Cold band saw with saw band working in an inclined position to the horizontal and hydraulically controlled saw band feed. The present invention is a cold band saw with working in the horizontal ge inclined position saw band and hy draulically controlled saw band feed.
It is characterized by the fact that a swiveling bearing arm carrying the saw handrail rollers is mechanically connected to a piston located inside a cylinder mounted on the saw frame, with lines connected to the cylinder of the base and cover side, which are connected on one side kendes, spring-loaded valve are connected, and the preload of the valve spring is adjustable, the whole so that one in the cavities of the cylinder,
the lines and the valve located liquid is set in motion by means of the Ge not recorded by the bearing of the arm weight portion of the bearing arm bearing the saw band rollers with saw band bearing arm and by appropriate preload of the valve spring when sawing on the working saw band part as feed weight effective part of this weight proportion and as can be adjusted by the feed speed of the saw band.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically on the accompanying drawings.
On a saw frame 1 at 2 a bearing arm 3 carrying the saw band rollers is pivotally attached, so that the saw band placed around the Rol len works in a position inclined to the horizontal. On the saw frame 1, a cylinder 5 is pivotably arranged at 4, in which latter a piston 6 is located. The piston rod 7 of this piston 6 is articulated to a part 8 of the bearing arm 3 so that the piston 6 participates in the pivoting movements of the bearing arm 3 as a stroke in the cylinder. The cylinder 5 is on the bottom and cover side with an opening 9 or% v. 10 provided on which latter hose lines. 1.1 or 12 are connected.
In a valve housing 13 attached to the frame 1, a valve body 15 closes the pressure of the valve spring 7.4 into the channel 16 leading into the housing the spring 14 to adjust. The line 11 coming from the bottom side of the cylinder 5 is connected to the inlet channel 16, the line 12 from the top side of the cylinder with the channel 19 leading out of the valve housing.
A CT thread bolt 20 is screwed into the valve housing in such a way that the flow cross section of the inlet channel 16 can be more or less throttled. In the cavities of the parts 5, 11, 12, 13 see a liquid, not shown, z. B. Oil.
In. the maximum inclined position of the bearing arm 3, that is, its starting position for sawing, the piston 6 is on the cover side of the cylinder 5, the remaining volume of the cylinder is filled with the liquid. The piston 6 is loaded by the part of the weight of the saw band running rollers with saw band tra lowing bearing arm 3 not received by the bearing 2 and presses the <RTI located under the piston
ID = "0002.0011"> Liquid via line 11 to valve body 15, where it has to overcome the force of spring 14 in order to pass through outlet channel 19 via line 12 through opening 10 of the cylinder on the top side of the piston to get.
In the lowest position of the saw blade and arm 3, that is to say closest to the horizontal, the piston 6 is on the bottom side of the cylinder 5, and the liquid is only above the piston 6.
When the bearing arm 3 is pivoted into its starting position, the piston 6 is pulled upwards, and the pressure fluid above the piston, which is prevented from flowing back by the valve 13 to 15, flows through the valve device, which is built into the piston and only opens in this direction, not shown gen and gets under the piston 6.
The full aforementioned weight portion of the bearing arm 3 with rollers and saw band acts on the piston 6 only when the saw band is not on. on the workpiece to be machined. The weight portion is thus absorbed by the working saw band part and by the piston 6 during the sawing process.
It is now evident that by appropriate biasing of the spring 14 of the effective part of this weight portion when sawing on the saw band as the feed weight and since the feed speed can be adjusted depending on the latter, the latter is controlled hydraulically during the sawing process.
Because the cutting pressure can be adjusted, the described device allows the cold band saw to be more economical than previous saws, especially when sawing through profiles in which cross-sectional areas change during the sawing process.
