Bleistiftspitzer. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet ein Bleistiftspitzer, welcher für das Abschälen des Holzes und für das Anschärfen der Blei mine zwei getrennte Einrichtungen mit<B>je</B> einem besonderen Messer aufweist, deren Schneiden in konische Aussparungen des Spitzers hineinragen.
Das Neuartige an derartigen Spitzern gemäss vorliegender Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass die als Stiftführungen dienenden konischen Aussparungen an ihrem verjüngten Teil mit Erweiterungen versehen sind, in welche die Schneiden der Messer gleichfalls hineinragen und die den freigelegten Minen teil allseitig unbehindert aufnehmen.
Dadurch wird erreicht, dass einerseits ein Abbrechen des bereits freigelegten Minenteils während des weiteren Abschälens des Holz spanes oder während des Anschärfens der Spitze verhindert, anderseits ein leichtes, restloses Beseitigen etwaiger an der Mine .stehen gebliebener Holzreste und schliesslich auch eine lange Verwendbarkeit des Schärf- messers ermöglicht wird.
Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform eines gemäss der Erfindung ausgestalteten Bleistift spitzers ist in Fig. <B>1</B> in Draufsicht auf die zum Abschälen des Holzes eingerichtete Seite des Spitzers, In Fig. 2 in Seitenansicht, In Fig. <B>3</B> in Draufsicht auf die zum An- schärfen der Bleimine eingerichtete Seite veranschaulicht, wogegen Fig. 4 und<B>5</B> die Stirnseiten des Spitzers darstellen.
Nach der Zeichnung sind am verjüngten Ende der zur Aufnahme des anzuspitzenden Bleistiftendes bestimmten konischen Aus sparungen a und<B>b</B> die zylindrischen Erwei terungen c und<B>d</B> angeordnet. In die Erwei terungen e ragt das Ende e des Schälmessers <B>f,</B> dessen Schneide<B>g</B> an diesem Ende in die Abrundung h verläuft.
Das in einer Aus- fräsung i des Bleistiftspitzerkörpers <B>k</B> befe stigte Schärfmesser <B>1,</B> däs in die konische Aupsparung <B>b</B> und deren Erweiterung<B>d</B> hin einragt, 'besitzt vier durch Abfassung der Kanten gebildete Schneiden m, die nach einander in Gebrauch genommen werden können, da das Schärfniesser <B>1</B> quadratisch gehalten ist.
Die Wirkungsweise der beschriebenen Einrichtung ist folgende: Der beim Abschälen des Holzspang frei gelegte Teil der Mine befindet sich in der Erweiterung c der konischen Aussparung<B>a,</B> von deren Wandung er an keiner Stelle be rührt wird, während die Führung des Blei stiftes durch die konische Aussparung a be wirkt wird. Dadurch wird absolut sicher verhindert, dass ein Abbrechen des freige legten Minenteils bei seitlichem Druck des Bleistiftes stattfindet.
Die abgerundete Ecke <I>h</I> der Schneide<B>g</B> verhindert, dass die Blei mine beim Abheben des Holzspaus mit an gegriffen wird und ermöglicht weiter, dass etwaige an der Mine stehen gebliebene Holz- regte leicht und restlos beseitigt werden können, ohne dass dabei die Mine mit ange- gehabt wird. Durch die vierfache Schneid- fähigkeit der Anschärfungsmesserplatte <B>1</B> wird auch eine entsprechend längere Arbeits fähigkeit des Spitzers erzielt.
