Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II in Fig.5.
Impact hammer with mechanical drive. The present invention relates to a percussion hammer with a mechanical drive.
This percussion hammer is characterized by the fact that a cam-forming lifting element for tensioning the impact spring is seen before, after exceeding the point of highest spring force, the lifting element can rotate loosely with respect to its drive element and lead in the direction of rotation that the spring force. can act freely to strike the hammer.
In the accompanying drawings, for example, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the first embodiment, FIG. 2 shows a view of the cam in its highest position along line II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of the hammer as it is indirectly coupled to the engine Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the claw coupling between the drive and the lifting element, Fig. 5 is a longitudinal section through the second embodiment,
6 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. 7 shows a schematic representation of the cam-shaped lifting element in the highest position.
In the housing 1 (FIG. 1) a shaft 4 is mounted, at the inner end of which the spur gear 5 is located. This is in engagement with the spur gear 6, which is loosely rotatably mounted on the shaft 8 supported in the housing GE. The lifting element 7, which forms a cam, is wedged on the shaft 8. This comes with each rotation under the run-off roller 12 to lie conditions, which is rotatably installed on the bolt 11 in the link 10. This link is firmly connected to the bolt 14 and the impact body 15. The bolt 14 is guided in the bush 17 and the impact body 15 in the bore of the end sleeve 3.
The pretensioned, acting as a compression spring impact spring 16, which generates the hammer blow, is installed between the hammer head and the guide bushing 17. During the expansion of the spring 16 strikes. the impact body 15 against the tool 20 which is guided in the sleeve 18. This is slidably mounted in the lower part of the end sleeve 3 and acts as an amortiser due to the built-in catch spring 19. The organ 7 can ge relative to the shaft 4, which forms a drive member, rotate loosely.
In Fig. 2, the lifting element 7 is shown. The run-off roller rolls on the running surface 26 of the cam into the highest position of the cam shown in FIG. 2, in which the spring 14 is tensioned to the maximum, whereupon, after the lateral force of the roller has exceeded this position, the member 7 due to the clearance between its claws 24 and leads the clans 25 on the spur gear 6 and enables a free, uninhibited downward movement of the roller 12 and thus of the percussion hammer.
The spring force can therefore act freely when the hammer hits. Without the play of the organ 7 and its lead, the role would run over the cam edge and prevent a sudden triggering their downward movement. The axis of the lifting element 7 is perpendicular to the tube axis here.
Fig. 3 shows the hammer schematically, whereby an explosion motor can just as easily be connected instead of the electric motor shown.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6, the housing consists of parts 27a. and 27b which are divided by the insert plate 29. In the upper part 27, a multiply mounted small motor 28 is installed in a customary manner, and the housing part 2 7 is closed with the cover 51 designed as a handle 50. The motor 28 is controlled by the switch 30 mounted in the handle 50.
The spur gear 32 is seated on the armature axis 31 of the motor 28 and engages in the spur gear 33 (FIG. 6). The shaft 54 is mounted parallel to the motor axis in the bearings 52 and 53, on the ends of which the spur gears 33 and 34 are keyed, of which the wheel 33 engages in the wheel 32 and the wheel 34 in the wheel 35. The wheel 35 is mounted with the ball bearing 35a in the housing part 27b.
In the bore of the wheel 35 is rotatably seated the sleeve 37 forming the lifting member with at least one cam 37a arranged on the end face. In the hub of the wheel 35 there is a pin which engages in the slot 36 'of the sleeve 37 and takes it with it, the slot however allowing the drive to be advanced.
The axis 41a of the hammer 41 is axially displaceably mounted in the sleeve 43, which is mounted in the housing part 27b. In the housing part 27b, a guide piece 38 is attached, which has guide slots 38a. The transverse rod 39, which is firmly seated in the head 41b of the axis 41a of the hammer 41, is guided in these guide slots 38a.
On both sides of the transverse rod 39 are pinned guide bushes 39a with a rectangular cross-section, which engage in the guide slots 38a. The rollers 40, which roll on the running surfaces of the cams 37a, are rotatably mounted between these guide bushes. Since two cams 37a are arranged diametrically opposite one another on the sleeve 37, the same act a linear displacement of the rod 39 and thus the hammer 41.
As in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the cams can rush ahead in the direction of rotation in order to allow the rollers to snap off suddenly.
As in FIG. 1, the spring 44 is installed between the hammer 41 and the bushing 43 in the end sleeve 42. Due to the expansion of the spring 44, the hammer 41 strikes the tool 45 which is guided in the sleeve 46. The spring 47 takes on the function of an amortiser.
Fig. 7 shows the sleeve 37 with the cam 37a in view. The pin 36, which takes the bush 37 with it, engages in the slot 36 '.
In the first embodiment, the operation is as follows: The switch 22 built into the handle 2 is connected by a cable 23 to a drive motor. The rotary movement emanating from the motor shaft is transmitted through a flexible shaft 21 to the drive shaft 4 of the hammer. The spur gear 5 engages in the spur gear 6, which on. Shaft 8 is mounted. The lifting member 7 is attached to this, which lifts the roller 12 through the rotary movement, whereby the spring 16 is tensioned.
As soon as the roller 12 has exceeded the highest point of the cam, it forces the element 7 to advance so that the roller can suddenly snap off.
In the second exemplary embodiment, the working process is as follows: The motor 28 installed in the housing part 27 is activated in a known manner by the switch 30 mounted in the handle. Spur gear 32 of motor shaft 31 engages in spur gear 33 on shaft 54, the spur gear 34 of which engages in spur gear 35, which drives cam sleeve 37. The rollers 40 are raised by the cam 37a and thereby tensioned the spring 44, whereupon by leading the cam 37a, the roles and thereby the blow it is generated.
Here, the sub-organ is ring-shaped and rotates around the impact body axis and is connected to the drive element 31 via the reduction gear 32, 33, 34, 35.
