Fig-.
Method and device for the production of tubular cavities in malleable, hardenable material in a building during its construction. The invention relates to. a method for producing i-oln-föi @ niiger cavities in formable, hereditary material, e.g.
B. Concrete, in a (#M) <iuele during its construction, especially for the @ "elaboration of electric cables and liquid pipes. The process will eniciss the invention in the \ journey ans <- leads to the fact that in those parts of the building where larger hollow spaces are supposed to be located,
a hollow shape provided with side-by-side holes is attached, and at the point where there should be an i-shaped hollow space in the building, a continuous hollow shape through which the hollow shape passes, ete.icle pipeline made of elastic material arranged
this pipeline with. Liquid fills around this pipeline, which forms the part of the hardenable material that is affected, after this material solidifies, empties the pipeline made of elastic material and removes it along with the container.
The egg-fining also concerns a mechanism for execution? of the procedure. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.
1 shows a building space in the vertical groove with the pipe-shaped cavities made according to the original prior to removing the equipment used for this purpose. Fig-. ? time in perspective representation - this unit for itself.
FIG. 3 shows the same as FIG. 1, but after removal of the device used to manufacture the tubular cavities.
As can be seen from Fig. 1 and ″, the device comprises several individual tubes made of elastic material, e.g. B. rubber, the ends of which are connected to each other, some ends of these individual tubes are provided with valves b.
The pipeline is, as can be seen from Fig. 1, attached to the location of the wall and the Deeke of the building space to be created, on which a tubular cavity should be located, for example, for receiving an electrical line or a water pipe . Boxes i are installed in the side walls, e.g. to hold switches, sieves, etc.
At points d and e, where the individual pipes are connected to one another, for example by sleeves not shown, in order to form the continuous pipeline, boxes are arranged, while these boxes, as shown at d, are open at the top and through a cover f can be lockable.
In the middle of the room, where a larger cavity. to attach a ceiling beleuehtan- is to be created, a downwardly open conical hollow shape c is arranged, the side wall of which is opposite, for the passage of the pipeline a. has formed holes .. The ceiling of the hollow mold c is provided with a groove h into which a metal rod g is inserted, which protrudes on both sides of the hollow mold.
After this device is brought into the ge desired position, the pipe line a is filled with water by means of the valves b and then the part of the wall to be created and the ceiling made of hardenable material, e.g. B. concrete or cement, ge (Fig.1), z. B. cast.
After the concrete or cement solidifies, that is, after about 8 to 21 hours, the pipeline is emptied ca by means of the valves b and taken out together with the hollow mold c, leaving the shaped hollow cavity (Fig. 3). The metal rod g, whose ends are embedded in the Betion, can be used as a fastening element for ceiling lighting.
Hollow forms c can be used in a corresponding manner for the formation of cavities in a side wall of the building, for. B. lighting for attaching a wall.
By means of the method described, it is possible to create a continuous tubular cavity network in a building while avoiding metal tubes and connecting parts in an economical manner and relatively quickly.
