 </B> made of material that has a higher tensile strength with respect to the material of the ring part 2, while the outer ring part, 1 2, with the blades < B> 3 </B> forms a piece, consists of a different material, which has a higher creep strength in relation to the material of the central part <B> 1 </B>, the whole being cast into one piece.
In one embodiment of the fiction, according to the method, an alloy of high creep resistance is in the molten state, in a suitable, formed form, a introduced to produce the blades and the outer rim part of the disc by centrifugal casting. The mold is then rotated so long that the innermost part of the wreath part (which solidifies last) is still liquid. At this stage, another alloy with high mechanical tensile strength, which is supposed to form the rest of the turbine disk, is introduced into the mold in the molten state.
The rotation of the mold can be continued so that the rest of the disk is also formed by centrifugal liss, or you can also cast in the resting position so that the gravitational liss is used for the remaining part of the disk finds.
The alloy with high tensile strength connects on the inner circumference of the rim part with the high-creep-resistant alloy, and since this connection takes place at a time when the inner rim part is still liquid, a solid weld is created over the entire circumference of the turbine disk, which holds the two parts tightly together.
It is important that the two materials or alloys selected for the two disc parts are compatible with one another, that is, that they do not form any harmful components along the connection surface that could reduce the strength of the connection. For this purpose you can z.
For the Seheibenkranz, for example, use an austenitic steel alloy or a non-ferrous alloy whose high creep resistance has been achieved through aging hardening with heat treatment;
A ferritic steel or a correspondingly low-alloyed steel or another alloy can be used for the center of the panes, in which the above-mentioned heat treatment in the temperature range up to ni <B> 500'C </B> has high tensile strength evokes.
<B> 0 </B> The following composition is given as an example of a creep-resistant alloy.
EMI0002.0046
Chrome <SEP> <B> 10-9200 / 0 </B>
<tb> Nickel <SEP> <B> 15-200 / 0 </B>
<tb> Titan <SEP> to <SEP> to <SEP> <B> 30 /, </B>
<tb> Molybdenum <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 5 <SEP> Oh </B>
<tb> Copper <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 5 </B> <SEP>%
<tb> Cobalt <SEP> <B> <SEP> </B> <SEP> 20%
<tb> Carbon <SEP> <B> <SEP> </B> <SEP> 0.5%
<tb> rest <SEP> iron A suitable alloy can be composed like <B> f </B> olgt:
Chromium 181 / o, nickel 181 / o, titanium 2.25%, 11, molybdenum 0.2 () / o, copper 0.21 / o, cobalt 811 / o, carbon 0.2 11 / o, remainder iron.
The following alloy is suitable for the middle part of the disc:
EMI0002.0059
Chrom <SEP> to <SEP> to <SEP> 141 / o
<tb> Molybdenum <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 1.5 <SEP> 0/0 </B>
<tb> Vanadium <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 1.5 <SEP> 0/0 </B>
<tb> Tungsten <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 1.51 / 0 </B>
<tb> silicon <SEP> <B> <SEP> <SEP> 8 <SEP> 0/0 </B>
<tb> Carbon <SEP> <B> <SEP> </B> <SEP> 0.61 / o
<tb> rest <SEP> iron A typical alloy consists e.g.
B. made of chromium 2.8 1.7o, molybdenum 0.4 ohm, vanadium 0.8 1 / o, tungsten 0.4%, silicon 0.4 1 / o, carbon 0.2 1 / o, remainder iron .
In this way, it is possible to manufacture a turbine rotor which corresponds to the required strength properties and which at the same time is much cheaper than the rotors known at the time.
By heat treatment of the assembled pane in the temperature range from <B> 1000 </B> to <B> 11501 C </B> and subsequent cooling in the air or cutting or a combination of the two measures, and reheating to <B> 500 </B> to <B> 800 'C </B> the required properties can be achieved in both parts of the disc.
If, however, the composition of the two alloys is chosen so that the - "-], heat treatment does not develop the desired properties in both alloys, the rim part of the disc can be subjected to a separate heat treatment, e.g. . by high-frequency induction heating or by heating with a flame, with suitable cooling of the central part.
