Fig. 2 stellt die Einrichtung allein dar. Fig. 3 zeigt die Mischvorrichtung.
Refrigerator with compression refrigeration machine and device for making ice cream. In normal household refrigerators, ice cream cannot be made satisfactorily, only so-called ice creams. If you want to make ice cream in the usual refrigerator, it is necessary after a certain time to remove the mass and stir it. Ice cream made in this way, however, cannot be perfect.
There are already solutions for the construction of refrigerators with ice machines known whose mixing device is driven by an electric motor which is attached directly to the machine, with a valuable product achieved. becomes. However, they have certain disadvantages, such as those of great complexity and high manufacturing costs, the need to introduce electricity into the refrigerator and thereby increased risk of accidents and risk to the electric motor in the refrigerator and the electrical device from moisture.
The mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by the subject matter of the invention. According to the invention, a mixing device for the mass used for making the ice cream is provided in a removable container used in the refrigerator, the drive of which is derived from the rotating part of the refrigeration machine.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the invention. Fig. 1 illustrates the arrangement of the device in the refrigerator.
Fig. 2 shows the device alone. Fig. 3 shows the mixing device.
Fig. 4 is a longitudinal section through the device, and Fig. 5 illustrates a section through parts of the movement transmission means on the side of the refrigerator compressor.
The container 1 in the refrigerator has a hollow wall 1a which, for. B. is filled with a eutectic brine for cold storage ge. A shaft 2, which is provided inside the loading container 1 and carries mixing blades 3, is mounted at one end in a bearing, which is arranged in the container bottom, and at the other end with a square 4 with which it engages in a shaft stub 5. The stub shaft 5 carries one part of a bevel gear drive, the other part of which is seated on a flexible shaft 6. The shaft stub 5 and the shaft 6 are mounted in a cover 7 of the container 1.
The Behäl ter 1 with the bevel gear as a whole is inserted into the cooler 8 of the refrigerator, at the point where otherwise containers for the production of ice blocks are placed. The movement of the shaft 2 with the mixing blades takes place by means of the flexible seeds @V elle 6, which is connected at its other end to the rotating part of the refrigerator compressor 12 by a toothed coupling 9 a related party.
The coupling part on the shaft 6 is pressed against the coupling part on the compressor shaft by a spring 10 which is counteracted by a weaker spring 9a, the tooth shape of the coupling and the spring pressure being calculated so that the coupling parts slide on each other when the resistance the mixing blades 3 becomes too large during the formation of the ice.
The coupling parts can be brought into the uncoupling position by hand by sliding a ring 11 upwards.
For the production of ice cream, the mass from which the ice cream is to be made is filled into the container 1 and this is closed by the lid 7, whereby the flexible shaft 6 is connected to the mixing device ver. By lowering the ring 11, the coupling parts come into engagement, and thereby the mixing blades 3 in the loading container 1 are connected to the rotating compressor part 12 of the refrigerator. After the compressor 12 has been started, the mass in the container 1 cools down with constant mixing. After the ice has been completed, the resistance of this mass counteracting the mixing blades is so great that the coupling parts slide on one another.
The rattling noise makes you aware that the ice cream is ready. By moving the ring 10 into the upper position, the coupling parts disengage.
