  Procédé de fabrication de groupes de cloisons perpendiculaires les unes aux autres.



     I1    existe des boîtes qui servent notamment d'emballage pour des objets divers, des montres par exemple, et qui comportent à leur intérieur des   eompartùuents    séparés par des cloisons   perpendieulaires    les unes aux autres et perpendiculaires également au fond de la boîte. Dans la plupart des cas, ces cloisons sont faites au moyen de morceaux de carton sur la moitié de la largeur desquels on a pratiqué une   encoche    de largeur égale à l'épaisseur du carton   lui-mêIne    et qu'on engage les uns dans les autres à la manière d'un assemblage à   mi.bois.    Ces morceaux de carton doivent être collés sur le fond et sur les côtés de l'emballage.

   Ils ne renforcent pas ce dernier et ses parois doivent alors avoir une épaisseur suffisante pour résister à la fatigue due à la manutention.



   L'objet de la présente invention est un procédé de   fahrieation    de groupes de cloisons perpendiculaires les unes aux autres, notamment pour boîtes d'emballage présentant des compartiments. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on ménage dans la feuille de   matériau    d'où doivent être sorties ces cloisons, des ouvertures de forme carrée, au   milieu    et aux extrémités des côtés desquelles on frappe des lignes de pliage, perpendiculaires à ees dits bords et permettant de ramener, par la formation d'onglets qui seront lesdites cloisons, les quatre coins de l'ouverture au centre de cette dernière, où se joignent alors quatre cloisons pour former les   brandies    d'une croix.

   Le ou les groupes de cloisons fabriqués selon ce procédé   soiit    susceptibles d'être collés dans le fond d'une boîte en carton mince et de donner à celle-ci la rigidité nécessaire à une manutention aisée.



   Ces groupes de cloisons peuvent être indépendants de I'emballage auquel ils sont destinés ou bien être sortis, par découpage, de la même feuille de carton qui doit former l'enveloppe extérieure de l'emballage   lui-même    et être placés dans ce dernier par pliage.



   Le dessin annexé représente, à titre   d'exemples,    deux formes   d'exéeution    d'un groupe de cloisons fabriqué selon le procédé objet de la présente invention.



   La fig. 1 montre un emballage complet avec ses compartiments.



   La fig. 2 montre une feuille de carton mince que   l'on    a traitée pour pouvoir en faire ensuite un groupe de cloisons.



   La fig. 3 montre cette même feuille, mais développée avant de commencer le pliage.



   La fig. 4 est une phase de la fabrication d'une seconde forme d'exécution, vue en plan, la feuille de matériau étant   eomplètement    développée.



   En se référant aux fig. 1 et 2, 1 désigne un corps de boite   fabriqué    par pliage et provenant d'une   même    feuille de carton que le couvercle 2 qui lui est destiné et qui s'applique sur le corps par rabattement autour de l'angle 3 qui a été déterminé au moyen   dune    rainure exécutée par un procédé bien connu des gens du métier. L'intérieur de ce corps est divisé en six compartiments au  moyen de cloisons 4, 5, les premières transversales, les secondes longitudinales qui sont toutes sorties, avec les fonds 6 qui les séparent,   d'une    seule feuille de carton, telle que   représentée    en fig. 3. Pour arriver à ces cloisons, on a découpé dans cette feuille des ouvertures carrées 7, dont trois côtés sont équidistants des bords de la feuille.

   Dans les coins de ces ouvertures 7 et sur le milieu de leurs côtés ont été pratiquées des rainures 8 et 9 qui servent à déterminer les lignes de pliage de cette feuille.



     I1    est montré en fig. 2 la manière de procéder: Toutes les rainures 9 sont poussées vers le haut et toutes les rainures 8 sont maintenues dans le plan de la feuille 7, de manière que lorsque le pliage est terminé, les rainures 8 arrivent l'une contre l'autre et les facettes 10 qui doivent former les cloisons sont adjacentes deux à deux et forment ainsi   un    onglet. Les coins des ouvertures carrées sont alors rassemblés au centre de chaque ouverture 7. On obtient alors les cloisons telles    qu'elles sont représentées en fig. : 1, où quatre    cloisons forment les bras d'une croix perpendiculaires les uns aux autres. On introduit ces cloisons dans le corps de la boîte où elles sont alors collées pour renforcer le fond de l'emballage et donner au tout une rigidité qui facilite sa manutention.

   Ces cloisons forment avec les bords du corps de la boîte les compartiments désirés.



