Description

  

      Zerkleinerungsgerät        für        Knoblaucb,        Scbalotten    und     dergleicben.       Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein     Zer-          kleinerungsgerät    für Knoblauch, Schalotten  und dgl., bei welchem ein Aufnahmebehälter  mit zylindrischer Mantelfläche für das zu zer  kleinernde Gut vorgesehen ist, welcher einen       kegelstumpfförmigen    Hohlraum besitzt, dessen  den kleineren Durchmesser aufweisende Fläche  dem durchlöcherten Boden des Behälters zu  gekehrt ist, und an welchem Behälter ein Support  angeordnet ist, an welchem ein     Presshebel    an  gelenkt ist,

   an dem seinerseits ein im Aufnahme  behälter     geführter    Stössel     angelenkt    ist, wobei  die Ausbildung des Gerätes eine solche ist,  dass der Stössel zwecks Einfüllens von Zer  kleinerungsgut aus dem Aufnahmebehälter       ausgeschwenkt    werden kann, das Ganze  derart, dass durch     Gegeneinanderschwenken     von Behälterstiel und     Presshebel    in den  Aufnahmebehälter eingebrachtes Zerkleine  rungsgut mittels Hebelübersetzung durch den  durchlöcherten Boden des Aufnahmebehälters  durchgetrieben und dadurch zerkleinert     wird.     



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Draufsicht des Gerätes und       Fig.    2 teilweise eine Seitenansicht und teil  weise einen Schnitt.  



  1 ist     einAufnahmebehälter        mitzylindrischer     Mantelfläche für das zu zerkleinernde Gut,  welcher einen     kegelatumpfförmigen    Hohlraum  besitzt, dessen den kleineren Durchmesser auf  weisende Endfläche dem durchlöcherten Boden  2 des Behälters zugekehrt ist. Der Aufnahme  behälter 1 hat einen Stiel 3 und einen Support  4 mit dem Drehpunkt 5 für den     Presshebel    6,    an dem am Punkt 7 ein Stössel 8, 9     angelenkt     ist. Dieser Stössel ist im Aufnahmebehälter 1  geführt und kann aus diesem ausgeschwenkt  werden zwecks Ermöglichung des Einfüllens  von Zerkleinerungsgut.

   Durch Gegeneinander  schwenken von Stiel 3 und     Presshebel    6 wird  das im Aufnahmebehälter 1 eingebrachte Zer  kleinerungsgut durch den durchlöcherten Boden  mittels Hebelübersetzung durchgetrieben und  dadurch zerkleinert.

   on which a plunger guided in the receptacle is articulated, the design of the device being such that the plunger can be swiveled out of the receptacle for the purpose of filling shredded material, the whole thing in such a way that the receptacle handle and press lever pivot into the receptacle introduced shredded material is driven through the perforated bottom of the receptacle by means of leverage and thus shredded.



  In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a plan view of the device and Fig. 2 is partly a side view and partly a section.



  1 is a receptacle with a cylindrical outer surface for the material to be shredded, which has a conical cavity, the smaller diameter of which faces the perforated bottom 2 of the container. The receiving container 1 has a handle 3 and a support 4 with the pivot point 5 for the press lever 6, to which a plunger 8, 9 is hinged at point 7. This plunger is guided in the receptacle 1 and can be swiveled out of this in order to enable the material to be filled in.

   By pivoting the handle 3 and pressing lever 6 against one another, the shredded material introduced into the receptacle 1 is driven through the perforated bottom by means of leverage and thereby comminuted.

PATENT CLAIM: Shredding device for garlic, shells and the like., Characterized in that a receptacle with a cylindrical shell surface is provided for the material to be shredded, which has a frustoconical hollow space, the smaller diameter of which faces the perforated bottom of the container , and on which container a support is arranged, to which a press lever is articulated, on which a plunger guided in the receiving container is articulated, the design of the device being such,

that the plunger can be swiveled out of the receptacle for the purpose of filling the material to be shredded, the whole thing in such a way that by pivoting the container handle and press lever against each other into the receptacle, a material to be comminuted is driven through the perforated bottom of the receptacle by means of a lever transmission and thus comminuted.
