Description
Confiserie-Faltschachtel.
Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht der geschlossenen Schachtel,
Confectionery folding box.
The subject of the present invention is a folding confectionery box with side wall parts connected to the sides of a square base field and provided with dee-bell flaps and consists in that the side wall parts forming a corner thereof when the box is closed together at the ends by corner fields folded in the middle are connected, one half of which is folded over onto the relevant side wall part and firmly connected to it, so that when the two upper, opposing side wall parts are unfolded through the loose halves of the corner panels, the other two side wall parts with the dome-shaped flaps are also unfolded and erected.
The attached drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a plan view, at the top of a blank for the Faltsehaehtel and at the bottom the folded box,
Fig. 2 is a partial top view with the box not fully unfolded,
3 is a side view of the closed box,
4 and 5 each show a variant of the lid 1 closing ends.
In the general embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the entire folding box consists of a single piece, preferably made of cardboard, with a base 1, two oppositely arranged side wall parts with cover flaps 2 and 3 and two further side wall parts with cover flaps arranged at right angles thereto 4 and 5.
The lid flaps 9 and 3 or 4 and 5 become narrower towards the outside.
The ends of the side wall parts 2 ', 4' or 2 ', 5' and 3 ', 4' or 3 ', 5' which end in a common corner of the bottom field 1 are each connected to one another by a corner field 6, which is connected by a diagonal fold 6 'is divided into two halves. Of these Eekfeldhälften one of the same is folded onto the adjoining side wall part and firmly connected to the same by a staple 7. This connection could, however, also be carried out by other deformed connecting members or by gluing or both at the same time.
These corner connections have the effect that when the box is omitted (which is folded up when the half internally shown in Fig. 1 is not in use), i.e. when the flaps 4 'and 5' are opened, the adjacent halves of the corner panels are caused by the corner panel halves that are not attached or glued on Side wall parts 2 'and 3' with the cover flaps 2 and 3 can also be opened into the vertical position. It is therefore not necessary to set up these parts separately as before.
The process of inserting the contents into the box is therefore considerably facilitated and promoted. Never cover flaps 2 mld 3 have handle handles 8 at the ends, over which the cover flaps 4 and 5, each provided with a longitudinal slot 9, can be placed and hung when they are placed together, for the latter purpose the flaps 2 and 3 at the level of the folding lines 10 Have incisions 11.
Instead of this handle grip closure, the lid flaps can also be connected to one another by the wear shown in FIG. 4 or 5.
4 shows a closure in which one tab has a slit opening 12 that is widened in the middle and the other has a tongue 13 to be inserted into it.
Fig. 5 shows the design of two opposing cover flaps for a double barb lock, the incisions 14 and 15 of which are used for binding by means of a carrying string (not shown).