   Dans la forme d'exécution de la fig. 4, les conditions sont les mêmes. La différence ne réside qu'en ce que la feuille de carton mince de laquelle les cloisons doivent être sorties est adjacente et tient à celle qui doit former le corps et le couvercle de la boîte. Les   diffé    rentes parties de cette feuille portent les mêmes signes de référence que dans la forme d'exécution précédente. Ici aussi, les rainures 8 sont maintenues dans le plan de la feuille pendant que les rainures 9 sont poussées vers le   hant.    Les cloisons étant formées comme il est montré en fig. 2, leur ensemble a exactement la dimension nécessaire pour trouver place à l'intérieur du corps dans lequel il se comporte, après avoir été collé, comme   s'il    avait été fait indépendamment du reste de la boîte.



      REVENDICATIONS:   
 I. Procédé de fabrication de groupes de cloisons perpendiculaires les unes aux autres, notamment pour boîtes d'emballage présentant des compartiments, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'on ménage dans la feuille de matériau d'où doivent être sorties ces cloisons, des ouvertures de forme carrée, au milieu et aux extrémités des côtés desquelles on frappe des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires à ces dits bords et permettant de ramener, par la formation d'onglets qui seront lesdites cloisons, les quatre coins de l'ouverture au centre de cette dernière, où quatre cloisons se joignent alors pour former les branches d'une croix.

In most cases, these partitions are made by means of pieces of cardboard over half the width of which a notch of a width equal to the thickness of the cardboard itself has been made and which is engaged in each other. like a half-timbered assembly. These pieces of cardboard should be glued to the bottom and sides of the package.

   They do not reinforce the latter and its walls must then be of sufficient thickness to withstand fatigue due to handling.



   The object of the present invention is a method of fahrieation of groups of partitions perpendicular to each other, in particular for packaging boxes having compartments. This method is characterized in that in the sheet of material from which these partitions are to be taken out, square-shaped openings are provided, in the middle and at the ends of the sides of which fold lines are struck, perpendicular to said edges. and allowing to bring back, by the formation of tabs which will be said partitions, the four corners of the opening in the center of the latter, where four partitions then join to form the brandies of a cross.

   The group or groups of partitions produced according to this process are capable of being glued to the bottom of a thin cardboard box and of giving the latter the rigidity necessary for easy handling.



   These groups of partitions may be independent of the packaging for which they are intended or else be taken out, by cutting, from the same sheet of cardboard which must form the outer envelope of the packaging itself and be placed in the latter by folding.



   The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two forms of execution of a group of partitions manufactured according to the method which is the subject of the present invention.



   Fig. 1 shows a complete package with its compartments.



   Fig. 2 shows a sheet of thin cardboard which has been treated so that it can then be made into a group of partitions.



   Fig. 3 shows this same sheet, but developed before starting the folding.



   Fig. 4 is a phase in the manufacture of a second embodiment, seen in plan, the sheet of material being fully developed.



   Referring to Figs. 1 and 2, 1 designates a box body made by folding and coming from the same sheet of cardboard as the cover 2 which is intended for it and which is applied to the body by folding around the angle 3 which has been determined by means of a groove executed by a method well known to those skilled in the art. The interior of this body is divided into six compartments by means of partitions 4, 5, the first transverse, the second longitudinal which are all out, with the funds 6 which separate them, from a single sheet of cardboard, as shown. in fig. 3. To arrive at these partitions, square openings 7 have been cut from this sheet, three sides of which are equidistant from the edges of the sheet.

   In the corners of these openings 7 and in the middle of their sides have been made grooves 8 and 9 which serve to determine the fold lines of this sheet.



     I1 is shown in fig. 2 how to proceed: All the grooves 9 are pushed upwards and all the grooves 8 are kept in the plane of the sheet 7, so that when the folding is completed, the grooves 8 come against each other and the facets 10 which are to form the partitions are adjacent in pairs and thus form a tab. The corners of the square openings are then brought together in the center of each opening 7. The partitions are then obtained as shown in FIG. : 1, where four partitions form the arms of a cross perpendicular to each other. These partitions are introduced into the body of the box where they are then glued to reinforce the bottom of the packaging and give the whole a rigidity which facilitates its handling.

   These partitions form the desired compartments with the edges of the body of the box.



   In the embodiment of FIG. 4, the conditions are the same. The difference is only that the sheet of thin cardboard from which the partitions are to be taken out is adjacent and is held by that which is to form the body and the lid of the box. The various parts of this sheet bear the same reference signs as in the previous embodiment. Here too, the grooves 8 are kept in the plane of the sheet while the grooves 9 are pushed forward. The partitions being formed as shown in fig. 2, their whole has exactly the dimension necessary to find place inside the body in which it behaves, after being glued, as if it had been made independently of the rest of the box.



      CLAIMS:
 I. A method of manufacturing groups of partitions perpendicular to one another, in particular for packaging boxes having compartments, a method characterized in that in the sheet of material from which these partitions are to be taken out, openings of square shape, in the middle and at the ends of the sides of which we strike folding lines perpendicular to these said edges and allowing to bring back, by the formation of tabs which will be said partitions, the four corners of the opening in the center of the latter , where four partitions then join to form the branches of a cross.
