Fig. 31 shows the eighth embodiment.
Fig. 32 shows a variant embodiment of a knife with a bend.
In the first exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, FIGS. 1 to 4, two knives 13, 14, each with a slot 11 and 12, are in the sleeve 1 with the hole 2 for inserting the pencil lead to be sharpened with somewhat radia.lein play and the re-sharpenable, inclined cutting edges 15, inserted crosswise by means of the slots 11, 12, loosely mounted.
The knife holder 3, which has the thread 4 into which the trigger 5 of a pencil lead push rod of a lead filler pen mounted in the casing 1.0 with the walls 6, 7, is screwed into the sleeve 1, is screwed in such a way that the knives 14 , 15 come to rest with their tips loosely against a shoulder formed on the front end face of the sleeve 1 and are held by the holder in their cross-shaped stel development. The protruding rear over the holder 3 part 35 of the sleeve 1 protrudes between the walls 6, 7 of the man means 10; its free end is therefore within the outer wall 6.
The retaining clip 8 for filling pen and pencil sharpener is fastened to the ring 9 which is mounted around the jacket 10. The knives are expediently so thin that the cutting edges 15 formed by punching can be used directly for sharpening mines. Have the edges 15 worn by frequent sharpening of mines, the knives can be removed from the device and sharpened. But the knives can also be exchanged for new knives.
If a mine is to be sharpened, it is inserted through the hole 2 of the sleeve 1 and pressed against the edges 15 of the knives 13, 14 and the sharpener is rotated around the mine until it has reached the correct pointed shape Knives 13, 14 are mounted loosely and with radial play in the sleeve 1, so the knives can be self-centering in the mine to be sharpened. If the trigger 5 of the pencil lead filling pen is to be actuated in order to release the lead, the sleeve 1 is pressed axially.
In the second embodiment of the invention, Fig. 5 to 12, are in the sleeve 16, the knives 19, 20, as in the example described above, with the aid of a slot in the knives cross-shaped on the holder 18 with the attachment 89, the has two intersecting grooves 91, arranged with a little radial play. The knives 19, 20 are loosely mounted in the grooves 91 of this attachment, which has thread 92.
By means of the thread 90 in the rear part of the holder 18, the latter together with the other Tei len of the sharpener is releasably attached to the clip 28 of a refill pen. For this purpose, a pin is provided on the clip 28 which is provided with a thread for screwing into the thread 90. In order to. the knives 19.20 are held in position in the attachment 89 of the holder 18, they are provided with lugs 93 at the rear end and a nut 17 is screwed onto the thread 92 so that their rear end faces the lugs 93 with some play opposite is.
To sharpen the pencil lead, sleeve 16 must be removed. For selection or selection. If the knives are replaced, nut 17 must also be removed.
In the third embodiment, FIGS. 13 to 20, the sleeve 21, which has the thread 94 in a transverse wall in one end part, into which the trigger 95 of a filler pen with the sleeve 27 is screwed, and the threaded part 22 at the other end des: knife holder with. the attachment 30, which has two intersecting grooves 31 and the recess 32, screwed; In the grooves 31, the cross-shaped knife 23, 24 are used, which have the grooves 25 and 26, in which the resilient ring 96 is inserted to hold the knife together.
The end of the part of the sleeve 21 having the transverse wall protrudes over the upper part of the sleeve 27. By unscrewing the part 22, the knives can be removed for sharpening and cutting out other knives. To use the sharpener, it is removed from the lead filler pen. Here too, due to the loose mounting of the knives with radial play, care is taken that they can center on the lead to be sharpened.
21 shows two different types of attachment of the sharpener to a lead filler pen. According to the one (full lines) the clip 97 of the filler pen with the clamping part 98 and the, opposite., Part 99 directed towards the rear end of the filler pen, which has the thread 78, for removing the sharpener according to FIG. equipped. The clip 97 is attached to the casing 41 of the lead filler pin.
In the second type of fastening (dashed lines), a ring with the arm 40 is provided on the casing 41, which carries the threaded bolt 100, onto which the pencil sharpener according to FIG. 5 is screwed_ FIGS. 22 to 25 show an exemplary embodiment. in which the pencil lead sharpener in the manner described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 21 can be releasably screwed onto the clips of a filler pen. The pencil sharpener itself has a sleeve 42 into which an insert 46 of the knife holder with the attachment 45 is screwed ..
The knives 43 rest again in a cross-shaped arrangement in the sleeve 42 and are loosely supported in the grooves 105 of the attachment 45. In front of the attachment parts fixed to the insert 46, which form the grooves, corresponding parts 44, which form the grooves 105 in the front part of the sleeve 42, are loosely mounted between the knives 43 and are supported by the spring 106, which is placed on one end on the attachment 45 guided. is
and at the other end lies in the recesses 102 of the parts 44 and the recesses 101 of the knives, pressed against a shoulder on the front face of the sleeve 42. The knives 43, which rest in the sleeve 42 with radial play, are also held in contact with the shoulder of the sleeve 42 by the front end face of the insert 46, so that the knives 43 are held in position. The inclined front edges 103 of the parts 44 are designed so (let the edges 103 lie in front of the cutting 104 of the knife.
If the lead is inserted through the hole at the front end of the sleeve 42 to point it, it first hits the edges 103 of the spring-loaded parts 44. A pressure is then exerted on the lead to pull the parts 44 so far back Press until the lead hits the cutting edges 104 of the knife 43, so that the lead is sharpened by turning the sleeve 42. can be. As a result of the play of the knives in the guides, the knives can be centered on the mine when sharpening.
26 and 27 show an embodiment in which an inner compartment of the sleeve 47 is provided for receiving various lead pencil leads 48 and the file 50 is rotatably mounted on the axis 51 in the sleeve 107 with the slot 49. The file can be swung out about the axis 51 through the slot 49 for use. The Büch sen 47 and 107 are screwed to the two common bottom part 79.
In the outer part of the sleeve 47 is, not apparent from the drawing, a pencil lead sharpener with knives stored in a cross-shaped arrangement, as shown in Fig. 1, to sharpen the pencil mine in a lead filler. Here is. So the pencil sharpener on the sleeve, which forms the container for reserve mines, releasably attached. This Ausfüh approximate form is used to always have pencil leads in readiness for a lead pen if the lead needs to be replaced. The file 50 can also be used for filing the lead or the wood of a pencil. earth.
FIGS. 28 and 29 show an exemplary embodiment in which the pencil lead sharpener 54, which is designed in accordance with that in FIG. 1, at the rear end is provided with a longitudinal slot (see FIG. 29). has dernd designed sleeve 53 which is detachably clamped on the envelope 52 of the mine 81 of a lead pin.
Fig. 30 shows an embodiment in which the sharpener 54 formed in accordance with the one in Fig. 1 carries four arms 80 at the rear end, which are resilient. and, similar to the sleeve 53 according to FIG. 28, are clamped onto the wooden casing of the pencil lead 81.
The parts of the arms, wel- i -iLif, ek che rest on the conical part of the wood casing of the pencil point, are designed with sharpened edges so that the wood cannot be sharpened in one case. sharpened pencil. So here both a sharpener for the lead and for (read wood) are attached to the envelope of the lead of a pencil.
Fig. 31 shows an embodiment in which a sharpening device with a knife 85 is provided for the sharpening of the wood on pencils with wooden casing 87, which is mounted pivotably about the pivot 86 in a sleeve-like part 84 '. The part 84 'is formed by an extension at the rear end of the sleeve of a pencil lead sharpener 84 with the knives 83, which is designed according to FIG.
Opposite the put into working position knife 85, which then partially protrudes through a slot of the part 84 'from this, a conical widening MTandteil 88 is arranged. Against which the wooden part to be processed rests. The cutting edge of the knife is directed so that it cuts the wood at the pencil tip in a tangential direction.
32 shows a knife 191 of a lead sharpener which has a bend 192 which limits the position of the front part of the knife in the knife holder, which, which the drawing does not show, can be screwed from the front into the sleeve of the sharpener Knives are stored in the guide grooves of the holder with play in the sleeve for the purpose of self-centering when the mine is pointed.
